I visited Aster clinic after long time . This one at al warqa is difficult to reach because of traffic . Less parking space . You have to park in sandy area in strong sunlight. The receptionists are helpful but not friendly. I could sense little bit of rudeness in the voice . I visited Dr . George Simon , he was so welcoming with his friendly smile . Dr was professional, knowledgeable and kind,he answered all my queries. He is so courteous, efficient and polite. the clinic is neat and tidy.The aster pharmacy is just next to it .

Very disappointed with the attitude of the nurses and doctor who didn't take any interest to attend my 4 year son when taken in an emergency yesterday due to high fever 105 degree. Instead of giving him a first aid they keep us waiting for the paper / admission work. We took him to another Hospital due to their lack of responsibility. Very bad service and hope the Aster Management will look in to it and do the needful.

I had visited the Aster Beauty Clinic yesterday 16-12-22 at 7:45 pm. The Reception staff at the time refused to even accept my visiting card despite me insisting on doing so. Is there any rule that one should not accept visiting cards from the clients ?? Well that was really embarassing ! Reception staff need some serious training in hospitality ! Otherwise the clinic ambience was great ! Well done !

Although doctor's services are reasonably good here, you will find all trainee staff at the reception who will search for button in the keyboard for hours. Also, their token system is one of strange in the world. In order to get the token for doctor, you need to get another token to meet the reception staff. 😳 (Corona precautions). Be prepared to wait 1 hour before meeting doctor. I used to be regular visitor, but now this would be my last visit after my bad experience.

The worst medical facility branch i’ve ever stepped in in the whole UAE. The receptionist are all vulgar and unprofessional, shouting and fighting together, the queue system is super useless and pointless, and they don’t even follow the numbers or the turn of patients. I always go there because its just near my house and I always have to wait for minimum 50 mins to 1 hour. After all even if its the last clinic in dubai i would never recommend it.

Had a good experience. Doctor was very precise and explained well. Waiting time is little more but it's known due to medical insurance approval and normal hospital stuff. Overall happy with the way they treated including nurses doctors and other staff around. Thank you Aster..

I had a bad experience with this clinic. I went for a walk-in., my token number was 439 and time was 5:00pm. I have reached the clinic like 4:30 and was waiting for consultation. However, while i was waiting they called token 438, 440, 441. Then i had to go to the reception to check why i was not called. This is ridiculous from the clinic management. If they can call whoever like that., there is no use of token system. Also the reception personals are super slow in registration.

Very good service specially when it comes to reception Mr Mahmoud is very helpful and following up suggesting useful packages and very fast not to waste patient time I needed to go to different clinics and he managed to let me been seen by 3 drs in very little time and getting things done very fast. I got to visit the clinic two days back and I really experienced the professional way of dealing by the staff, especially Dr. Simon George. He was very humble and polite. His method of treatment is commendable and feel the healing touch during treatment. Even the nurses are also very kind hearted and polite in their dealings. In short Dr. Simon is an asset for ASTER CLINIC.

The waiting time is too long for no proper reason. I came in with headache and fever. They kept me waiting for my registration turn while there are three active counters but they are not supporting anyone for long time. Moreover, when I FINALlY moved to the nurse for the basic assignment, she is busy talking to another nurse about something personal and also kept me waiting. In general they are so slow as if this is a retail market or somewhere that people come to to have fun!!! If dr Asheaf and Dr Mohamed are not working there, I would never visit this clinic.

Amazing service by this clinic, specially Mrs. Mona. Took extremely good care of me and has a phenomenal personality. Mr. Jay has been excellent in communication and guiding me in my time of need since day one.

They made the medical journey for us and for my elderly parents very easy. Om Sara in the reception was very much accommodating and she went above and beyond her responsibility to accommodate us and support us all the way. She also suggested best suitable option plan for blood testing. The nurses and facilitator sisters Sari, Soniya and Nisha were very helpful and accommodating with us and processed our request very professionally.

Hello, I have been an Aster patient for years now, but recently the clinic’s work has slowed down. It takes 40 min to just register my name in the system. There is no coordination between the staff and sometimes the whole system is down. In addition to that the place hygiene is so bad, so many insects and conditionig problems. Further more, there is a really problematic policy in the clinic where the patient has to get his own injections and medication from the pharmacy to start the medication process. This is a very serious issue, because the patient is already sick all he needs is rest not more work, where is the help he or she needs. Sometimes the patient is alone and too tire To do this. I request you as a patient in this clinic please be kind to go over the policies and take my words in regards and try to fix this or you will loose your loyal patient.

Make sure you take full day leave before go to the aster clinic in alwarqa, the reception will make you to wait the entire day. I appreciate if the management can put more staff instead keeping the patients waiting for long hours. By the way the doctors and nurses are good.

Worst front desk experience. Even though you have appointment you need to wait minimum 30 minutes to register at reception, it happened multiple times. Doctors and other staff are good. Management need to replace the reception desk team (C1 & C2) at the earliest.

Had a good experience with Aster team. I got to visit the clinic recently for my pregnancy check ups. Dr. Nivedita the Gync specialist, who did my regular check-ups, she is very caring, polite, and professionally handling her duty. Especially I would like to share my experience with sister Sonia, who is assisting Dr. Nivedita. She has guided me very well in each stages, when there is a an emergency starting from file opening to all other medical attentions she has done her job very professionally and attentively. The best Clinic around Warqa Area. There are well experienced Doctors available. Clinic is neat and well organised . Consulted both internal medicine doctors in the clinic and they both are are amazingly good. The admin staffs are fantastic especially Mr. Jaimon is super helpful and passionate about helping the patients. Highly recommended clinic.

Bad clinic. I wouldn't refer to anyone. Please do not try. As you can see in google they should close at 10:30 pm and in their door sign it is also 10:30 pm but i came 9pm and their receptionist told us they're closed. This clinic should improve their services. They're supposed to help sickly people especially they're not free. We are paying for their services. Not free.

Doctors are good at this clinic. But the procedures, time taking at front desk and till you reach the doctor that's really not a good experience and not acceptable. Moreover, their own adjecent pharmacy waiting is another big challenge of experience, you being a patient yourself and facing all such hardship of waiting and no so good approach.

Great experience! Made a same day appointment on Aster clinic and got in right away. The front desk staff and the medical assistant were very nice and helpful. Doctor was great and gave clear explanation on my medical condition. I just came here for getting second opinion but doctor made super realistic and gave greater service.. Went to Aster in Warqa 2 days ago, the front desk staff was good but i would like to mention and point out an egyptian guy, the service he provided was exceptional! He was very polite and positive even though it was extremely busy! overall the experience was very good! Will definately return again. 5 stars !!!

Alwarqa Aster clinic is one of the cleanest and best clinics I have ever been to. I have lived in the UAE for 15 years and I never change locations because, this clinic in particular is one of the best out there. from amazing range of specialists and general doctors, to one of the kindest staff members I've ever encountered. one of the staff member in particular was the most helpful and friendly at all times, Mrs. Mona. she is always there taking care of everyone and making sure people get the right treatment/doctor. Amazing lady with a lot of compassion and care in her heart!! so i highly recommend to seek Mrs. Mona help if anything is needed, as she always helped me and my kids.

All are good in aster clinic but there have on dr ashraf is GP dr it's taking tooooomuch time on one patients.... If you think to go aster warqaa-1 for gp dr you should be prepare mentally to wait morethen 2-3hr. Only that dr taking too much time all others dr are good.

I visited Aster clinic this week, Staff are very professional and friendly especially Mr Waleed, Mahmoud & Faris. Clean place, not crowded at morning but very crowded afternoon and doctors are professional especially Dr Dina , Mohamed Qassim &DR Ashraf.

I am supposed to rate them at less than 1. There is always a sufficient number of employees at the registration desk, which causes crowding and delay for patients who are in a deplorable condition. This is torture for the patients. It often takes between 2 to 3 hours for the patient to see the doctor. And the branch manager is not present. I always don't know what his role is??? A mess. I do not recommend visiting their branch

Went there early morning. Only 2-3 people are there including me but took so much time as the receptionist are just chatting. Told me obgyne is available after 1:30pm so i said I’ll come back. She asked me if i wanted to book an appointment so i said yes. Then she told me i will receive a message to confirm my appointment but the day ended I haven’t received anything. Just so you know i had miscarriage that day, glad i went to another clinic. Totally waste of time. I will NEVER recommend to go on this branch. 👎👎👎

Total mess in the clinic the nurses are lost just staring in your faces not knowing what is to be done. The reception is a disaster they are just confused with everything waiting time is too long .specially this token message over the phone is crazy what if I have forgotten my phone at home or don't have one how do I know whats my number seriously you need to do something. I always visit dr depali for my daughter she is wonderful and great and Dr Ahmed for myself both the doctors are really good but the management is not good at all.

If there is 0 I will not hesitate to put, worse experience I have, no one knows what he's doing waiting in reception area for more than 1 hour even that I booked for appointment everyone trough you to the other one they don't care at all. Worst administration. I saw one doctor she was like having many patients doing consultations fast without nurse, i only waste my time .

There is no Covid 19 precaution taken at all , no sanitation after each patient is taken care of in any room , in some area there are crowds of patients opposite of the doctors rooms
