Recent days my experience are not good with them and not respecting patient’s privacy. Some of the staffs are not supporting to take appointments after 8.30pm. I requested them it is very important and docter suggested on my earlier visit that to consult on particular day and time in between 9.00-9.15pm. That’s why I call and they said 3 hrs wants to wait. When I visited there, not that much rush and one of the staff really insulted me in-front of others by sharing my personal privacy things and I feel really insulting.

Very bad service. I came at 6:30pm for walkin to see a dermatologist. I've got a token number and waited til 8pm until I finally speak w/ the nurse. I asked why they are not attending to my concern. She simply says we will call you just wait there because some people have appointment too. I lost my interest and came down to reception telling them that I've waited for an hour but no one assisted me. Only to tell me that: Sorry I think there is some ongoing procedure that's why. MY POINT HERE: At least advise patients ahead if there will be a long wait so we can decide if we'll continue or not. This is very unprofessional!!!! Wasting people's time and energy!!! If I can give 0 star, I'd be glad to put that as a review.

My family had tooth issues and it was sincerely diagnosed by Dr. Jasmin and provided best solutions with clinical approach. Myself had sensitivity/cavities and she had fixed it to the satisfaction. We had a very good experience during our visits and got very good advise from her to quickly recover from the issue and to prevent from recurrence. Visited the clinic last day for body checkups. Took little time in the reception but the service is excellent especially the male staff in the Lab is very nice and supportive. Got the results on time.Overall good experience, recommended to everyone.

The office was immaculate and well-maintained. The staff was nice and very helpful. I received a really cordial greeting. Dr Shamna and the nurse, Ms. Rakhi, were really kind. DR.listened to my queries and provided answers. She gave me an understanding of my issue and how I would be treated. Be in queue for more patients at all times was the only problem I discovered in the billing portion. Long wait was required there alone; everything else was excellent.

Dr. Sadiq Ali was just visited by my family for the first time to treat my daughter, who was experiencing frequent vomiting, stomach pains, and fever. Unfortunately, our experience with the doctor was disappointing. Not only did the doctor fail to listen attentively to our concerns, but his communication style was also brusque and unprofessional. We didn't feel heard or respected during the time in their care. As a parents seeking medical assistance for their child, we expected a more considerate and respectful interaction. This experience left us feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied with the level of care provided. We hope this feedback encourages the doctor to reconsider their approach towards patients and strive for more compassionate and understanding interactions in the future. Anyway, we would want to thank the two nurses that helped us, they are really gracious and modest.

Fantastic Doctors on Clinic. Awesome and timely service with all patients. Esecially with child care, always you can find a pediatrians at clinic. Its ease accessable for people around Rashidiya. Pls make an appoinment to reduce your waiting as well. Personally i will suggest this clinic as this week i was seriously sick due gastric/ breathing issue and i was treated well on time. One of the best hospital in the community with good, talented and very friendly doctors. Affordable and trustworthy clinic in the area. I did my wisdom tooth removal for a good price and the doctors tracked my tooth's condition from the day 1 I went there till after a week of removal. The pediatric dept and caregivers (nurse) are also to be mentioned in particular for the good service they are providing.
