Incredible place to buy gold objects, in my opinion it is the best place in Dubai for this purpose, mainly because it is a fully air-conditioned place, where you will find several stores with great prices. Best shop in Diamond park, dealt with a gentleman called Appu. Very friendly and understanding. Had a custom ring made and gave me excellent service and gave me a fast turn around. They rendered a custom design for me which I then approved and they finished it with amazing quality and brilliant detail with custom engraving. Also polished my old jewellery for free as a gesture of good will and said I can come in anytime for regular jewellery polishing. Best prices on natural diamonds with certification. I visited Jay at Queen Diamonds looking for a bespoke piece of jewellery to be made. I shared photos and my requirements and he reassured me it could be done. He said it will take 3 days, but within 24 hours he sent me a photo of the finished piece. When my husband and I went to collect, it just needed some small adjustments which were done there and then in the workshop while we waited. Went to the Diamond Park to get an engagement ring as I knew my partner wanted to design it herself. We were looking for Lab Diamonds to fit our budget. Lots of the shops were only dealing in Natural Diamonds. So, it was refreshing when we stopped in Queen Diamonds to have a friendly and enjoyable experience. We were able to talk about the price range, colour and carat without feeling pressured or made to feel out of our depth. We dealt with Appu who was exceptional, all the staff were. He helped us pick out a design we liked to fit around the diamond we chose. Then customised the style to suit. We got a 3D render first and then it took a few days to make the ring. We both enjoyed shopping there very much and actually think of the whole experience as one of the highlights of the holiday. Plus, Appu was able to organise our tax refund. We will go again next time in Dubai and have already recommended Queen Diamonds to our local friend in Dubai! When we got the ring, they showed us the Diamond certificate and the engraving on the diamond to confirm it was ours. Best decision going to Queen Diamonds!

We just love this shop, we always have a nice experience there, the staff is lovely, the shop is neat and clean with modern designs. You can buy ready jewellery or buy the stones and make you own design with a very good price.
