DO NOT STAY HERE. Disgusting and overpriced. Filth on the floors and on the walls. Did not feel comfortable or clean here at all. Sticky floors. Our toilet ran all night. Our tub was filthy. No trash can in the room. DO NOT STAY HERE. Mattresses out by the dumpsters… you know what that means… BED BUGS.

Well, see the pictures. I think they speak for themselves. Online you can book this hotel for about $60-80 per night. If you try in person, we were told the price per night was $99. We found ourselves in town for an unexpected extra night and just wanted a no-frills room to sleep in. We booked this one because it had a pool and the location was convenient. Well turns out it did not actually have a working pool; it had an algae-filled green pond. We were not expecting everything to be so dilapidated and dirty. Every vent I saw had a thick layer of dirt / dust on it, making me feel like the air quality was poor. The refrigerator in the room did not work at all. The plug on the lamp seemed to be painted over and did not work. Lots of things were in disrepair. The laundry room was closed. The elevator took so long we just opted to use the stairs. The hallways were damp and people left things outside their doors like dirty boots and socks. We got there 1-2 hours before check in and the man behind the desk made us wait 20 minutes while he checked if a room was ready and then tried to make us pay a $20 early check-in fee. Overall the experience was sketchy and I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone who values their health.

While the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful sadly there is little they can do to not make this hotel rundown and gross. Room was unclean and sheets were crusty. Everything was sticky and smelled heavily of cigarettes. Everything is extremely dated and the whole property seems freaky and sketchy. We got up and left at 2am and found another hotel. I usually don’t leave bad reviews but please don’t stay here- for some reason it’s priced too high for such an awful place. The staff are definitely nice though and I wish the best for them!! They were super helpful and understanding when we wanted to leave and refunded everything (the front desk people can only do so much so the upkeep of the hotel and the cleanliness of the rooms aren’t up to them).

Room was dirty . Hair was everywhere . Microwave looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks . Front door would not secure properly. Only two towels in room and no wash cloths. We sat in the room for two hours and checked out . But hey , I guess you get what you pay for ! We went next door and paid $200 bucks for a room and it was well worth the money loss at this dump !!! The young guy up front has the nastiest attitude when I explained to him why I was checking out . His attitude matched their rooms! Do not recommend this dump !

This place is nasty! We booked a room months ago for the big game. Don’t let the pictures fool you. The rooms are nothing like the pics. Not even a trash can in the room but trash cans at the end of the hall overflowing! Floors were so dirty and nothing in the room worked. Just a very dirty place!

Dirty, inside and out. Free breakfast was a joke. King bed was inaccessible from one side due to ac unit, which barely cooled the room. Bathtub was dirty (pubic hair from last user still there), shower curtain wasmoldy, bath towel was toddler sized. Paint was peeling, hotel smelled musty. Would ever stay there or any Wyndham hotel again.

One star too many, should have negative stars. Most horrific building I have ever seen open to the public. Very rude manager. Building literally falling apart, being held up by scaffolding. Should be shut down until repaired. I was traveling for my husband to have surgery & booked a two night stay online prior to my arrival & paid in full. Upon arrival & seeing the dangerous structural damage, I requested a refund in which they denied. Extremely disappointed in everything about this Hotel & lack of customer service.

Don't stay here..... Tried to go the cheaper route, but what a bad decision.... Bath tub was dirty, sink had pubic hair, and I was charged an addition $150 after my stay for cleaning/and smoking fees. I didn't smoke in the room at all! There were holes in the walls, the bed was broken..... You're better off sleeping in your car.

the hotel was awful. The room smelled like smoke, was dirty and there was trash in the drawer from previous person. When my wife went to complain they showed her another room but then told her she couldn't have it because she booked through hotwire and told her would have to pay full price for another room is she wanted it. So they offered another room with 2 beds that had a worse smoke smell, so she just went back to the first room after going back to the front desk and being told she didn't have time to go upstairs and check all the rooms by an annoyed front desk attendant. After going back to room one they found that there was no toilet paper or trash cans. So then another trip to the front desk, where she was then told they don't put trash cans due to, COVID? Well that explains why the previous person's trash was in the drawer. Over all bad rooms and bad service. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. -5 stars

So the reviews are definitely accurate. This hotel is very rundown and old and pretty nasty. I could not even get past the lobby area when we arrived to check in. I had to use the bathroom and when I walked in there, it was such a mess, dirty no, soap no toilet paper, no napkins it was awful. It does have a smell as well that it feel like they cover up with straight alcohol. The reviews. Definitely speak for themselves. and we paid like $158 or somthing so I expected better. The beds do not have mattress protectors on them or pillow protectors, which I think is a huge must that you need in a hotel. The bathrooms are also very outdated. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because they were nice enough to give us a refund without hesitation. So I do appreciate that. Just be aware the pictures that are online did not in anyway resemble the actual hotel. :/

Place is old. Needs renovation. Breakfast was basically non existence. Caters to workers who wipe out food and they don't restock anything. One positive is the bed was clean and comfortable. No towels in room. Kind of a poor excuse for a Wyndham.

I'll give it 2 stars only because the desk guy was nice. Otherwise, the room was not clean, as in visible hair and other dirt of all sorts. The tub had a visible ring around it. There were no towels. One odd thing was that the free shampoo sample bottles things were almost empty. There was one roll of TP, with no spare. The bed was comfortable enough, and the linens looked and smelled clean. The mattress was pushed off the base about 8 inches, exposing the framing.

I had to wait like 2 hours before I could check in. Then there was some guy who was tan with black hair n he had an attitude with me. Guys are never mean to me. I'm thinking he's in the closet. Either that, or I intimidate him with my look because I'm tall, have a beautiful skinny figure, n have short, spunky hair. Either way, he was just rude to me for no reason. The rooms are ok. The breakfast was really good. It's just a boring hotel. Other than the breakfast, this place sucks. I'm way too good to stay here again. I'm a good person n he talked to me like I was a nobody. 2 stars because barely anything great about this hotel.

Absolutely horrendous experience. Aside from the lobby having such intense water (and I’m assuming mold) damage that an entire chunk of ceiling was missing, their systems were unresponsive so we waited for check in for a while. Completely understandable. The poor employee at the desk was very polite and seemed a little stressed to be dealing with the technical issues. Booked online through Priceline, who indicated all of our fees were covered. When we arrived, they asked for an extra $60 pet fee on top of the $50 incidental fee and the $233 we already paid online. When we explained that we needed that on a physical paper for our financial keeping regarding the pet fee we had assumed was covered as per Priceline, the manager on duty got defensive, told my wife it was “her fault” for not understanding their policies (that were NOT listed accurately on the booking site we used), and assumed we were trying to get out of paying it. The manager told us we were welcome to find another hotel and has since been refusing to give us a refund for the $233 we spent for the nights we won’t be staying. Take your business elsewhere, this place is filthy and miserable.

Basic room, definitely older place, but for a quick weekend out of state, it was fine. The only thing was the outlet for the lamp/coffee maker and microwave didn't work and the cord for the microwave wasn't long enough. I had to move it over to the night table. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

Rooms and entire property are absolutely disgusting. You could tell that they don’t vacuum or mop the floors. Thankfully we didn’t see any roaches like most of the other reviews but overall it’s filthy. We came for a game so understandably rates are higher but $200 for one night is extremely overpriced.

$150 for a Game Day weekend didn't seem like a bad deal, but you get what you pay for. We came for our daughter's parents weekend and couldn't check-in before tailgating and festivities so we had to come after the game, showed up at 10:45pm. There was a line of 4-5 groups at the front desk, the first one checking out, which seemed odd. One guy at the desk working as efficiently as possible. He gave me my key and directions, which were the opposite way of where the room was, but we eventually found it. The room appears to have been "refreshed" with paint and new lvp flooring, but paint splatters everywhere and the room just felt dirty. We didn't take our shoes off except to go to bed. We immediately showered, but my husband noticed there was only one bath towel and one hand towel, we would try to make do. He went to use the hand towel and it was dirty with someone else's dark curly hairs all over it. We decided not to use any of the towels, I luckily keep beach towels in my trunk, so those saved us. The toilet ran, the water pressure was low and there were no coffee cups or any kind of cup, for that matter. Bed seemed clean, although I felt uneasy all night. All in all, this room was extremely sub-par, even with low expectations. Wyndham hotels should be ashamed to have this hotel with their name on it.

The most awful experience in a hotel stay! I was placed in a room that I didn't reserve. It was deplorable! It smelled something awful! I had to insist on a better room, which, after a long wait, I was finally given. That room's A/C system was ridiculously noisy, I had beach towels as bath towels, and housekeeping never cleaned room during the time I was away. I will never stay at another Baymont Hotel! Wyndham needs to do better!!

This was the WORST HOTEL IN AMERICA. The room was old , it had a Touch Tone phone. My wife and I were scared to take off our clothes. We traveled for our grandson game if it wasn’t so late we would have left. We could not sleep all night and would not dare to try the complimentary breakfast. Never again. The manager acted like he didn’t care when we came to the front desk to complain.

The king bed was comfortable and clean, as was the rest of the room. All of the lvp flooring throughout the entire hotel was not installed correctly. Tripping hazards everywhere, stait lay pattern. Feels like they installed it without cleaning the surface? Bumps all the floor, uneven. The first room I was given was occupied and the key didn't work. The guy running the desk was nice. The floor had hollow spots. There was a washcloth hanging on the curtain rod, dried. Great water pressure in the shower and hot. Breakfast was sausage links, didn't see any pancake mix, no eggs, there was coffee but the lid didn't fit well and no plates but foam bowls. I guess this is the new Normal in the new bidens America...not likely to return?

An okay place to flop, but it's one of those places that offer weekly rates that obviously attracts some shady characters. Some were arguing, screaming, and crying right outside our door at 2 am. For the rate they charge, there are surely better and safer choices.

While the location of this hotel was great that is where good stopped. The pool is out of order and i we had no known ahead would have made different arrangements, mildew on the bathroom ceilings, very under kept, hole in lobby roof. Very outdated property and needs lots of help

First off, let me say that we were told the hotel is going through a total renovation after recently being purchased. However, the check-in clerk was unsure of the availability of rooms and had a scout checking rooms before committing one to us. The curtain wouldn't close completely, the tub spigot needed replacing, and we saw signs of leftover soap and toothpaste in the tub and basin. The bed skirting was improperly placed, and the sheets were not flatly laid, which gave doubt about whether we had a cleaned room. We checked in almost midnight and left before 7 next am, so we just needed a bed for a few hours rest.

Do not stay there it’s very dirty. They are a bunch of trickster no one at the front desk . And watch out for ..! When they it’s ‘one room left “!!! and having a empty parking lot just to get you to pay for a room more expensive kmft simple the worse they ratings in my book is negative -5 stars

Booking this hotel was a mistake. Dirty and old. They claim to have a pool but they don't mention how unsanitary it is. You can't even get in the pool. There was even a drug deal occurring just as we arrived. This place needs to start over and refurbish everything. DO NOT BOOK.

Right off of 75! Traffic noise all night. Parking lot light is aimed right at our window! They tried to charge me a $100 deposit for damage that other people did before we got here! Sounds like the democratic theme! First room they gave us had furniture away from the walls like they were going to paint. Floor panels were ripped up! Second room was together but dirty. Towels looked launder but dirty, worn out and old blue and white beach towels. Skipping the continental breakfast and getting out of here! Absolutely the worst motel we’ve ever been in our lives!

A great place to stay which is not too expensive. The management is great! I have felt safe here. Highly recommend this hotel. It is close to everything in town. Close to the highway. Quiet. I have only good things to say after three weeks stay 🌹
