Honestly love paying $13 and not receiving my drink, only getting a single patty on my double burger, and no receipt so I can't dispute my cash purchase. I should know better than to get fast food I guess.

Young lady that took our order was rude. Restaurant was clean. Not extremely busy Our food was good and hot, my niece's grilled chicken wrap, was smaller then usual,as well as lacking a lot of lettuce, while the ranch was dripping oil. It was mostly bread, and was falling apart in just a few minutes.

Messed up our order while we dined in. Watched the employee give our order to another person. When we said something she said she did not well turns out 45 minutes later they were still trying to fix the simple order. 4 sandwiches 1 fry 1 biggie bag that's it. 45 minutes to figure that out. Only good thing was the gentleman who actually tried to fix things. Seems you have maybe one decent employee

Slow and seemed like everyone working there was having a rough day. No smiles and dirty tables. What should have been a 15-20 minute stop for lunch turned into almost an hour….

Son of a Baconator and Baconator Fries were disappointing to say the least. The burger was kind of blah. Not heaps of bacon like one might think and the bacon that was on there was not crispy. The fries were even more disappointing. The fries were undercooked and luke warm at best and could not even melt the cheese. The bacon was not chopped nor crispy either. Photos don't lie. At least I had a delicious frosty to clean my palate.

Wendy's usually always taste fresh. But today I don't believe I have ever in my life, tasted a hamburger from a fast food restaurant, that had more fresh taste! The lettuce was so crispy! The onion was so crispy! The pickles were crispy! The mustard and ketchup, everything was just great on this burger. The shift manager came out and sat with me, and we chatted for no special reason just very friendly!

Forgot so much of our food, no straws, spit in my drink, go to Burger King don’t the same mistake as me

LaTonya is a 5-star employee! She is genuinely sweet and accommodating. She has a way of making people feel special. I hope that management sees this and treats her well, or somebody might come steal your employee. I had a single cheeseburger, and I rarely eat fast food. But I must say it was good. Right amount of condiments. Quick service and with a lovely greeting from LaTonya - here you go, Miss Laura. Now, that is sweet! Thank you for a pleasant fast food experience.

Burgers are great, but the fries were not as hot as I'd like. Overall, it is worth the price. I am disappointed that Wendy's has gone to plastic cups from the more Environmentally responsible paper cups. 😔

Absolutely wonderful experience! Employees were amazing and quick. The restaurant was immaculately clean, especially the restrooms. We were traveling so we had stopped at a few different fast food restaurants along the trip and this Wendy's was definitely the best place! It's amazing what a difference the employees make. We like Wendy's and I have never had any complaints about our local one. However, these people have raised the bar! They were just so friendly and kind. I loved how the young man who took our order spoke with my 6-yr old while she placed her order. He was such a gentleman and helped her with suggestions. It made her feel so proud. Truly, it was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend. I will definitely be calling management to pass along my compliments.

We utilized the drive-thru, ordered for 6 different people. Everything was there as it was ordered, had ordered fairly quickly.

Bought two different types of chicken sandwiches. They both tasted like the meat had gone bad. I've eaten plenty of Wendy and other fast food chicken. There was def something wrong.

The burger patties had no taste whatsoever. The guy taking the order kept pushing to get the order. This @wendys is why we stay away from fast food.
