The Worst Health centre and pathetic Arabic staff ever seen. Gen Admin staff is more of beauty show that hospitality. Qatar Health care should really think about hiring better staff rather than just hiring Arabic speakers who know absolutely nothing.

please shut down this hospital bcz its not helping the wakrah registered patients. the burqa lady receptionist is very rude and doesnt give appointment for doctor even if available and there is no patient in waiting. i was sick and i requested her again 2 times but she didnt even looked at me and not respond bcz her highness was busy on her phone and not in mood of doing her "job". the entrance staff is very non cooperative and rude. and pharmacy is worst bcz they make you wait 2 hours just to take your medicine and go. total mismanagement and bad customer service experience

I dont want to give atleast one star also.. this one for to post comments only… very worst staffs.. specially in the reception.. if they have even one customer they will treat very bad.. very bad service also.. healthcenter should be to help people in their body weekness.. worst worst worst… very sad about this…

Worst pharmacy ever came across..has to wait for long time, the staffs r not experienced in providing the services quickly.. enjoying their time chatting inside.

Very worst service.. very bad ataffs also.. specially reception.. if anyone visit there means they have some emergency.. they will not come there to visit and see the phc.. plz consider they are humans.. all happend up to the staff.. very worst staffs… last day i visit there , inhad too much problem.. i cant move also.. they not allowed to consult.. how they know my sickness.. if i am ok, i will not come there.. they didnt allow to me.. i m very sad abt this.. first consideration should be health.. worst center

I don't mean the one star but you deserve a 0 because I brought a paper from school that says if I'm fit or unfit and all you do is ignore me like can you atleast respect and thanks alot now I can't play the running competition and the running competition means my life I was crying when I left.

Waiting more than an hour to get new appointment for my son & daughter 2nd vaccine. Unfortunately, 3 numbers to mine the PIC to reschedule the appointment went back at 9pm. It’s the 3rd time with long waiting hours appoinment issues… government should look into this matter in order to make everything smooth.

Who make 5 star means they are staffs or someone related to phcc.. no one give good reviews.. actually i want to give zero.. but here no option thats y.. staff not comsider the whoever visit there is human.. they want medication thats y they come there not to visit phcc.. very bad

I’m 7 months pregnant, I had the worst experience with the receptionist ladies. It would be less if I say I’m disappointed rather I would like to say I’m sad about the way being a Muslim or a hijabi faces such a humiliating situation. The lady in the receptionist is very rude and doesn't give an appointment for doctor even if available . I was sick and i requested her again 2 times but she didn't even looked at me and she was mocking about me to her colleagues and laughing.I strongly believe that they doesn’t have any human values or considerations .Total mismanagement and bad customer service experience.This condition creating by these people are really bad for this hospital and it will badly affect the goodwill of this beautiful Country

Atrocious behavior by the receptionist, they are hiding their weakness in communications and overriding the poor people, especially the female section receptionist sitting in the middle. Showing attitudes for every asks. Worst behavior in hospitality. But the medical staffs are excellent and skillful. I appreciate their care and mannerisms.

ER Doctor for female Emergency March 29th at 9AM on duty not good. I had food poising in the morning and the ER male doctor who attended just informed me to take Panadol and ignore the issue of the stabbing stomach pain i had. Cracks joke around and displays and verbalizes disappointment that i came there for the check up. He didnt even bother to made proper assesment for the pain scale. Just checks only for other quadrants of the stomach for pain. And in a hurry to go. Seems like the doctor is not serious with his job and not patient advocate 👎🏻 The 2 nurses were commendable for assisting 👍🏻

Good services, a bit crowded

Receptionist, attitude & behaviour &, talking is so bad. While we come for any disease they will give appointments after our death. They were not take care of any people. They will not give any appointments, if there are doctors on live. Very bad , fed up. All times same issues. Arabic staffs in the costumer services were worst again and again.only wants to assist arabic staff.They dont even care or listens to what expats want . "Please provide the job to those who deserve. There are thousands of talented unemployed people . Hire them they will be happy to assist"Wakra Health Center" (14-12-2023). That much tired......

Am giving low rating just because of the lady in the token machine. As she gave me wrong number . I went there to collet my family’s health cards. I was there with my kids. I waited too long and when my turn came the security told me it is wrong number. Frustration is went through is one thing and the lady refused to accept her mistake was another level. Not gooda.

emergency consultation‼️ When we go to the health centre for a fever, headaches, or any other illness, they only take our temperature and blood pressure and schedule a appointment five or ten days later. How can I come in for a fever after ten days? I'm confused as to how this works.

Not at all satisfactory experience. I applied for health card. The women in the counter was very good. The one Kerala guy in Room no.49 was the worst clerk I have ever seen. Actuallyhe have me a date to come he can print and give the card, For this job I came three times still I did not receive my card. I write this bacause I am fed up with this.These type of people are parasites that sucks the dignity of organisation.

The reception takes u too much time then they will tell you no doctor thattime i just came 5 minutes late due to my allergy but i never forget what she say go home and make appoitment again even she knows im sick, as i obserb other person she can manage to arrange specially(arabic) i hope in this clinic no discrimination all should be treat well specially they dont know the condition this is not the first time ,,,

Today we went to take flu shot. It was around just before 9pm. The incharge staff had left and everyone (security, receprion etc) advised us that they end at 9,come nxt day Though the timing are up to 10pm. So finally, We had to return, without getting vaccine. Time wasted.

First of all, 0 rate to the customer service that I talked and ask if wakrah health center is open during Fridays, and she said YES, 3 TIMES I ASKED AND SHE ANSWERED YES BUT THERE'S TIMING.and since Friday is my off so I went this morning... The lady near the door, I asked her that we want to registered a new health card, she said ITS ONLY FOR FAMILY! ohh... Then she said I must go to HAMAD! FYI , before I came in wakrah health clinic already went to Hamad and they said I MUST GO TO NEAREST HEALTH CENTER, my concern is.. the lady that we asked she cannot give clearly information, like what's the use you are put in the information desk if you cannot assist properly the people? When I told her I already went to Hamad she change her answer, she said then we can comeback on Sunday, after she told me that wakrah health center is ONLY FOR FAMILY. MEAning if I don't have family here they might not accept me?! or maybe what she is trying to tell me that I AM an expat and it's hard to get health card.😏
