I have visited the place and found the lady at the reception could not provide me my request plus she doesn’t understand the chicken part names as I waited for long time until the supervisor came and understood my request In addition when I went to the second floor I found the place dirty as other customers food who left still there at the table Again today in my second visit no improvement in the place being clean for customers

Ok So I had been to the KFC at the Hamad international airport Not much queue so got myself a zinger burger and popcorn for my son. I decide to have it straight away to find it all cold So I went and had a look of the kitchen and what I found was shocking. There were every item on the menu like made and kept, God knows how long before. I have attached a snap of the kitchen. So in short if you want cold chicken and sandwich’s right place to go What a shame for KFC God knows whose smart idea it is And yes sky high prices that shocks any transit passenger.

The prices have doubled in 2 years and workers are halved. No quality of food, no table serving like McDonald's. Taste like cheap food

I tried the lays chicken twister wrap and it was very nice. The chicken was very crispy. Also the convenience of ordering the food through the app for pickup at drive thru was another great satisfaction. You have different option to order through your app and also several special offers on the app. the 5 option are delivery, dine in, car hop, drive thru.

I went there during the COVID pandemic, I was happy to see that they were taking the needed steps and precautions. The food's taste remains the same wherever you go, a great place to go to if you are travelling and want to have something that you know how it will taste like. #parking available 🅿️ #spacious dining 🍽 area #courteous staffs

I don’t want to give any star but there is no option, Food very bad , service average, atmosphere very bad , bad smell when we going time , very unprofessional kfc , taste also not good , overall wasted our money

Good for Quick bite, not so busy, no enough space to dine in. Always check your order carefully before your leave.

Tried the drive-in for a second time. For any larger than mid-size SUV, it is really quite a challenge to navigate the extremely tight turning of the drive through. The service person's audio volume is so soft and I need to switch off the car engine to hear her.

Bad smell Atmosphere felt like a lodge Look at the ceiling, the light is fit with tapes which is not safe for customers. Poor customer service. Food not so good.
