I went to give a simple yearly flue vaccine to my kids. This should be in and out quick process like i used to do in different hospitals. Since Amina hospital was on our way so thought let me do it there. But before i go i called the call center and the agent told yes they have the vaccine and it cost 75 AED as an offer.. When i reached the hospital and went to the reception to tell them about the vaccine, they were shocked! They were acting if they didnt hear before about such vaccine! They are asking each other what to do! They were lost.. moreover they told me no its not 75 but 99 AED !! Incorrect information detected.. I paid anyway didnt want to argue too much since i was with my family.. then when i reached the Dr he was also lost didnt know what to do! He was whatsapping his manager it seems and called someone for assistance, he went to nurse room to check… its not enough for the Dr to be nice only, should know what to do and make it quick.. Now to get the vaccine from the pharmacy also i didnt want to wait all this time again in the queue to get the vaccines so i was arguing with the nurse and tell her what to do.. again i ended up paying extra 40AED in the reception for consultations which they supposedly told me in the beginning! Staffs dont know what do for simple things and proper training should be giving to not waste times. Also hospital was not very clean in the rooms.. Will not be back for sure.

Dr. Saba Naaz was my gynecologist when I got pregnant with my first baby. Throughout the pregnancy, she was extremely kind and supportive, guiding me along the way to all the necessary precautions and procedures to make sure I had a comfortable pregnancy. She is very understanding and gave her utmost effort to make sure I had a smooth delivery and because of her, my baby and I are healthy and doing well. I would definitely recommend Dr. Saba as she is highly experienced in her field and is very welcoming to her patients.

PEOPLE WITH HEART DISEASE DO NOT ENTER HERE and let me explain why! Is there any lower star than 1? I not only sensed plotting among staff as to how the ‘patient’ (god forbid if a person is in serious condition who comes to them) should be treated, specially the emergency staff, all nurses and a doctor and nobody were wearing their name tags to define whats even their name. Like is there no regulatory system to them? At first the patient was treated like an emergency case upon just asking to wait for insurance approval everybody’s stance changed and he was treated like the last patient on earth. And how does a doctor checks a patient vitals? In milliseconds and throat infection of influenza with an iphone torch (didn’t know the many uses of an iphone btw) Then had to wait for just IVF and fever drip for 1 and half hour to finish, they didn’t know how to apply for a sick leave on Mohap! Which hospital staff doesn’t know their basic task? Horrendous! Experience! Lastly to take an award from all these the pharmacist was cold and rude staff who didn’t know apparently how much time will it take him to get the medicines approved which they themself issued a sticky chip meaning the information was already sent to the pharmacy department about the types of meds that are to be given to the patient. Couldn’t they get it approved in that 1 and half hour? Completely fallen down hospital! In literal and strategical point of view. The management needs some serious strategies on the board if its planning on continuation.

This is good hospital with great facilities. I did one surgery here. The treatment doctor was professional and well informed. I did stay for two nights in the inpatient warden. The cleanness of the room wasn’t good enough after the previous person left. Some personal items were left on the counters and some clothes in the drawers. The food service was great and on time. The room I stayed in had no bed so I asked for a bed but then the bed had no sheets or pillow. We asked for these things and it took them 1 hour to get it. Then I bleed on the sheets and we called them to change it but no one came until we asked like 10 times. The nursing staff is the WORST. During the day shift there are 4 nurses but none of them is responsive you can ring the bell once or twice and they might not respond until someone goes to the counter and ask them to do something. I had my family with me but what if someone is alone and needs medical assistance in his room then what?! The night shift are the same not highly responsive and caring. Some nurses after doing some stuff they leave the needels and dirty alcohol wipes on the counter and they leave, they did it several times like they don’t care. I really recommend that you take the nursing comments seriously and don’t give me the automatic reply, you have people there to work but they are not organized and they have no system to follow. Some are just lazy and won’t get out of their chair, some patients needs medical assistance and they should receive it as soon as they ring the bell. Overall I would recommend this hospital with the exception of the nursing staff, but if you are staying there as inpatient you must have someone with you, to make sure everything is going smoothly.

We had a bad Experience with Dr. Shweta Maali (Gynaecology Department). In the starting my wife had check ups with this doctor. Everything was perfect as per doctor said. Nothing doctor said negative. But at the end of check up doctor said. My baby expired in the womb and immediately doctor had to operate and said me to pay first immediately. But my wife was absolutely fine. But i took my wife to other hospital and there doctor checked up and said everything was perfect and even baby also. And Alhamdulillah It was normal delivery and with healthy baby boy. Be aware with butchers.

Not a good experience. What I failed to understand that if the hospital does not have a female doctor for a female patient then why do they insist that a female should see a male doctor. On top of it they even said a doctor is a doctor. It would have been nice if they would have simply said sorry we don’t have a female doctor to handle this particular case. I don’t think they have a right to insist that a female should see a male doctor. Whoever was the call center person my be either dumb or wanted to extract insurance.

Terrible Service. Staff are not bothered at all about addressing patient concerns. Took a 4:30 pm appointment with the Pediatrician and after half an hour when I inquired why doctor wasn’t here Nurse called the doctor in front of me to tell him there is a patient. Basically the word “appointment” has no meaning in this hospital. Come here if you are bored and want to kill a few hours.

Worst hospital ive ever seen in my life. This hospital is threat for life.... Doctors are very careless i consulted the doctors there and took meternity package which is a scam. Atlast when i took my wife to hospital with labour pain the said its not enough come back later i asked when they it may take 2 days even but right after 3 hours pain got severe again i went to hospital asked for wheel chair assistance the nurse there said wheel chair will be outside take tour self.. then atlast we reached the emergency the nurse checked she started shout emergency baby coming .... Even after birth they didnt shift them to the ward the shifted them next day only till then they were in operation theatre. This hospital is threat for life

Great experience with emergency department. Did not wait to be helped once registered. The staff and doctor were very friendly and very helpful. I was clearly explained my conditions and way of treatment. Nurses were very professional, did not leave me without monitoring. Reception staff was fast with proceeding insurance formalities. Worst Emergency Reception you will find in the UAE , But I'll be very honest here doctors are very attentive and and very well experienced and will take good care of your and your loved ones. But staff especially at the emergency reception are very I'llmanared and super lazy. Specially when you go at after 9 pm you will see a long que of people waiting without any token system. And only one nurse will be attending all patients weather's it's male/female/kid/ new born and after taking vitals she will take you to the doctor and then back to same work. No social distancing is maintained. Sorry this my experience and some of those who I know.

We had an amazing experience at Amina hospital Ajman with Dr.Saba, she's so professional and knows her work very well. we felt like we were in safe hands and that gave us peace of mind towards our big day. we cannot put into words our gratitude for everything as the staff of the hospital was also very responsible, professional and well trained.

The care was outstanding all the way from start to finish. The Doctor put forth a high level of effort to deliver results. The support staff was very professional and pleasant. The facility was well equipped and designed for patient privacy, service and efficiency. The electronic prescription process worked great. The insurance was handled equally as well. I have been following the weekly diet plans prescribed by Dr. Aneesa Fatima since April 2020 and I managed to lose 20 Kgs till date i.e. September 2020 (with minimal exercise). While creating the diet plan and meal timings / guidelines, Dr. Aneesa listened to me patiently and took into consideration my diet habits, constraints and any events/occasions which required me to cheat on my diet. All this made me stick to my diet plan and achieve the desired goal. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Aneesa for helping me achieve this seemingly insurmountable goal so easily. I was diagnosed with appendicitis by Dr nouh in the ER ..who immediately did the needful investigations ....counselled me after the tests and Gave me strong support for surgery.. I was operated by Dr Pervez sir...he was very good in his work.. I literally had no operative site pain after surgery...he took good care of me...Dr jaiger sir radiologist also diagnosed me very quickly and immediately informed the surgeon..Dr Pervez..I was very well treated by all the staff nurses..OT staff ...Dr Pervez and Dr jaiger...really treatment is world class with dedicated staff ...I really love this hospital...

it is just the worst hospital ever they are dealing with people and infants like goods and trading. they don't ever care about human at all. that happened when a father ask them to care his sick baby who is throwing up and got diarrhea but they didn't accept his request until paying 4000 dirhams per day. and god only knows how he can get this amount. pls just be human when you're dealing with infants and poor people.

Very worst service. No commonsens . I had an bad experience in gynaecology department. I consulted Dr. Malini and I registered for normal delivery package 5000aed. We have to give application fee 100/- to register and 5000 after delivery . I registered prior two month of my EDD. At last week’s of my pregnancy I got delivery pain and go to emergency department, they said temperature is increased. So they need to take covid test. I have too much pain . They said me to wait for test result. Dr. Malini sad that if test is positive no facility here to take care of positive patients and you have to go to other hospital. They are not at all caring. Dr. Malini didn’t came to me to observe me. She will consult through phone and give instructions to assistant . A doctor should take responsibility of her patient. They take the sample and after payment they said it will take 2 days to get result. After result only doctor Malini take this case, if any emergency I have to go to government hospital. I go to Al qasimiiyya hospital and take covid test again and I get result within 8 hours. It was positive. This worst hospital avoided me and Dr. Malini said she will not take positive cases. If there is no facility, they should tell it before registration or they must write it on the privacy &policy Column. DEAR HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT , ATLEAST KEEP A MANNERS TO RETURN REGISTRATION FEES TO THESE KIND OF PATIENTS. ITS NOT OUR MISTAKE , YOU SHOULD SAY ABOUT YOUR FACILITIES WHILE ENQUIRING ABOUT YOUR PACKAGE. I have been getting kidney dialysis more than 2 years now. The staff is amazingly cooperative, caring and experienced. They understand our needs and this helps us get through the treatment being at ease. May Allah bless them for this kindness.

We came for emergency for my mother who was severely in pain, and they made us wait for so long. They have shortage of staff( an entire emergency department functioning on only 3 nurses)…Its insane for a big hospital like them to have shortage of nurses. Very very Disappointing experience. Worst Maternity ward..not enough staff, and no nursery for the newborns, at least for the first day or even first few hours, when moms need it the most. You are advised to bring everything from baby clothing to diapers because the hospital doesn't provide anything. Must have someone to stay with you the first night because only two nurses are on duty. The hospital charges the same as any other hospital though it provides none of the services you find at other hospitals.

Worst Hospital and staff seen in my 28 years spent in UAE. Only purpose is making money. No co-operation with the patient seen in any department. I would mention a scammer by the name of Dr. Swetha Mali (A Female Gynaecologist). In the beginning, everything will be mentioned normal and at the delivery time complications will be mentioned to perform c-section. The baby was born with certain complications (This is what the doctor told). They delay stuff purposefully to trap the patient and make extra money from patients pocket or insurance. Beware of Butchers. All departments need alot of improvement. P.S. Delivery Packages are scam, in the end you will have to pay extra money from your pocket. Protect yourself from them.

They only care about money, their first priority is to take money only. I paid some percentage amount for several tests but on that day due to some wrong guidance from doctor I missed to give sample for the tests and after 3 days I again visit the hospital and they again demand percentage amount from me which I already paid before.

I would like to start by thanking Surgery Dr. Abdul Salam and the team for saving my life from appendicitis. I give a 5 star for this as they have done the operation to me and didnt charged me for that as my insurance was not covering it, the doctor told me. The hospital was very compassionate to my condition that they perform still the operation without charging me a single penny for it. I would also like to say that the food there served to me was very tasty. Kudos also to the chef over there. There were 3 nurses who attended to me during my admission, one of them was very kind and mindful in administering my injections and even chatted with me in a casual level but still respectful. Its a shame i was not able to get her name. Opportunities though is that i was never able to get the chance to ask more information about how i got infected. Also results of the tests were not provided. Im not sure if i should proactively request for it. But i just thought that maybe im asking too much coz they have saved me and did the operation to me for free. So i let it be. The important thing is that i survived it! Thank you Amina Hospital!

Last night I visit Amina hospital due to my wife. she is 35 weeks pregnant and she is suffering from fasle labour pain.Mr Sajid on reception is such a nice ,kind and helpful person.he help us alot in insurance. Nuruses is also very active,kind,and helpful. Doctor Shireen badar is such a nice doctor.she is very helpful.she help us to take a good decision on good time.

In this hospital all the services are very bad. I went to this hospital because of severe fever, headache and body pain. 1st I went to Ed and from there they sent me to internal medicine OPD. Dr ordered blood investigations, chest xray and IV medicines at morning 0840.They were asked me to wait for insurance approval for all the routine investigation and chest xray. In other hospitals they never asked to wait for the insurance approval for routine investigations like CBC, CRP and chest X ray. I collected Inj Paracetamol and Inj Amoxycillin from the Pharmacy and again they asked me to wait for the insurance approval for IV therapy. Until 11:15 I waited in the hospital they didn't give the medicine and they didn't do any INVESTIGATION. Only covid sample I given because I payed for it and it is not covered under insurance. I left the hospital and later they called me and that evening only I was able to take that injection and done the bllod investigation. Chest X ray was still pending. ONE OF THE WORST INSURANCE DEPARTMENT . Next day my covid result came it is POSITIVE. Later I was trying to call my treating physician Dr Tariq and hospital numbers but no one answered my call. From morning to night 11:30 so many times I tried to call hospital call center, reception and internal medicine OPD but no one answered the call. Day time I called Dr Tariq mobile number but he didn't answer the call. I was very sick Then I went to Saudi german hospital immediately they done blood investigation chest x ray and they started the treatment. SO I WILL NEVER SUGGEST THIS HOSPITAL TO ANYONE.

I went to Emergency with my daughter, and seen by a doctor immediately. Nurses were really struggling to manage the patients, only 3 nurses to manage the department. Really management should consider to hire more nurses in ED. Crowded in front of the ED reception and traige room;hence,only one person in the reception, and no staff to cover triage area. Great thanks to Nurses who works there as a robort. You can improve your service, if you have adequate staff in Emergency.

Worse experience ever in this hospital, I was there in the ER today and the nurse was not at all professional today at 6pm … doesn’t even know how to guide or talk to the patients… the service was too bad only one doctor in the Emergency department ???? Not at all recommended… you’ll go there badly sick and you’ll leave in a worse condition instead of being treated…there is no coordination from ER AND MAIN RECEPTION before that I came at 6am morning and I requested to attest the sick leave I was informed by the reception that I’ll have to come back again after 9am to attest it ???? The worst ever. Igot a private room, the TV and the telephone were not working. They did not even provide tissue or water. I informed Mr. Hassan and the floor management lady, they did not do anything regarding these complaint. I will contact the insurance company regarding these issues. Th nurses even did not care. I did not understand how the call center told me that it was approved yet it is really not?? And the receptionist in the first floor who is a filipino lady doesn't know how to handle all the questions from the client and insisting me to pay 200dhs to perform the test. As per her their call center doesn't know anything about the approval of medical insurance, how come?? I really don't understand. Lack of knowledge for the staff of Amina Hospital. Yet the Doctors are very good and clean facilities. But the staff from the call center to the reception to the insurance team very poor service! Having experienced the best treatment for our colleague, and being given a 50% discount for not having an insurance package, I find it important to state here that all of the bad reviews here I can now dismiss with certainty. If at all there was any concern anybody had it was a repercussion of crowds of patients seeking treatment at once without wanting to wait in line. Because I saw many people simply jump the cue and run into the doctor's room without appointments and the staff have had to manage them so that the specialists can consult with each patient in a timely manner. And when told to wait it is possible that people feel disgruntled because people tend to want to be served immediately.
