    Tonight I went through the drive-through at approximately 6 o’clock. And the drive-through has a left side where the passenger can get the food and a right side where the driver can get the food as I approach to place my order The person at the window came across the speaker and said, are you here to pick your food up? And I replied no I would like to order some they replied back to me this window is for pick up only. In a rather rude tone. I said, then you want me to pull through and get in line on the right hand side, correct? And That person said yes. This is the second time that I’ve had bad service at this location. One time before on my receipt for my food, it said waiting and in the area that they put Where they identify you at it said “white boy”. I find that kind of racist but when I called to talk to the manager about it, he saw nothing wrong with it. So, as for me, there are plenty other hamburger places that would like to have my business. and I believe I still have a copy of the receipt.

    The voice recognition, relay, or whatever system is taking orders at the drive thru is not great. Very slow response times, and no audio feedback or visual confirmation that the order is correct (got mine wrong). You go through the entire order to then be told they are out of the item you asked for. Finally you get to the window, pay a human for your meal, and you are given a bag with the fries put in upside down so they have all fallen out into the bag and a cheese burger that’s room temperature with a slice of unmelted cheese on it. They treat you like family at this Checker’s location, but unfortunately it’s a family on the Maury Show.

    Fries are hot seasoned and crunchy. Chicken bites are big enough to fill an empty stomach. And hamburger you really see the lettuce and tomatoes

    The staff is lovely each time I visit. I've never had a bad experience! Checkers is the place to go for some good comfort food.

    This location has two drive thrus: One for the driver side and the other for the passenger. Of course, as it’s 4AM and I’m by myself, I pull up on the driver side. Everything goes as usual until the cashier asks me to go around to the other window to receive my food. I was confused as to why, I was the only one there and it would be impossible for me to receive my food. I did as I was told anyways, but pulled in the incorrect way, going against the right of way. One of the employees finally hands me my food as another employee (assuming the (assistant?) manager) starts scolding me in a harsh tone saying “you have to pull in the correct way because if someone were to come in, it would’ve been YOUR fault.” It’s the dead of night and there was no one else around. What did she expect of me? To get on my hands and knees in my car just to receive my food and make a fool of myself? Terrible management and manners but what else do you expect from people who work grave-yard shifts. Only there for easy money. And I still got my food cold which I have no idea how that’s even possible if I watched them make it.

    Not only was my order wrong tonight (ordered 2 spicy chicken and 2 fry lovers, got 3 fry lovers), but when I went to report the error I noticed they add 98 cents to orders without reflecting this anywhere. It just shows up on the final checkout page right before you pay; changing from the original price as the checkout page loads. I ordered pickup through their app and was also able to replicate this on their website, so it's not some sort of other service pricing issue. Nowhere does it state there is a 98 cent surcharge for ordering ahead of time. This is questionable both ethically and legally. Do better checkers.

    My order was messed up three times and by the time I got everything I came for the original order was cold. I guess it's depends on the night when you go to get your food and who's working. Generally they're pretty good at that location.

    Food is what you expect from checkers although this specific store. I normally have a 30 minute lunch and from waiting for someone inside to come to the window after numerous times of tapping on the glass only to be told hold on while they continued to help drive through customers and not the 5 people waiting at the window. I used my whole 30 minutes until the food was in my hand. Horrible service
