I visited the place last day, they are treating the people like animals, security guards are so rude and aggressive, labors are standing in the sun and queing in line for hours even the gates are closed. I couldnt find any social distancing there , have not seen any covid preventive measures there, labors are not even allowed to go inside the health center, and all the time 200 to 300 labors are standing outside the gates just to get information but gates are closed and no one is there to provide information except security guards if they are available. They ask people come in night 8 to 9 pm to get token for next day appointment and next day come early morning 4am to wait till 7am for doctor or health card processing. This is simply humiliating poor people. Red crescent really needs to work on this...

Very poor hospitality. 3rd class treating to the labor. Low capacity if compare amount of patients, Low standard, very rude security, long waiting time for treatment.

Security and Dr's are not good they do not behave properly. I don't know what do they need to give a person a sick leave document when the person is real sick. World class facilities never make a patient feel better behaviour of the DR's and all other member of the hospital dose matter.

Recently I extracted my tooth here. Friendly service. They charged only one Riyal for such a wonderful service. (Cheers red crescent)Professional doctors. It was a painless process and even after the removal I hardly felt pain. If you don't have an insurance card you can still show your copy of Visa and passport. I suggest anyone going there should reach by 5-6 am better if they wanna return early. hope this tips will help someone in need.

Receptionist's behavior is very poor., After waiting for 5 hours the doctor still did not come,Worst! Rude! Attenders. They don't understand the pain the patient,, Just as I expected, the opposite is horrible. I think government is not paying,

Industrial area labor hospital , government has been giving very cheap price medical for labours but patient shou pay small amount payments for medicine 💊 around 7 riyal it should pay trough banks card it payment method occurs difficult for most of labours or government should make arrangement to pay trough their health card like metro oo karwa bus card it very helpful for everyone also customer service very poor level need take some action

How somone can stand outside in direct sunlight with fever. Better to seek private hospital or if don't afford then seek for another Hamad.

Worst! Rude! Attenders. They don't understand the pain the patient is having, they will try to avoid us to enter the hospital by saying all kind of excuses. Un pleasant experience. Government should regulate them with behavioral classes.

You come after noon time no doctors are available for basic checkup. Only if you have appointment then you can enter inside building. I cane from so far almost 80km away and they said simply no doctors. If you want treatment to be done come by 5am. Worst experience this time

Worst medical facility. Beware if you are visiting this medical center. Rather you can take rest at ur home but don't visit here. There is no proper treatment patient has ho wait. One of our worker was waiting from morning 7 to evening 7. Bug still he didn't get treatment. Some government authority should look into this.

This hospital doctor's behavior is not good. The patient sends G to another hospital.After spending an hour in the line, send another to the hospital.Sometimes it is said that it is not only a doctor in the hospital today.

Very poor condition. Patients have to wait for hours standing in que to get the tocken. Security staff pull the patients physically and also often they say today all hospital is packed come tomorrow.

This medical center is for Bachelors who is living without family in Qatar, Residents. Visited to make new health card as I have valid QID, was asked to visit the ‘workers health center in Dukhan’. So first you need to get your health card after that you can go for treatment.

Medical Center for bachelors living without family in Qatar. Attended for physiotherapy treatment. The physiotherapists are very friendly and they take good care of the patients. The treatment is also good and effective. Only concern is few staff at the reception area as they don't treat people/patients properly sometimes. There should be a polite and kind manner to handle others.

If you have health problems, it would be best to go to Hamad Hospital in Doha without wasting time.Here all the tests are done in Hamad Doha so it will be too late to get the result.

The service is very late, the patient has to wait for hours. The doctors and staff of the hospital are busy talking and talking on mobile phones. They are attending at the end of the month to get the salary of the Qatar government, they don't care about the patient's service.

5 hours long waiting just for 2 minutes swab test really so horrible for a 12 hours worker and the staff just passing their timings with their mobile chatting
