One might think that after more than 15 years from graduation, things should have changed especially communication skills and customer service, I have called more than 6 times, and it seems that they have only 2 employees to answer and redirect the calls every time they redirect my call to a department the department doesn't answer! When I expressed my disappointment saying " i feel as if i am talking to a bakala, mini market" a huge unversity only 2 answering the phone and no department is replying when my call is redirect" knowing that i have been trying to talk to someone in charge for a weeks with no positive result. of course the trypical unprofessional attitude, the guy started shouting full of offended pride how could I say so about his respected university but at the same time saying هاد اللي عندي I fail to understand how can you represent your university by saying these words and still think that you are doing a great job defending the honour of the university! When you are representing the university you try in any way possible to find a solution for an existing or a previous student/because like it or not a student is a client especially an international one! that is how you gain good customer service reputation not by shouting at who ever complained about the poor quality of communication, the university doesn't need you to defend its honour it needs you to be professional. Of course, my issue is not yet solved!! And I'm still trying to find someone who can do some actual problem solving work.
