Lovely place to chill and relax with family, the beach is super clean and the water is clear and perfect for swimming. You can have a good walk or cycle ride, track is provided. And the most amazing part is the Wakra Souq behind the beach, you can have really amazing food from there as well.

Camera not allowed. Can use only mobile phones for photos. Singles not allowed. It's a family park/beach. The architecture and lighting is good with peaceful ambience.

Souq Al Wakra Public beach is located 20 mins outside of Doha city. The beach is super clean and tidy. I was here one fine day with my pal. I sat back and enjoyed the beautiful breeze alongside a picturesque view of the sea coast. You can also get a wide range of restaurants and cafes to munch in some food as well. Definitely a must visit place for people who are planning to visit Qatar.

When I went to Wakrah, I had no idea what to expect. But it was everything I'd hoped for. The architecture is so beautiful and the shops are fantastic. There are a lot of beautiful cafes around, too, and the bazaar next to the beach is amazing!
