The place was one of the main decisions for grabbing the daily groceries. Unfortunately, the prices increased gradually, till it became un tolerated, and even more expensive than other outlets. Sometimes, you find special offer signs on a product where, when you go for payment, you discover that the price is more expensive than the ordinary item on the shelf itself. On the other hand, you can get very good offers available in the store, which is a plus point for them, but it is rare to find though. I also had arguments with the management there, where expired items are kept on the front  area on the shelves and were good that I checked the date to report the same. I also had an argument for many other things where the price on the self is, for example: 50 AED, while they charge on the cashier for 62 AED or more, which made me very cautious while buying anything from there. The toilets are, most of the time, unhygienic which need cleaning. As advice from my repeated experience, you need to put an eye on the price board in the cashier area while buying anything from there, especially anything grabbed from the special offer section. Sometimes, when I check the bill, I discover that  items are either counted double or not added to the bill, so I always make sure not to miss reconciliation all items with the cashier to make sure going home with peace of mine, and not repeating the visit to pay the difference or get my the money back of the extras added.

The supermarket had a wide selection of products, including fresh produce, groceries, and household items. I was particularly impressed with the variety and quality of the fresh produce, which appeared to be well-maintained and in good condition. In terms of pricing, the supermarket offered competitive prices compared to other stores in the area. I also noticed that they had several ongoing promotions and discounts, this way lulu alwys make happy and helped me save some money on my purchases.

Overall quality products they are providing. On 1st floor you can get all electronics items. Lots of offers are available there. Overall having a great time to shop there.

Worst place to shop....poor customer service confused staff and no courtesy to their customers. They kept us waiting for more than a hour with a bunch of confused staff running around for nothing. Customer happiness centre was the best part when we asked for the customer compliant register he was happily giving the feedback form without having any disappointment for their poor service. Sometimes I feel they are treating customers with the bill value. Worst ever experience

It’s an all one stop for all my needs. From Fresh produce to pastries and anything you might need in the house hold. Competitive prices. Peak hours cashier queue can be long. I think they should invest in self checkout stations.

Lulu Hypermarket is one of the best places for shopping, offering many products and good service.

Great place to shop fife groceries and fruits in Al Warqa. Always fresh! has convenient parking and a good car wash too at the parking. It’s a complete Hypermarket. Also has a studio, pharmacy, abaya shop and a kids saloon.
