At
the
time
of
my
visit
there
were
3
people
seating
in
the
cabin
2
are
Arabic
speakers.
All
of
them
are
attentive
to
the
customers
but
the
service
is
very
slow
as
if
they
have
so
much
backlog.
I
suggest
to
new
clients/customers
to
call
the
hotline
number
first
before
booking
your
appointment
and
ask
the
staff
about
the
least
busy
timings.
I
came
15
mins.
before
my
appointment
time
and
I
was
meet
by
my
doctor
after
45
mins.
Bookings
through
WhatsApp
is
available
but
no
integration
in
there
system,
as
customer
care
staff
asked
me
again
about
my
details
in
person.
The
nurse
call
me
to
remind
my
appointment
but
didn't
know
I
was
already
in
the
reception
area
waiting
to
meet
the
doctor.
The
current
system
in
placed
are
not
working
as
too
many
people
waiting
at
the
reception
area
and
crying
for
their
appointment
all
were
exposed
with
each
other
and
no
social
distancing
were
followed.
I
suggest
to
have
a
separate
reception
cabin
to
manage
new
clients
or
allocated
for
PCR
test
only.
Use
a
token
system
with
large
screen
monitors
in
front
of
reception
to
let
everyone
know
about
their
slot
number
to
avoid
congestion
on
the
area.
To
the
management
if
customer
feedback
is
important
to
you,
you
will
find
a
way
to
address
the
issue.
If
not,
you'll
find
an
excuse.
