The food isn’t delicious at all, the service is very slow even though there are a lot of employees, but no clear task. A lot of kids playing around the tables jumping and crying.

It was ok. I remember eating from this restaurant years ago and the quality was definitely better back then with more healthier options. Tazaj started off as a healthy restaurant but all the classic options they once had don’t exist and if they do they are most likely spicy. When I asked about the tandoori meal they said it grilled but was spicy. How spicy? I have no idea but I personally don’t do spicy at all so slightly spicy for some is extremely spicy for me. I ended up ordering the broasted meal which is definitely not healthy.

Altazaj have recently improved in all its branches specially in chicken and quantity ... but unfortunately this branch due to few people come to have lunch or dinner at it so it’s mostly empty and they are slow because of that ... anyway the prices are somehow reasonable but you should really work more in the rice quality in all altazaj branches, the rice delicious but it’s not as described...

Great one but very slow service

Everything is good but it's a little bit pricey and it takes for food to be ready around 25 minutes.

jubiha brunch at 6 o’clock 8/June Rude and unprofessional behavior was exhibited by the supervisor. The service was somehow slow and the supervisor had no clue how to manage so he started blaming the staff in a really rude way!! He started yelling at him in front of the customers and that was unprofessional! I suppose that a respectful place like Al-Tazaj should deal with this situation seriously.

Well, the food is decent but I did not trust these guys. The menu board says 6 piece chicken nuggets but they give you 5. Their excuse was they updating their menu. Like an extra piece of chicken would break them. I spent close to 20 JD but I had to make sure everything was there. Bad management decision I left very upset.

I love their fried chicken, the best in Jordan. On the other hand service is very slow, and it takes more than 30mins to prepare a small order. Other than that it’s all perfect.

I like the fried chicken. Though sometime they don’t cook the chicken enough. Make sure you place an order through the phone because they take a minimum of 15-20mins to prepare the meal.
