Picked up in the drive thru and they forgot my chicken minis . When i went in to inquire about them , they insisted i was lying . When i showed them the receipt they finally gave them to me . After getting back to the car and opening them i noticed one whole mini sandwich missing and one of them fallen apart ! Screw CFA never coming back here again

This is a great location, they're very efficient and never seem to get an order wrong. Only problem is the location, it's inconvenient placed and the line for the drive thru always wraps around the whole building and overflows into one of the main streets of the shopping plaza it's located in so it causes issues in both directions and some confusion with the order of people going in who have been waiting. They are very well organized and somehow still manage to keep an excellent level of service, and since the flow of people is constant you always get freshly prepared food that hasn't even had a chance to sit around in a warmer

very disappointed. Every time i place an order on uber eats, they fail to send the requested sauces. so, we got nuggets and fries dry as hell with no sauce to dip it in. Unacceptable. Love the food but please send the sauce. Sauces are a very important part of the meal. for this reason i have to give u 2 stars

I came in today with my girlfriend who has a dairy allergy. We were helped by a polite young buck named Alex, he knew the menu well and was very helpful. Exquisite service, he recommended the grilled nuggets since they did not contain dairy.

I have seen this place decline in service quality over the last few years. Now you are just a number when you come, no matter how man “my pleasures” they throw at you. They will mess up your order time and time again. They are less and less willing to customize and accommodate to your requests. Plus this place is so disgustingly busy it’s barely worth coming unless you’re ready to wait in the drive-through for 40+ minutes on a slow day in the drive thru. I cannot remember a single time I’ve come here in the last 18 months where some thing in my order was not wrong that I had to come back and get in line again, or call the store, or park and walk in just to get the original order I put in completed correctly.

This restaurant is a decent place to dine in as long as it’s not lunchtime. The space is minimal for parking, and during lunchtime, it’s a nightmare. Service is excellent, and during slow times, it’s pretty fast. During the rush at lunchtime, your order can get mixed or lacking. It has a good location as far as accessibility, but the facilities are challenging.
