This
is
one
of
the
more
popular
vegetarian
restaurants
in
Dubai.
It’s
a
typical
Indian
restaurant
with
an
extensive
menu
serving
North
Indian,
South
Indian,
and
Chinese
food.
Visiting
on
a
fairly
busy
Diwali
evening,
they
were
quick
to
help
us
get
a
table
for
four.
Appreciate
that.
We
ordered:
➖ Dahi
batata
puri
➖Papdi
chaat
➖Veg
seekh
kebab
➖Hara
bhara
kebab
➖Sarso
ka
kabab
➖Kaju
matar
masala
➖Assortment
of
breads
Both
the
kebabs
lived
up
to
my
expectations,
succinctly
cooked,
well
grilled
exterior
and
juicy
from
within.
👍
The
dahi
batata
puri
and
papdi
chaat,
though
different
dishes,
tasted
the
same.
Moreso
because
of
the
overuse
of
sweetened
dahi
(curd)
which
overpowered
any
other
flavor.
So,
a
less
than
satisfactory
chaat
experience.😐
The
main
course
was
decent,
nothing
exceptional,
but
nothing
spectacularly
bad
about
it.
🙂
While
the
chaat
and
the
kababs
were
served
in
a
reasonable
time,
the
main
course
took
exceptionally
long.
😕
But
I
guess
it
can
be
attributed
to
the
Diwali
evening,
so
willing
to
let
this
one
slide
What
disappointed
me
was
the
lack
of
presentation
when
it
came
to
food
–
I
get
that
this
is
not
a
fine
dine,
but
it
isn’t
a
budget
street
joint
either.
It
almost
made
me
feel
uninterested
in
the
food.
But
overall,
a
decent
experience
and
it
still
is
a
very
promising
place.
Will
definitely
be
planning
another
visit
and
hoping
for
a
better
experience.
