The front office staff is rude and don't know how to talk to guests. They are expecting guests to know there internal arrangements with third parties. Room in not clean. Found hairs of the previous guest in the bath room and furniture were dusty. Informed these all to front office and expected them to clean it but no body bother to attend the request till I leave the place
