Never again, I don't know what to say first! - Welcoming customer: Well obviously there is other priority from staff in charge of welcoming customer. Not ready to show the place. Security guard being very friendly in comparison. - Drink: Lemon mint, be ready to get a sprite and mint leaves. What a shame. - Food: French fries are OK, we decided not to extend our stay given the start we got, I can't comment on the rest of the menu. - Service: Don't expect anyone to come to you to deliver drink and food, be ready to order and to go back to the bar to repeat the same order 3 to 4 times to the same guy. Be also ready to collect your food and drinks. He also has something better to do. All in 15 clients that day and 20 minutes to get 2 drinks and French fries. That's a performance. - Place is pet friendly, that's excellent, be ready to have 3 enormous dogs rooming around. Dogs keep Bianky beach staff busy, Very happy to have people touching dogs and serving food. - Finally, there is one guy repairing his car and moving parts while you are having relaxing moment. In short, there are so many good & pleasant option in Dubai Don't go.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Please avoid this place if you can. Staff were very passive aggressive, the staff at the bar were rude. We booked a villa for 2 nights but this beach camp doesn't allow you to get your own alcohol even if you are staying at the villa. The website booking page didn't have this mentioned and but was mentioned in fine print in the T&C page (let's be honest, no one reads the T&C page). The security didn't allow us to take in water too which is a basic necessity. The whole situation was ridiculous and the stay is definitely overpriced for the service and fir the villa that we booked. The beach and the pool was probably the only saving grace but I'd still not recommend this to anyone as there are better beach clubs in UAE that you could visit instead.

a good liar. beware of booking with them. any time they will cancel your booking and will tell all the lies regarding the refund but will really not refund your money. just collecting money.. easy job!

They cancelled our booking due to some storm on 31st Jan 2022. Till now they have not returned the money Aed 650/- after following up since so many months. Please avoid this place as much you can. Not genuine people. There are many other professional and ethical beautiful places to book in UAE , than risking your money here. Update : 24 May 2022 still haven’t received my amount back.

I do not recommend this place This place cannot be called a hotel. There is no service here, but the bartender Muhammad was good. Let's start with parking, your car will be in the open sun without a canopy. Expectation that at the reception you will be greeted by 2 cute dogs. The front desk staff will be indifferent to you. First, you will be asked for a deposit of 500 AED and your emirates ID, which will most likely remain with them. Then they will check all your suitcases and take away all food and water, even if you stay overnight (after the bar closes you can bring your own food and water) You will be taken to your beach house with a small bed, air conditioning and toilet, shower (hot water no, only warm). On the site this room is called 1Bedroom but it is a studio. Take a hair dryer with you, because there is no ego in the room, as well as drinking water and a white bed (the bed is black). The bed was very wobbly, it was scary to wake up in the morning on the floor, do not forget about earplugs, because this house looks like it is made of cardboard, there is no sound insulation. From the beach, when you enter the house, all the sand will be in the house, there is no way to wash your feet, there are no slippers either. If you need a towel for the beach, most likely you do not want to stay on a dirty sunbed, then +30 AED for towels, because there is only one large towel per person in the room. If you love African and Arabic music, then the pool party you may enjoy. My husband and I imagined that it would be a romantic getaway, but we were very upset and most likely we will not come to this place again

The lady on the reception very aggressive and impolite, they took our drinks and food, they said it’s not allowed ( conditions when we booked which we didn’t even see) so they force you to consume there even we booked the big room with the pool and the garden. We payed 1000 for the room which is not even worth it. They said no bbq as well. Will never come back again it’s a BIG BIG FLOP. No refund as well, and they tell you this how it is, you like or not.

What and Amazing stay... we were 12 adults and 12 children's... I have seen the other reviews before we took the trip... I think people who gave this place less than 5 stars have miss understood the true purpose of it... this is a CAMPING Site with good sleeping arrangements, pool, beach, lots of seating areas around fire places they would give you wood as well (for a small charge but it is available) once you plan your trip knowing that, you will have loads of fun in the place because you will pack for a camping trip not hotel! I love the fact it is a pet friendly place not that we had any pets but the kids had loads of fun with the dogs which were with other guests. during the evening the lighting was just right and we had great time by the fire with the Music which we can request any thing we like... we have not tried any food although they recommended us to do so but we had different plans. we met the management they were very keen to see us all happy. the pool was very clean and with the right temperature too and it is a large pool with a Bar and lots of seating around it. AGAIN this is a five star CAMP ... prepare your self to enjoy it as one.

One of the most gorgeous spots I have been to in UAE. This is not your typical fancy place or a hotel stay. It is a place where you can enjoy pure simplicity in gorgeous nature and just switch off. The staff are super helpful. The rooms, bathrooms and pool are all very clean. The beach is stunning and spacious. I will be definitely coming back.

Adore this place, my favorite gateway from Dubai. The atmosphere is just so diverse, the day time beautiful beach with Gazebos, swimming pool with chilled music and great parties at night with coolest dj’s local & international. Great stage for bigger events & sound system to give you the best vibes. Amazing welcoming staff and cozy cabanas. Overall the place you never get bored from. Always happy and excited to go back!

The place is so beautiful and well organised. Yet I don't know if there is a double bed available. The pictures only shows the outside of the chalet. I didn't like the cash deposit thing where I had to wait till they checked the chalet for damages or missing objects. I mean come on..there were only two single beds, tiny blankets and a pair of unmatched towels! Was good for one time experience.

The whole experience was pretty well we loved the place and the concept is different than any other staycation which we loved the organic atmosphere and the feelings u will get while u were there, they don’t have service or room service which is normal for a camp. From the first step when we went in we were greeted with nice staff and helpful and they give u the feeling that u r at their home, also an adorable dogs welcomed us and my kids stayed with them most of time u will be shocked how much friendly they are 🥰 food is really delicious we tried many dishes as we stayed for the weekend, other beautiful thing that they have a yoga sessions in the morning so u can start fresh as the sea breeze. It’s a clean place clean rooms basic and simple, I recommend this place to all my friends and people I know because u will have a great time, looking forward to go back again

Not the best. Changing a few things could make this place amazing. AED 100 for access and you cannot even use it at the bar. The entry price keeps changing as per the crowd but again it cannot be used for food and drinks. The security guy is super nice & they even let me in once in the morning when they were closed. The customer service I am not sure why everyone has rated badly because I have not experienced any such thing. Indifference cannot be taken as being rude.

Not a place to bring your family for a holiday. Poor services and hospitality, and not to mention rude staffs. Definitely wont come again.

Great service, amazing staff! Really good facilities and great value for money! Manager was a great help and super friendly! I Had a lovely stay and will definitely come back once I get back to UAE. I can definitely recommend to stay here.

This place is really wonderful and unique. The camp is comfortable,The huts are very private similar to Dahab and sinai, the beverage prices are reasonable, and the good point is that every weekend they have an event and they always do offers.... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT... 👍🏽❤

Perfect beach and sea view from rooms. direct on the beach watching the sunrise and the sunset and you cant get enough of it. Service was fast and staff were well supportive and polite. Food taste was awesome, i recommend this place for sure, go there and forget everything else and enjoy the great atmosphere, love it and definitely going back again

Great experience, great food and service, owner is very friendly and helps for everything. Here with wife and 2 kids, we enjoyed both camping with tent and suite on the sea. Swimming pool is very fancy, beach very nice and fishing great. Security is very effective and music is top quality. We appreciate also they turn off music during Adhan and there is respect for everyone no matter the religion or language. Prices are appropriate to the service given, public restrooms are kept clean and sanitized. A message to “1 star” review; looks almost evident that you are not used to travel and call and understand rules BEFORE checking in and complain for your misunderstanding about place.

The Incharge was very Rudy Room was leaking water BBQ without tools Not allowed to take ur drinks or foods with you They need everything from you but when u ask about ur right u will never get it ( system ) ( Hygiene) and when we go inside the hygiene was very poor. We will never go there again and I suggest you guys to visit @caravana better *100

Reception guys/ladies were amazing! super helpful and accommodating. They make sure that our stay was as comfortable and memorable the best way they can. I celebrated my birthday in Bianky, they made my day so special just by being so kind & helpful! They will sure assist you the best way they can!

Best experience ever , staff are very friendly , food is amazing , the manager is the best , he is so gentle and friendly , he invited us for free drinks. the rooms are not wow but as a camp , they are simple and comfy. the music is very nice, you can escape the hustle of the city and feel like you are not inside UAE , it is 45 minutes away from Dubai to bianky and you feel that you are in another country. the best thing is that you can enjoy the pool for 24 hours, you can stay the whole night inside the pool enjoying their music at night till sunrise. staff at the bar can keep an icebox with you full with all what you need till the morning , and you return what is left the next day and pay for what you had only. i really recommend Bianky for whomever wants to try something different away from the city.

This is the BEST place for real camping in UAE which means freedom to enjoy nature. Management is taking good care of the customers and the place is well organized and super clean. Thanks for an amazing NYE Celebration!

Such a beautiful place! The staff were incredible and very welcoming. I was concerned about finding a pet-friendly place for an affordable price, and this place managed to accommodate all of my needs. My room was very clean, as well as the common areas. My favorite part of my entire stay here was sitting at the beach with my dog and watching the sun set. Highly recommend this place.
