Save your money and go somewhere else! The worse food service ever they need new management. Take a look for your self how the quality of the food goes out with no shame like we don’t work hard for our money and if you say something they catch an attitude! Pizza looks worse than a frozen pizza and it tastes even worse.

After they charged me 2 times for a pizza, the pizza was gimme to me raw and after I claimed for the pizza too, they gimme it burned. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE! HORRIBLE service!!! my visit was today August 30, 2023 11:50 am the manager with a horrible attitude! 😡😡😡😡

First time ordering and I’m disgusted We ordered 3 pies and the worker seemed so bothered by us ordering. I decided to order breadsticks and he huffed and told us he just put them in and it would take 3 mins we sat and waited but in less than a minute it was ready I get home and opened the dipping marinara sauce and first thing I see is mold the break sticks are all stuck together you can tell they were not finished.

This location gets worse and worse every time I go. Will be worth driving farther to get semi decent food. All I ordered was a crazy bread and asked for extra cheese and butter so that they actually taste like more than just dried out bread and this is what I get. It would be one thing but I even got charged extra! Not that I mind paying extra for asking for extra but then actually add more….. These are stale, dried out and gross. Eating tough bread.

Worst customer service ever! Should be 0 stars. So called manager named James knows nothing of customer service. I put an online order at 9:20 pm, went to pick up order at 9:40. Apparently I had put in the order for the next day by mistake so my order was not ready. No problem Right, just put the order in and I'll wait for it. WRONG, apparently it was to much trouble to make my order. James The manager told me to "come back tomorrow and pick it up". Really? I asked if we could just cancel the order and make it now- He then said - we close in ten minutes I am not making your order now because it will take to long, to which I said so if someone walks in now and wants to order you wont take their order. He said " no". Then why do you not just lock up and close the store. I pity the owner of this location as he/she probably is unaware of the terrible customer service this staff provides. Not to mention the business that he/she loses due to this type of behavior. To make matters worse this so called manager had the worst attitude of disregard I have ever seen in the service industry. Before placing the online order I tried calling the store various times and no one bothered to pick up the phone. Needless to say - I ended up ordering my 3 pizzas and bread from DOMINOES' on avalon park blvd and their pan pizza was DELICIOUS and the service there was great!!

As all other reviews mention, terrible customer service. Everyone is standing around. What appeared to be the manager, asked for the name of our order, and I told her and that it was ready. She turns around and never comes back. I had to walk around to side of counter to get someone attention who was just sitting there with his headphones in to be able to get my order. Avoid!

The pizzas are always sale at this location. The staff are never at the counter and sometimes it takes a long time before anyone will even acknowledge that you’re inside the building. If you pay in cash, it’s likely that the staff will try to steal your change.

Normally, I don't mind little Caesars, but this one is particularly disappointing. They get my order wrong regularly. We order a cheese pizza, a three meat, and icb every time. They gave us a tiny, deep dish with no sauce and pepperoni instead of the cheese bread. Then when we called, they wouldn't bring a replacement. Terrible customer service. The pizzas were weirdly thin and didn't have extra cheese like we ordered. Waste of money and time.
