Although I believe hardees is a bit expensive as compared to others but they always manage to win by throwing amazing offers. I had Beef Super Star Burger, which was really amazing. Beef patty was typically hardees one with their signature sauces. The size of the burger was enough to make you feel full. It was really flavourful. The combination of vegis with beef plus their sauces was up to the mark. I also tried their Steak Fries. Fries were really good, especially the Cheese Sauce. But I didn't like the steak part. Try ordering loaded fries without cheese because they are much better. Fries were not soggy and still crispy. Sauce was out of the world, and the best part is that it was delivered hot and tasted fresh.

The worst service ever, every time I come to order they make the Oder wrong and even they don’t understand what the customers wants, plus Force the customers to get different kind of meals from what they asked for. Does stuff need to stop pushing customer for a different meal from the one the customer need because whenever the customer Come to the restaurant he knows what he want to order so don’t push them just to get more points or targets on the customers. Plu your drive-through system it’s the worst ever the people who talks on the microphone their voice it’s not clear this is the first thing the second thing they cannot hear the customer and they mess up with the order

Every time when i visit this hardees branch from the driving through area ,, they ask me to move forward from the window and stop in the front and someone will take my order and will bring it me from the front door !!! As i know they have to give the customer the order in 2 minutes! Why they are asking the customers to move forward!? Because there is a sinsor and its counting the time !! I had to say this coz its happened to me more than 4 time when people move forward there is no place to park and we have to stay at the wrong way and thats will be against the law and will be against the exit for the Petrol station Your employee have to respect the customers and five the orders in they time not asking them to move forward Just befor 20 minutes i was there and the employee just layed in my face and he told me you have to stop forward coz its the pic up area And thats wrong and i stand in my place You have to respect the people And the people will respect you back

Currently i m having dinner in hardee s al tawar 3 and i can hear manager is shouting at his staff loudly which made a big noise and couldn’t have my dinner in peace. If manager wants to communicate with his staff he can do that while meeting in separate places where customers should not this big noise

The driver was forty minutes late. The food we got was soggy and cold. There was hair in all of the chicken pieces we ordered. The food was done at 9:36PM and I got it at 10:15PM. I live only ten minutes away from this location. I usually like Hardees but this one was disgusting.

It was so bad experience they didn’t mention about refills now they don’t have refill Even they don’t mention any where, there is no policy they mention I called help center they didn’t help me I have my bill with me. It’s very terrible experience all over the world it’s free here in Al Qusais branch they have no refill option why I have to eat anything here, staff are illiterate they even don’t know how to talk with customers they fight if we asking them question. Very very bad choice I will never eat and suggest all Hardee’s lover don’t come and eat.

The worst delivery i ever experienced I ordered food and the delivered on other location then the told me they will make new order so i waited for almost 2 hours but no one talk to me so i called them then they kept on cutting the call on me. Very bad , i don't recommend ordering from this app. Very bad service .. they converted my call on 3 different drivers and no one gave me and answer to deliver my food the just kept on passing me over. Driver 1. +971 52 450 1383, Driver 2. +971 52 429 3416, Driver 3. +971 58 276 4896. I am very sad and hungry also i will never forgive you for wasting my time. Even when i called the call center ( (06) 553 6481 ) and told them the mistake they said they will call back and deliver my order but nothing till now almost 3 hours !!!!!!!! Shame on you. Finally driver number 4 came. +971 52 420 5239 and the food is very cold and sweaty.

Had the worst experience today at Hardee’s. I went to the drive thru as my kids wanted fries, and my son loves to place the order himself. So as we got there my son spoke in clear, loud words “TWO.. SMALL.. NON-SPICY.. CURLY FRIES.. PLEASE”.. The lady on the other repeated the order but asked again “Spicy?” And he replied no. Then the store supervisor Raafat walked out of the back door and asked if I could place the order.. Now, before I continue, there was no traffic at the drive-thru (we were the only ones there), and I have just gotten out of hospital, still haven’t recovered, and am unable to speak. So, before I could say anything Raafat the supervisor opened the back door, asked me to speak, and when I said no asked us to move to the next counter and closed the door. When I got there, the lady said hi takes orders didn’t even attend to me first, as another was then driving thru she went on to taking that order while we waited. So after she was done serving someone else while I was in front of the line at this time, I asked for the guy who walked out the back door. She walks off saying he’s the supervisor and calls him. I explain to him my son was loud and clear in ordering 2 fries, to which he says he thought it was FIVE.. I explained to him this is the service industry and that there should be a little patience, ESPECIALLY when there is no crowd/traffic. Which this Supervisor obviously didn’t agree to. Not wanting to argue any further, with little to no voice of mine, I had to repeat multiple times to get him to stop explaining himself and give the fries so that I could be on my way.. I hope this reaches Corporate..

Poor service everytime we order thru drive thru. They always made a mistake on our orders.

I’ve been having hardees for the past 10 years, and I absolutely love the cheesesteak burger. Cheesesteak burger with Santa Fe sauce inside the burger and curly fries spicy with a large Mountain Dew. The best fast food you could probably have.
