Friends Requesting you all for not using this travel agency service..I have cancelled my ticket on May 28 of this year .. Till then I was regularly contacting these guys for my refund Till date ,today it is 2 Sep 2019 they havent refunded the same. While asking about the refunds they are simply raise their hands up and cursing the flight operators and IATA ..I have never ever experience such a pathetic service from a Travel agency

The office inside are good, the employees there helped me alot. They tried to give the best advice. The reason I gave it 4 stars is the location and how to reach it. It was a tricky spot.

As a customer I will not recommend this travels name .. I have booked a air ticket to my country but unfortunately got cancelled on 28/ May 2019.. Since then I was contacting Dana travels staff for my refund on several occasion they are giving excuses and not even given a solution .. Till now 02/Jul /2019. I have not get my refund yet.. Please dont go with Dana Travel ... In case of hazel they will raise up their hands and will not support the customer ... Horrible Service

I called the customer center at least 20 times, contacted them via their WhatsApp number left on website, but not a single person was at my service. I personally will never book through this website, and will not recommend any one I know to use this website, never seen such poor customer service.
