👨‍⚕️Dr Riji is one of the best Orthodontist in qatar. He is very soft and explains everything about the treatment in a very well manner. I recommend him for the all the dental services as he is very expert in everything.

Worst experience At the time of PCR test there is long waiting line for registration.Have to wait even after taking appointments. the staff was polite at the time of sample collection. The next Day went to get the reports they made me wait for two hours as to create the barcode on report needs special conditions and the staff dealing was very rude. Report are being delivered on reference basis.

Staffs are very attentive . The most noticeable part here is "Physiotherapy "section here . Having experienced from other Physiotherapy treatment in Doha , without doubt can say that they have one of best service for Physiotherapy. Trust me that even better than Doha's most rated expensive hospital services ! This is own my testimony as I experienced this personally. Overall good experience with staffs

Went for my PCR test here. Job done well. The nurse was very polite and patient. Highly recommend this place. PCR test fees is 380 QAR. If you don't have Qatar ID just take your passport with you. Go at 9.00 am in the morning.

Worst experience ever. Made the appointment online and went there on time. But had to wait 45 mins to just to see the doctor. On top of that they updated my insurance information incorrectly and and made me pay 2nd time I visited. When I complained about it next day they asked me to come back to sign insurance documents and reimburse money. They have even prescribed me medicine which was not covered by my insurance without my consent and insisted I pay for it .

Went for Rapid antigen test due to new govt requirement for non vaccinated people. Registering for test (50 QAR, cash or card payment) was fast. Directed to next building and had to call for staff as no one was around. Didn't take long to get tested (similar method as PCR test, just swab up one nostril). Then told results will take 1h 30 min and they will email... (I assumed it was 'Rapid' 10 to 15min for results). To cut it short, waited 4 hours and no news. Called the center, gave email again, results arrived soon after. Went at 3.30pm Sunday, results (after chasing) arrived at 7.30pm same day.

I'm SO pleased ! that Dr Reeno (gynaecologist & obstetrician) was fabulous to me. It was so nice to talk with medical personnel who listen & are just plain NICE. I am so happy & pleased to have found a great Dr. ever. Dr. Reeno is so friendly and helpful! She always goes the extra mile to make sure I’m comfortable. Came here for a medical fitness test for QatarEnergy. There’s favoritism in calling people in the queue there’s always people skipping queues and get their test done while making others wait for hours. As I was told to fast 12 hours before the fitness test and adding the hours they made me wait for the test, it is more like the violation of human rights. Clearly one of the worst places I’ve ever want to visit again

Wonderful Staff almost everyone. In my last visit I went for a Fasting sugar blood test and I was starving very badly afer the test. I just asked for a cup of tea as no whare I could find a shop or restaurent near by. The Nurse was there at that time on duty in the room number 9 she was really down to earth and she gave me a cup of tea. No words express my gratitude towards. Gem of a staff NOVA is really blessed to have such wonderfull workers. So dedicated and passion on their duty. Also, specially I should say about Dr. Chrycsel Ramos. Such a wonderful character. Very unprofessional. Have appointment at 9:30am until 10:30 nobody attending to me and the nurse just told that the dr. resigned. And there is one doctor that really annoying that keep insisting that appointment is for ent. How possibly dental to ent. Ridiculous !

Had a very odd conversation with the receptionist. Called to inquire about the price of retainers, receptionist did not understand. I was explaining to him, mentioning braces and teeth, and he assumes I need an appointment for the gynecologist....what? I explain further, he's asking if I need my teeth filled/cleaned. I explain even further and when he finally understands he says I need to come in for a paid consultation to receive the price. No thank you. Unprofessional and very odd that the establishment is not transparent about prices. Will definitely not be visiting.

It's a neat and clean centre complying with all covid appropriate behaviour. The doctors are very knowledgeable and Staff quite helpful. Must go place

Called before coming but the next day I experienced Misleading treatment and Information about copaying with the insurance after the procedure. Not property informed before the procedure if i should pay or free under the insurance. The doctor proceeded with the treatment without orders and no approval from the insurance first and without me knowing what to expect especially with the fees. As the consumer, I should agree and know how much to copay. So I was shocked to find out afterwards about remaining balance at reception. And no one helped me out to resolve the issue. I feel shame at the reception. And male Reception was very rude to tell like its not his problem, i should just pay. Very poor facility no one helped out to resolve the issue. Not recommended to come here!!!
