I came there just to check my blood pleasure, I was dizzy and light headed by the time I get there but they refused to get my BP checked and asked me to register first to before they do anything. Its an emergency and the que to get registered is long. Useless to call a health care center they dont even help.

Most Disorganized Place Ever! I went there for vaccines, such disappointment! It was like olden day with no computer, instead of coordinating among themselves, they sent you here and there just to ask if they have the required vaccines and come back, sent you again to ask the costs of vaccines! Working in the same place, with lots of computers, no communication or cooperation whatsoever! I had to go back to registration counter 5 times, and take token every time and wait again just because they don’t communicate among themselves! The lady at the reception was so incompetent, always talking to someone in her earphones I guess, her speed was as slow as turtle, took me about 1 hr just to pay for the 4 vaccines with the help of her colleague. I knew what vaccines I wanted and sent me to doctor for consultation which costed 112 Aed and insisted I do antibody test first which costed 93 Aed, and asked me to come back after result which I would be able to see in DHA app, I asked them if there is any number to contact if I can’t see in the app and as I need those vaccines urgently. They said no, I can see in the app. The next day, couldn’t see such results and just came back anyway just to learn the result was already out but no where to see in the app. I wasted my appointment, time and money. The next day, the registration lady wanted to charge me again for consultation and I insisted I already paid. Such a ridiculous place!

Went for 1st dose of Sinophram vaccine, I had an appointment at 12:15pm, went to the Centre at 11:40 for registration but long wait until my turn came at around 1:40pm. The process is slow as only two locations inoculation were administered. Hopefully, they can fast track the process in future.

Medical center - very clean with super attentive nurses and staff. Took my son for his vaccination as we still waiting for his passport to be issued and can’t get him on the insurance. You will have to book an appointment prior coming - it can be done via phone or email - I just googled dha health center and dialed the number shown in google. For the child you will have preregistration via email the MRN and in the health center to complete the health card issuance in order to avail free child vaccination. Health card will cost you 120AED and valid for 1 year. In case if you are in the situation like us - you have kids and can’t process their insurances yet, that’s the best and cheapest vaccination service to avail. Next appointment will be done by the nurse, it’s easier than calling the agents and quicker. 10 Jan 2023 Came here with appointment for Covid 19 test. But when I said I already have Covid and need to consult doctor because of difficulties. The counter number 3 local lady was so nice she called a nurse and she directed me to one consulting room. They took my vitals and doctor came and checked my throat and my chest. Then she said she will give me medicine and don't want to expose me to x-ray. All the three people I interacted were very helpful and nice. The doctor and nurse explained everything very elaborately. Overall I say that this clinic visit was superb and worth. Feel so comforted. GOD bless them.

Me and my mother went there today to get our Pfizer booster and found the place very clean and the staff (the security, nurses, nursing head) all were very kind and treated us with respect and love.
