Upon our arrival, we got picked up at the airport by a MonteCarlo employee and driven to their offices where we signed all the paperwork. The staff was professional, very kind and friendly and, I believe due to availability, we got offered an even newer model of the van we have initially booked online. We love long group trips and the van we got (Hyunday Staria 2023) definitely enhanced our wonderful experience in Jordan. It was very clean, low mileage, spacious inside for all our luggage and did not give us any problems. Considering all the insurances and the extras, the price was reasonable, and we would definitely consider them again in our next trip to Jordan. 10/10 would recommend.

Monte Carlo car rent is amazing. I traveled through Jordan with my sister for a week and rented a car from Monte Carlo car rent. What an amazing service! Our beautiful car was waiting at the border in the north at the Sheikh Hussein Bridge, we could immediately continue to our first destination, the Dead Sea, then we headed to Mount Nebo and then to Petra. We drove from Petra to Aqaba and changed the car to a very beautiful 4x4 car for the Wadi Rum Desert. This change of car was very easy and was completely arranged by our hotel. We drove the car in the desert, that was super fun. After our stay in the desert we could drop the car at the border crossing in Aqaba. Wow what a professional service! We were completely unburdened. The Monte Carlo team is very friendly and always available 24/7. In addition, there is a handy wifi and navigation in the cars, so that makes it even easier. The first deposit is also only 100 JOD, which is very easy to pay. I will definitely go back to Jordan again and rent my car through Monte Carlo car rent. Highly recommended if you want to make a beautiful and carefree tour through Jordan.

5 stars Altough we booked a Mitsubishi Lancer we received another car, with similar options and almost new. We had no problem with the car in around 1500km. The staff is very nice, they took us from and to the airport free of charge. We took the full insurance and credit card was not needed. Highly recommend.

Everything was fine. When we arrived at Queen Alia, an employee was already there to pick us up, and to bring us to their office, where the contract was made. He was very careful and conscientious when he documented the already existing damages and when he was done he made an additional video of the car. After we returned the car (to their office), it was checked again and another video was made of it, before we were transported back to the airport. I also found their fuel policy nice, because it was full-full. So you get a full a car and return a full car. This way you only pay for the amount of fuel you have really used and you can start your trip without heaving to worry about the next gas station. The car was a small Suzuki, as booked, and it was in very good condition. So, all in all we were totally satisfied, and i would rent a car there again.

Honest review: Flawless rental process! Got out car delivered to our Airbnb and dropped it at the airport. Very competitive prices compared to other agencies in Jordan. We had zero issues with the car nor on the road. Very attentive team. Car in good condition, delivered super clean and with a full tank. Also we got dropped off at the airport! Service 10/10 I would recommend taking the necessary time to inspect the car thoroughly (as always) especially the bottom and tires as there are plenty of invisible speed bumps and potholes. We felt a bit rushed by the guy that drove our agent to drop the car off but we ignored that. Definitely recommended to get the FULL insurance just to avoid any unforeseen issues. Remember it’s the driver’s obligation to drive safely and responsibly. Foresight driving is advised!! If coming back to Jordan would certainly return!

We had really good experience with this agency. Communication was easy and fast, email and whats app. The car we got was much better then we expected. Excellent service and great cars. I was greeted at the airport in Amman with an upgraded car from the one I ordered due to travelling with a baby. The service was great from the team throughout. The car was amazing too. They contacted me after about something that I left in the car and they promptly arranged to courier the item to me. The only issue I had was with the car seat strap for my baby which we only discovered after we left Amman, we should have checked properly beforehand

Great service, car delivered to our hotel, and returned to the office close to the airport, from where we were taken to the airport. Car itself was alright, even though the breaks might require some work as they felt a bit on the softer side. Otherwise everything worked fine, AC was really good (our car was Hyundai Elantra). Cost was 220JD for 7 days, including 15JD theft protection which was optional and with hindsight totally unnecessary, as Jordan felt super safe and I think nobody would dare to touch a rental car.

We have a car an accident today in the middle of nowhere. Once, I texted staff at Monte Carlo and they reply right away. Very helpful and alway reach able, they brought a new car for us and staff who brought a car for me were really nice.

The staff was very friendly, the car was clean, and the rates were fair. Also we prefer to support a locally owned business rather than a huge international company. We would definitely use them again!

Excellent service, the offices are located about a ten minute drive from the airport but the team will pick you up and drop you back off afterwards. Simple check in and check out of the vehicle and a decent price (<£200 for a week for Suzuki Alto). Would definitely recommend this service.

Everyone at Monte Carlo was very helpful. Pickup from the airport went fine. I managed to lock the keys in the trunk while still at their off-sirport site but they quickly brought a spare key to unlock the trunk and get us on our way. Much better rates than the big brand car rental agencies so would definitely recommend.

Came across this car rental during my research for someone’s online blog. Very competitive prices compare to your usual airport car rental companies and significantly good reviews were my reason to choose Monte Carlo. Process of booking was very simple, I got confirmation back very fast with all information needed. At the airport we were supposed to be greeted by representative, however they weren’t there. Good thing we called in and we were responded to immediately, staff were very communicative and easy to get hold off, we were directed to pick up place and then taken by the driver to rental. Car given was in good stated and great value for money. Staff were very professional, welcoming and friendly, explained to us everything we needed to know. Had no issues with the car, drove all the way to Wadi Rum/Aqaba through Petra and Dead Sea, back to Amman. I am really glad I found that recommendation, thank you for great experience!

This is the only company you want to rent a car from in Jordan! Affordable pricing, very polite and helpful staff, great cars. Their service was beyond our expectations. We got into an accident and Monte Carlo team was helping us as much as possible. We didn’t get the full insurance so expected to be charged in full but they dealt with the insurance company on own and only charged us less than 50% of the excess fee. They are very kind and generous, and please rent from them, so you’re in good hands. None of the chain car rentals would be as understanding as them, trust me. And yes, get the full insurance since the driving in Jordan is crazy. No one obeys the rules, even the police. You’re in a foreign country and you want to enjoy the trip and don’t think about anything else. Thank you once again Monte Carlo team

Super smooth process! The guys were very accommodating and even gave us an upgrade for free! We were able to pick up at the Amman city office and drop it off at the airport office where we got a free ride to the terminal. Also the hold fee is much less than other car rentals.
