We came today for two nights, The place is amazing yet the Service and Operation is the WORST EVER. Checking in process was very bad, Towels on the Beach wasn’t available and the excuse was they are waiting for it to come from Doha. No one was there for us on the beach to serve, we had to go ourselves to search and look for someone if we needed anything. Whilst the place itself is Good, the BAD SERVICE AND OPERATION MAKES IT THE WORST.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Regency Camp restaurant and I must say the highlight of my experience was the exceptional service provided by Zouhaier, our waiter. Zouhaier went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. He was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire meal. He provided great recommendations for dishes and drinks, and his attention to detail was impressive. He took the time to engage with us and make us feel like valued guests. His genuine warmth and hospitality made the dining experience truly memorable. I would highly recommend Regency Camp to anyone visiting the area, and I would especially recommend requesting Zouhaier as your waiter. He is a true asset to the restaurant and a credit to the hospitality industry.

Not worth the money for sure.. we have had better hospitality, services and food for half the price from Rahal Beach Camp. Rooms were spacious and clean. Food was below average and we had only set menu while it's buffet normally. Not much indoor games or other activities like sand boards. We had to ask for literally everything including food. Will not be returning back..

terrible experience. YOU RISK LOSING YOUR MONEY DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM. They canceled my pickup from the airport. so i took a taxi after a 12 hour flight from Australia as far as i could to where the road ends and the local said they normally come pick you up here at the end of the road, if i call them. i called all 3 numbers i found for the hotel about 20 times with no answer. wasted my time. wasted $70USD in a taxi trying arrive there and they won’t refund my booking. it was also a risk of being stuck in the middle of nowhere i was lucky i gave the taxi driver extra to not leave to stick around.

AVOID IF YOU WANT WI-FI I Spent over £1000 for ONE NIGHT and despite repeated requests to get the WI-FI working, NO ONE BOTHERED. It is unfortunate that my experience has been clouded by one issue but when you spend this kind of money, for one night and there are no activities to do in the Desert after dark, you could at least make sure the wi-fi works!! Very disappointed.

This camp is located approx. 20 mins far from the Sealine beach resort. It is a very peaceful location and if you want to relax this is an ok place however there will be zero activities. This might not be the best place for kids unless they have company. Room cleanliness is average, however toilets/bath have a wierd smell. Food is on the expensive side, breakfast which is complementary is one of the worst i ever had in Qatar. With small changes this place has the potential to become one of the best in Qatar, however due to bad management who does not care about making small things better it is a let down.

Everything was perfect except for dinner time. There was a bit of confusion about the menu and we had to wait over an hour before things were sorted, but when the food arrived it was all very delicious

Everything about my experience is below average. As soon as we arrived to the room a bad smell was unbearable from the toilets. Dirty sheets and curtains!!! Food was below average, Breakfast was awful and no coffee other than Nescafé in your room. Wifi is weak and unstable within the camp area. And most of the time is not working. The service in itself was incredibly really slow if they answer your calls , also the phone in the room is not working so you have to use your mobile to call the customer service. Really bad service and customer service and the employees really bad.

Despite booking the Al Maha suite at a substantial premium for a two-night stay in the supposedly luxurious Regency Sealine camp in Doha, our experience has been disappointing. Despite the great ambiance, the service has been terrible, with uncooperative staff and all the food served appearing to be frozen. The operations team's performance has been horrendous, making our stay far from worth the high price we paid for what is supposed to be a 5-star accommodation.

5 stars for location 4 stars for everything else. It used to be more cosy place before. But now many rooms added. Kinda lost its charm. But worth a visit

Booked 2 nights at USD360/night with half board. Room 6/patio room. Barely hot water in shower despite turning on water heater. Toilet cannot flush ie faulty. Had only 2 bathroom towels & no floor mat. Have to ask for more. Provided with a set menu as they don’t have enough rooms to do buffet as the entire resort has only 6 rooms occupied. With the condition of room , offerings of the resort, the room rate of USD360/night is way over priced . Definitely not 5 star. More like a 3*. For sure a camp as per their name. Just not at this price

I booked this place for 3 nights which costed me an arm and a leg. This property is a so called 5star property and I was expecting the same but to my surprise the service, the restaurant, the rooms, washroom, water everything is a zero. No Wi-Fi signals, no phone in the room to contact the reception or room service. Food menu has hardly 2 or 3 dishes. Zero activities. And if you want to go to the supermarket from this camp (where there cars go 5 6 times a day empty) they will charge you 100QR for one side!!!!!!!!! Zero hygiene, Zero!!!! The staff no doubt is cooperative but what can they do with zero resources. A waste of money and time

Very nice place for a short getaway.they have little glass upscale rooms and then the more traditional look of the tents. Lots of space .. 1 bedroom..can sleep 4 with huge onsuite bathroom..no windows obviously so it is best to be outside. It was not too hot anymore but I suspect Nov to march to be the best timings for outdoor play and bonfire. The area is clean and has great people onsite to assist with everything. The breakfast and dinner buffet is of high quality and great selection..really great value for money. This is a remote area but if you do not have a 4x4 they will come and pick you up in style and you will enjoy that added experience in the desert. Its about 20 min away from the sealine resort and WiFi as well as TV connection should not be your priority..just go and enjoy a night away. Some outdoor play and little football also for families. We enjoyed the short getaway. Recommended especially when it gets cooler.
