Had a disappointing experience today at the store while wanting to purchase necklace. Surprisingly, none of the salespersons showed interest in understanding our needs or to approch us. Even when we approached the store manager, there was no response. After waiting for 25-30 minutes without any assistance, we left the store feeling highly disappointed without seeing anything. Fortunately, we found a nearby store with excellent service and had a positive experience. Ended up making a wise decision to buy jewellery worth 35K form a store that truly valued us.

Nice showroom with lovely collection of jewelry. The salesperson, M/s Chandni, helped us in finalizing the jewelry and walked us through the entire process of how to get a vat refund.

Absolutely fantastic service . Was recommended this jeweller by a friend who has bought from them for years . Did not disappoint . Only down side is that I spent more than my budget. !!
