I get my hair treated and blow dried by Niveen, she is patient always with a smile on her face. My hair is softer and healthier because of her. I 100% recommend her to everyone!

My favorite salon for years. They have maintained their standards and improved. Very clean, friendly, organized, and professional. I love everything they offer from polish to haircuts to wax. Totally recommended

Manicures are good 8/10. Facials 2/10. I got my facial with Polina for the first time and I broke out the next morning (I don’t normally breakout). Her technique was amateur and improvised without proper post extraction sanitation. Please be advised.

Love it! Every nail specialist is very professional! The Management team are very friendly and always try to find ways to fit in customers that book on the same day! Very clean and comfortable!

I’m visiting from SoCal and let me tell you this place saved me!! my nails were a couple weeks old and I needed them removed asap. If you plan on bringing a male companion / partner they are not allow in the salon but there are cafes below where they can wait. I didn’t have an appointment but the reception was nice enough to take me in last minute for extension removal and gel mani. Both the reception and manicurists spoke English so communication is not a problem. They have variety of both gel and regular polish colors. There are no gel samples to view but the salon can test the color for you. There was only one thing I wish more for was my nails to be soaked longer. Typically apres gel x extensions removal method would to be soaking it off (like regular gel manicure) instead of removing them like acrylic nail extensions. The type of nails I had on were apres gel x (extensions) removed and received a milky white gel manicure with pixie dust design “Hailey Bieber nails” The manicurist name I had was Maryanne and another manicurist assisted with the design for fun. Both were wonderful and fantastic conversation. They know where all the good Asian food is in Amman.

If you want to feel like your are in a philipino accommodation go there !! Very disappointing!! I did not like the service at all , the atmosphere was very very disturbing by the philipino staff as they kept on speaking very loudly without considering the costumers satisfaction . Please reconsider who you hire as many other comments and reviews suffer from the same issue regarding this .when Carol the manicurist was told that me was annoyed she said loudly and ridiculously “welcome to Polish !” Prices are higher than others in the same area however all others better ! I thought if I pay more I will get better service! Hygiene wise is 3 stars only ,from reviews I heard so many were infected I hope this won’t happen with me . Huda ,Nour ,receptionist were so polite and supportive . Conclusion:I would not recommend it at all !

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about the service that i have received for the last few times i came to you. Your place used to be my favourite place for years until many things have happened to me sequentially because of the reception team I guess. The reception team is not as professional as Raghad and Dina. I usually call and I ask for Gina specifically, Gina was sick that time and could not make my nails, and I was not informed with that until i arrived the place. Accordingly,another technician did the manicure for me which i totally did not like the end result. The next time, I came a bit late, when I arrived I apologised for being late, although the receptionist behaved unpleasantly. When i called for an appointment and could not find an appointment with Gina, i said okay but please do not put me with the technician which did my nails for the last time. When i arrived i surprisingly found that they put her doing my feet nails. I am totally disappointed.I am sorry because this place is losing its value and highest level of professionalism.

I was in Amman for work but had a few hours free and, through a recommendation, went along to this salon. They were very welcoming and did great job. It was a busy beauty parlour which demonstrates how many use their services. The beauticians all seemed to get on well together and there was a good atmosphere. The friends I was with asked for extra treatments and nothing was too much trouble. Drinks served while you had your treatment and a great range of polishes

I had my hair cut a couple of days ago, and Niveen the hair dresser was really professional; I highly recommend this salon. The whole team is amazing and friendly. 👩🏼‍🦰🧑🏼‍🦰 good job guys.keep going Ur the best 👌👌😃😃

Always my go to place ! Thank you for being very consistent with the service you provide.. No one as good as niveen in styling my hair!! Wouldnt trust anyone else with my hair but her. Suha is also very professional and friendly and has the best blowdry

As usual I had a very nice hair style anwith the amazing hair dresser Niveen, my hair is long and straight and usually it’s very difficult to have style for more then couple of hours but with Niven it’s amazing that it can stay for 2 days and without using the curling iron. She is super professional and artistic.
