    This is the best KFC branch I always visit in Dubai. This branch serves an outstanding instant fresh and flavourful chicken. Thanks for the great taste and superb meal quality. Great thanks to this branch's Great Manager and Great Smiling Staff.

    Follow me on Instagram: @thehungriestman I'm a big fan of KFC, and have it quite often. However the food we got from this branch was very disappointing. I had ordered a 4 in one box, and everything tasted bad. The chicken was very dry and I think it was a bit over-fried, the fries had very little salt, and lastly, we had ordered a garlic sauce, and we didn't even get it in the bag (we came here, but didn't do dine-in).     I had been here at night. Wonderful staff, but the manager/supervisor was very rude with the staff working there. While the poor workers were trying their best to keep up with the crowd, cleaning, deliveries, he was busy on the phone with personal calls. When a lady came who spoke the local language, he was keen to help, while he was completely ignoring the other customers who were waiting. Not the first time I am encountering this at this outlet.

    I was asking for bucket of 9 pieces and team said they don't have it. I saw the display showing that 9 piece bucket lays coated and when I asked about that, she said that it is available for 9 piece. I was not satisfied with the way she handled it. They should be able to help the customer with the options available.

    This branch is a little bit tricky to access if you are not using navigation assistance. There are parking available for customers in front of the outlet. The staffs are very polite and helpful. Seating is available in the outlet for small and large groups.

    I bought dinner for takeaway, and while I'm on my way to the car, the soft drinks holder broke, and the 2 medium pepsi(s) fell to the ground. The manager saw it and replaced my bebsis. Thank you so much! 😁

    I didn't find any issues with service or order. The service was decent and order was correct. The reason for 2 star is I tried the chicken twice from here and always found it saltier than it should be. Idk I eat a lot of KFC but here I felt it was saltier and I couldn't enjoy it as much.

    The staff needs to be more professional in terms of welcoming and giving the order correctly. I took a takeaway and later at home was surprised to open the box with no salad box. The blue gloves of the lady on the reception were torn from the fingers as well as she was also packing food with the same torn gloves.
