My dughter’s graduation party was in Gerasa It was nothing but PERFECT. All Banquet Team were amazing , they take care of every single detail personally. Big Thanks to Mr.Emad Tayeh , Mr.Mahmoud, Ms. Toleen and all chefs for outstanding party we had . Not to forget food was delicious and well done exactly as home made . Highly recommended.

Just spend a night with my family here, Love the room, it’s so clean and neat. Only 5 minutes walk to the University of Jordan and the Bus Rapid Transit Station. The staffs, they are so helpful and really nice, especially Shahad and Nazek.

Very bad ,,today night i went there ,, receptionist didn’t appear,, we waiting for like half an hour and the security man just and the receptionist when they arrived they talked in tune of shouts us they felt us like we are disturbing them not coming to book and something hazardous no names or tags on worker’s suits as they don’t like to serve the client we went out from hotel and will never back again as they has high recommendations they don’t care about how to deal with guests when they arrive.

Unfortunately the experience at the Gerasa Hotel was terrible, the position of the structure is not only inconvenient because it is far from the center (about 9km) but it is also located on a very busy road. The cleaning of the rooms unacceptable, we stayed in the structure for three days also changing the room, without improving the situation however. I cannot recommend this establishment.

I found the hotel very pleasant and lovely and all the other facilities were there and the food was absolutely amazing.

I stayed in this hotel for two days when I went to the city of Jordan for my business and saw all the features of this hotel and I liked it. The food was very tasty and I recommend all my friends to eat at this hotel whenever they visit.

It is not felt from the outside of this hotel, but when we entered inside this hotel and inspected the hotel, we found that it is really like a magnificent palace, this hotel has many facilities like gym, ballrooms, pool etc.When we ate at this hotel, we felt like we had never eaten food like this. We never wanted to go back home again.

Not a professional at all. I couldn’t sleep. I thought there is a carpentry shop above me. Starting the housekeeping at 7:30 with a loud vacuum. I’ve paid for three nights since they have mistreatment me. I decided to go after one night however, they refused to give me back my two nights remaining money. So bad , they don’t care for your escalation. Worst Hotel I have been in I don’t know how they give them 4 stars. Two stars will be over rated for them.

I reserved a hall at their venue for a party and coordinated with a woman named Touleen who went above and beyond to ensure the party was tailored to my preferences. She was exceptionally accommodating and made me feel satisfied with the party preparations. ❤️

The hotel is very spacious, the security arrangement from all sides is special, all the workers were working with very high efficiency and everything was being provided on time.

On the plus side, the front desk were friendly and helpful. We stayed twice here at the beginning and end of our visit. The first time we were on the 5th floor. There was a wedding celebration every night which was sooo loud and once it finished, the clearing up began (scraping of chairs and tables etc). Because of the weddings, you couldn't use the rooftop seating area either. The outside pool was closed, which I appreciate it was not the season for but it would have been nice to sit outside. Not much to visit close by either.

My graduation party was in the roof hall in gerasa hotel and it was the best option had ever done. The party vibes were perfect and on point. The snack buffet was delicious and enough for all. Excellent experience, I am so happy to have my graduation party there .

Had a safe and clean stay. The greetings were remarkable , in the middle of the city and next to many restaurants , clean rooms and Cousy , strongly recommended , friendly staff and professional , variety of food at breakfast .

We like their neatness and fast service. The sitting areas was also beautiful. Was very beautiful place, and well cooperatives staff.

I expected more from a 5-star hotel. The good: Walkable to plenty of coffee shops and Western fast food restaurants, if you're into that while travelling. The bad: The advertised swimming pool isn't accessible unless you are booking that lower basement venue. Even then I'd be hard pressed to believe anyone would swim in a tiny pool. There is no gym/fitness room. Personally, I'm not into valet service and we were forced to use it. The parking lot tiny so we had to turn our car keys in so they can play Tetris with the cars and move them around to a secondary lot. This made it a pain to access anything we left in the car.

Great and friendly staff and excellent food. Breakfast was great, food was fresh, plenty types of pastries and breads, omelet station and other selections. Would like to mention Nader at the front desk and the breakfast team for great and friendly service!

I’ve just finished my traveling. I stayed here at the first 2 nights. I left my bracelet in the restroom beside restaurant. I gave up but this hotel, cleaning woman kept and brought it to the lost and found office and I got it back in 12 hours. I was very much impressed. It would never happen in Europe. I just wanted to write something different and nice from other commenters. Jordan, people are so kind and wonderful ❣️

The had good rooms, spacious and nice setup. Liked that toilet was seperate. Very helpfull staff and good communication. The room was clean and they assisted us when we had other requests. Good staff in the reception and outside to get a ride.

The hotel is near to public transport, near to the center of the city (roman theater, amman citadel..) Rooms are beautiful, clean and confortable. Service is good and the staf is so helpful and thy smile all the time! It was a good choice, i think the best four stars hotel!

Overall a very nice hotel,with very friendly welcoming staff. The restaurant was very clean. We travelled from Amman to Wadi Rum & Aqaba,with stops in-between & the food at the Gerasa Hotel was by far the best.

Our graduation party was yesterday, it was bad and less than expected, party was at 4:00 pm and we arrive at 3:30 pm , organized teem agreed with us to arrive early 1 hour When we arrived the hall was dirty and who wiped up the danc floor use same rag to clean the tables !!!! Baloon colors not tha same acoording to tha agreement ,, That’s not the problem and we have been ignored that At dinner time, the agreement was 3 plates of pastries and 3 plates of appetizers , just 2 table had 3 plates , and the organizing team told us the snacks refill ( we didn’t order that she told us this part 3 times )! But off course we hadn’t refill and we hadn’t extra plate for the rest tables 😔😔😔 (There was excess amount !) When leaving time , the service team asked me for a bag to put excess pastries! ( whole hotel didn’t have a bakage for a pastries ! ) She threw food on the top of each other and kibbeh broken We ordered to have a coffee service, service girls made an one round, then put the coffe on the corner! I asked them many time to made an extra rounds and serving coffee for the guests! It was an bad experience, I had many good feedback but my experience not very good

My stay at gerasa hotel was very comfortable. For 15 days it felt like home and the staff especially Rasha and Nader were the most helpful and supportive. I highly recommend gerasa for an enjoyable stay. Also chef imad is very skillful and caters to your every need. Will miss staying here 🙂

Pros : Clean facilities, comfy beds and spacious modern shower. Breakfast is okay, though there is not many choice. Some cafes and many fast-foods within walking distance, on the same street as the hotel. Cons : The hotel is far from downtown, you must order an Uber or a taxi to move around. Car traffic is always busy so we could hear traffic from our room, even during late night. Moreover the check-in was so slow (group check-in of 10), we waited for 45’´… Our bedroom smelled of strong smoke cigarette, fortunately we stayed just for a night.

This is a dump that should have no stars at all. I am shocked that they could claim 4. This establishment is filthy, decaying, and incredibly disgusting. The rooms stink and so does the hall way. Once you get in the room you see that the sheet and pillow cases have not been replaced. I have a video (if I can upload it I will). Bathrooms are filthy (yes I am I saw multiple rooms as they tried to move me from one room to another and they were all disgusting). I took a shower but could not use the towels; they looked so disgusting I had to use my own T-shirts to dry my body. Photos will prove it. I get into the bed and I immediately started to itch so I jumped out---- yes bed bugs I have no doubt in my mind. I went to the receptionist who tried to convince that I was imagining things. Anyway, to make a long story short, I booked two nights but I could not stay so they agreed to refund me. It never happened. Every employee lies to your face and for what, very few dollars. I have to admit that in terms of location it is a great place if you really have business downtown Amman and do not want to deal with the crazy traffic. Yes, great location - but still I would rather sleep in my car. See email response from employee lying to me about a refund that got process claiming that the finance department did it already-- if this DUMP knew what a finance department is then I own the Statue of Liberty .

We had an amazing experience flew from California to Amman i found online booking with in 20 minutes all was clear they gave me options showed me the rooms not pushing with the same price options , very polite staff and English well spoken across the floor , dont be cheap buy the breakfast its worth it 😀 and they were very friendly with my family and my 2 year old daughter who was destroying there Christmas 🎄 decorations and very aware and carefully about COVID highly recommended i saved it

I booked a King size bed and they gave me a twin bedroom.

The room was clean and comfortable as well as sanitary. Calming effect when you come into the room, shower is the greatest. Loved the hot water!!!! Slept like a baby. Can't wait until the next visit

I went to stay at this Hotel on the 21st November 2021 and checked out on 23rd November 2021. The service of the hotel staff was atrocious and non existent. From arrival till departure it was one of the worst experiences I have had. No staff came to help when it came to loading and off loading our luggage. The food provided by the hotel was shockingly bad and disgusting, same dishes every day. We went in a group of 49 and every single person was complaining and was extremely disappointed with their stay. I honestly don't have a clue how this hotel has received such good reviews unless people have been staying there with their eyes closed. From rooms being dirty and bathroom sinks being clogged. The experience that we have had has been nothing but disgusting and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend anyone to reside at this hotel as the rating shown is false and in my opinion is a 2 star hotel if that.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is only one thing that needs to be arranged in a better way. Valet parking especially for wedding occasions should be free of charge.

We had such a pleasant stay in this family-friendly hotel! It’s rare to find such great bundle of quality and price combined in Amman. Many 4-star hotels don’t offer this high level of comfort, hygiene and service. The staff was always helpful and very friendly. The location is also a big plus! The University of Jordan and other famous sites are within walking distance of the hotel and countless coffe-shops, restaurants and supermarkets are right down the street. The worst hotel ever. The staff is mean the rooms stick really bad .There is garbage in front of the rooms. The keys do not work easily . The bathrooms are really small not enough tissues no bath rob the boiler is very dirty . It has nothing to do with a 4 star hotel. Worst experience ever.

I am a Medical Doctor from Nigeria and I stayed here for 8 days; the services were excellent. The environment is clean, rooms are clean and always well kept. The front desk is very responsive to questions and the hotel staff are always willing to help. I should mention that the chef is great. Food is delicious and always fresh. I would stay here again if I have the opportunity. I am thankful to Mamoud, Ilhasan, Muhammad and the other staff that made my visit memorable. I strongly recommend Gerasa Hotel to anyone having business in Amman.

Overall, there are no issues. Both management and the front desk employees were courteous. Without my request, they changed my room to a king bed. The view was excellent.The window might have used some touch-ups even if the room was immaculate.

The staff at the front desk explained us all the charges and meal schedule and details in full. And also made us visit all the rooms and rest of the place after which our entry was completed. And we did not face any confusion. Very high and great hotel and the service was amazing
