Unbelievable, how this place has 4 stars is beyond me. Disorganized products. Prices beyond belief. NO staff to help and the ones who have the misfortune of coming your way roll their eyes and don’t want to help- spent an hour trying to find everything and by the time we FINALLY reach the cash we found that the cash out section was “out of power” claiming there was no system to check everyone out. Meaning we had to either wait 2 HOURS Till the maintenance staff arrive and fix the line or we abandoned our carts and leave. Guess which option we picked. We left disappointed and not even the cashiers available apologized- just stood there crossing their arms and laughing at the situation. Have fun spending 6 hours returning all the products we left. Never again.

It's a mini Carrefour branch, good for your daily shopping. Most regular stuff are there, but not the hypermarket collection Prices are good enough, location is good and most days sufficient parking lots

My today's visit was the worst , they made an offer for Kawther Chicken JOD2.29 per piece when i went to checkout they said the price is per KG not per piece while they wrote it cleary per piece i was disappointed not from this mistake but from one of the staff trying lie to me to get persuaded

Nice store all employees are so serious no smile from security guy at the door to staff stocking stufff I guess they were told to be serious aint no help ful smile in any isle

Limited variety of food and beverage, lack of staff, narrow lines for shopping, some staff are rude, arrived 10 am, fruits and vegetables were all the way in corridors, can't move the shopping 🛒 basket, butchery staff were busy with there mobile's, waited more than two minutes till they noticed me, one female cashier were during payment, from my experience I can tell she is new , not well trained, she was complaining, she dropped the supervisor coffee all over the cash area,,, this branch need more attention, losing customers are target in this branch, at the deli meat and cheese they use the same slicer for cheese's and meet, Wich is very dangerous, asked what is the reason behind that, he explained one is out of order sent to be fixed,,, one more issue they do not have carffour price promotions like city mall???????,,

It is a quiet and uncrowded shopping place in the evenings.

Staff are very helpful and friendly, space is not as big as other branches but still it has all you need, the reason i went there is the scan and go application which is nice to use and cut your check out time to les than one minute and know the total of your purchase before heading to the cashier. All what you need to do is to scan the barcode at the cashier and pay the amount, no need to scan your items again. I loved it because it make your shopping experience much easier.

Lack of employees & poor management as I waited 15 minutes for the fisherman to serve me some fish & no one cared to help! Ended up buying my fish from a nearby seafood store.
