Stopped by the drive thru at a very busy timing to be served by Ikram Daraghmeh who was an absolute professional in customer service and multitasking. From taking orders in details from myself while being on the phone serving another customer, plus dealing with cash! People like Ikram deserve to be noticed and highlighted! What an employee! Haven’t seen such great service in a while. Hats off to you Ikram!

This time I have to give this McDonald's a bad review. We ordered a sharing set meal, and the serving time is about 1 hour. I would like to ask what your employees are doing in such a big McDonald's. There has been no one at the food outlet. Couldn't find anyone...the chips weren't fresh, they were cold when I got my meal, and the Colonel's chicken nuggets were given the wrong dipping sauce! This is a very bad dining experience, last time I ordered a chicken leg with a hair in it!

We ordered two big mac meals replaced one of the cokes with coffee.We received our coffee half full ( it was a takeout), The same with our coke. I am including a picture of the coffee cup. Very disappointed!

Very good. An advantage that they have parking area coz it's difficult to find suitable car-park place around Jordan University

Not organized like other branches may be because it is more crowded number of my order never displayed on screen . Also the food taste and drinks not fresh they take much time to make orders i will not recomend it at all.

I don’t recommend McDonalds I submitted two complaints for you this month and unfortunately, neither was taken seriously actually the hygiene level for Mac is not good anymore. 3 weeks ago on a delivery order, we found hair in my daughter's sandwich we called Mac's complaint number and the manager of the store said OK what do you want me to do for you. 4 days ago we found a piece of paper in the big tasty and asked the manager to send us another sandwich and then the delivery person called us complaining that traffic is too busy in this hour. actually, in both complaints, your staff was treating us like we were waiting for the sandwich you were sending us which is not the case. We are unsatisfied customers and angry at the same time. I sent them a message 10 days ago with no feedback.

Some of the beat McDonald's I've ever had. Really enjoyed trying different menu compared to other countries in my travels. Would highly recommend.

Nothing fancy about it, but if you want consistently clean , quick, and tasty food within 20 minutes or so .. you can't go wrong with McDonald's in Jordan

The food is good, the staff are nice but not professional as expected. It took my order more than 15 minutes to get prepared, isn’t it supposed to be a fast food restaurant!

The working staff are very rude ,, they tend to not respond when they are talked to , they keep going with their chats while the customer is talking to them

Unlike Mac Egypt, this Mac in Amman changed my mind about Macdonald's. Food is delicious and staff are friendly. It is very crowded so sometimes you have to wait.

The best fast-food in Jordan,,, really good and stable food taste. , they handle any request friendly ,,, the accept suggestions and complaints. Kind staff. ,, i can't imagine my day without their coffee. Highly recommend. Don't hesitate to give them your feedback. 5 stars

Organized queue and each window is dedicated and processed as should be. Very busy branch and the sandwiches are served hot.

Good food, nice staff but relatively expensive prices.

Lunch was excellent and order processing was fast but there are a few notes firstly that the marble seats outside are exposed to the sun very hard, which makes it very hot, so you should put umbrellas in the summer
