It’s a great new upcoming hotel! The hotel is placed very close to the sea, so you get the amazing view while relaxing at the pool. The team is super nice and helpful. I would love to go there again!

Perfect location, close to the beach and sea side with amazing places to snorkel or dive. Service was great and got us anything that saw in our eyes. Great atmosphere, almost like Havana 😌 The place will always be in my heart 🥰

Hey hi!) I’m here to say that the place is just amazing! We had a great time there and so happy with our choice. The staff is super welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, bed is comfortable, towels and hot water were at our disposal. We were not lacking anything. To us, as we were having a car, it couldn’t be better as the place is around 7 minutes drive from the city and we’re happy we didn’t stay in the city cause it’s a bit loud there and so much people. So when we were coming back from the city both of us were saying “gosh, that’s so good we’re staying here, not in the city”. Super calm and peaceful place, the beach is just around 100m away. Swimming pool and area around is nice and clean. If we wouldn’t have changed our plans for sure we would stay more there! Thank you very much we’re super grateful for your service and attention! :) addition: forgot to mention that we didn’t have toothpaste so we decided to ask among staff as it was late, and they gave us but it turned out to be a gel for shaving ahahhaha)) it was funny and not funny at the same time😂

The room was good, in the toilet we had some little problems with the shower. But the place is extremely nice! The staff is friendly and always available, even if some of them do not speak English that are always ready to help! There is a restaurant in the place with a nice view and delicious food. (The chef gave us some receipts). Downstairs there is a diving center, the guys are very nice and they transmit their passion for the dive! Definitely raccomended.

Worst hotel experience. The staff who works here is useless. I am writing this review sitting next to their dirty pool. 1) they wanted money upfront. 2)check in day - our rooms weren’t ready untill 7 pm!!!, 3) No water in tap/shower/toilet for most time we stay 4) very dirty pool 5)The staff is useless - they say they do everything they can and than go for a smoke 😂. 6) no toilet paper 7) we say they we need breakfast at 7:00, because we want to depart very early. They confirm. 7:37 - the place is deserted. Nobody from the staff even looks after the place during night here 😂. Mind you I come with a group of 15 people…. WORST HOTEL EVER - HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND

We booked this hotel as "Front Line Heaven" but upon arrival its real name is Almarsa. Be careful with this, as it is hard to find due to fake name. On arrival we didn't have towels, after asking several times, 6 horas later, we got them. The water in the shower was not hot and had not pressure at all, on top the shower head was broken and the water was all around the bathroom. There was only one outlet and when we asked for an extension cord we got one but it was broken. We couldn't power the tv, fridge and our devices at the same time. The room was not properly finished, then you could see the light box. The painting was gone on many walls fue to humidity. There wasn't any hairdryer, even though they advertise It as one of the services you hace with the room. The breakfast was something else, almost everything was finished and when we ordered some bread we got something extremely hard. I guess the worst was the actitude of the receptionist once we reported all the problems, he looks like was not willing to help. Also we were not allowed to pay with credit card.

We had such a great experience with Ismail, who drove us to diving and showing us the great life under water. I totally recommend Aquaman Ismail, he knows how to take care of everybody, he explaing all the necessary details and he's also very friendly. Don't miss this!! Almarsa dive center is the best choice you can have!

100 metres from the sea, excellent location! Check-in: 15:00, check-out: 12:00. Not everyone speaks English, but they always find an English-speaking staff in seconds. Free breakfast. The restaurant is nothing special, prices are okay. The staff is very friendly. The swimming pool is lit at night which is very beautiful. The scenery is nice from the room: you can see the swimming pool, the sea and Egypt in the background. Enough space for personal stuff in the room, in the cupboards. Fridge, air-conditioner, bathroom, tv was included. You can rent things for watersports (for example: full snorkeling set for 10 dinars a day).

The rooms were unclean, no kettle, no water, and no hair dryer! The breakfast was very limited; consisted of 8 options at most. The staff was kind, cooperative, and polite. The pool was accepted.

Altough it is not a 4 or 5 stars hotel, the hospitality of the staff, location and very nice beach in vicinity of the place, made my stay here very nice. The view on the sea is remarkable.

It is expensive for what you get. The facilities dont work. We booked double, which was a stupid mistake, but after a few mails they said they would refund the money. Still have not receiver anything. They are ignoring our mails

Very badly organised and managed… I want to start by saying that the staff of overall very nice and welcoming, location is good. However, my impression was that the hotel is falling appart and that the staff is not really invested in making thing better. The room was dirty, so much hair in the bathroom, no towels, the bedsheets were stained, the sockets were not working, many holes in the walls.. honestly this is something that can easily be improved and would avoid many of the bad reviews this hotel is getting, I just feel like the hotel staff have renounced to taking care of the place. Many of the rooms just seemed abandoned with doors wide open, some renovations were going on as the hotel is originally the Almarsa hotel and feels like they’re trying to build a new name. At two different occasions, staff members got inside my bedroom while I was there (which is fine but tells once again that no one has any clue of that’s going on there). The hotel was mostly empty, I assumed this is why they didn’t have any menu for their restaurant (only pizza, burger and salad at that time). I tried the chicken burger as there was no other restaurant open around and unfortunately I got food poisoning… I was sick in the bed the entire day after which made my experience even worst. I feel sad about the state of this place because it does have potential and simple things like proper cleaning which literally takes 30min, would help to improve reviews. Food poisoning is a no go though, it just demonstrates the hygiene state of the place and for that reason, I would not recommend anyone to stay there
