    WARNING: I became a patient with Changes Medical back in September of 2014, and paid in full for a "package deal". Nine months later Changes closed their business down and moved to the other side of Waterford lakes opening Lumiere Medical & Wellness Spa. At first they agreed to continue my treatments stating that "they did not have to", but when it came time for my appointment they called me a day beforehand and told me that their laser machine was "broken", and to call back in a few weeks. I called a week and a half later and was told it was still broken, so I asked what treatments I could exchange for the $2,000 dollars worth of treatments I still had left. The receptionist told me she would check and call me back. This company has a very good track record of a very bad habit. They never return phone calls. Over the course of a two week time span I must have called at least four times asking if they had figured out what treatments I could exchange and every time I called it was "oh that's right let me pull your chart and have them check". Finally when I called back again I was told that my treatments would not be completed or refunded since I was a patient at their old office Changes Medical, yet they were still continuing with treatments for several other patients that also belonged to the old office. I asked if I could receive a fax of my records or if I needed to stop by in person and was told by the receptionist that she would check with the owners and get back to me. Knowing that a return call would never come I instead drove all the way out there where I was told it would take 7-10 business days to get a copy of my records. I asked if I could instead take pictures of my files and was told that I could not. When I asked to speak with the owners I was told it was not possible because they was busy seeing other patients. I told the receptionist I had time and would wait until they were free. About ten minutes later the receptionist approached me again and asked what exactly I needed from my chart. I informed her that I needed the patient information I had filled out when I first became a member of their office, and the contract that I had signed. Confused, she insisted I had not signed a contract, and I explained that I wanted a copy of the papers I had signed at the end of the patient packet. She returned to the back office, coming back a few moments later stating that my records had been moved into storage since I was a patient at the old office. I questioned why they had been moved there if other patients from the “old office” were still being treated at Lumiere, and I had seen my records in their office just a few weeks before. She stated that she did not know and could not help me because they were not sure where they had gone. I asked her to give me a phone number or any contact information for their “old office” so that I could get my records, but she said they did not have any numbers and were not sure where they were being kept. I informed her that legally I had a right to my medical records but she just shrugged and told me she was sorry but they did not know where they had gone. If you are not accustomed to having money stolen from you, then stay away from this office and go to a reputable one with a good, long standing history. *********Response********* You do have the same charts since when I went there I was shown my chart and told that "I still owed $800". Luckily I had a copy of the receipt to prove that I did not.

    DO NOT go here they will rip you off and take your money. I paid 1,300 for tattoo removal, and have been going there for over a year, and my tattoos STILL look the same! They won't give me a refund and told me that they are stopping my treatments even if they look the same. I am very tempted to sue this company for medical male practice. DO NOT go here:

    I had purchased a laser hair removal package with Lumiere previously and had a great experience. I decided to purchase another package to complete another area and initially it was again a great experience, then COVID came. Lumiere had to shut down and temporarily discontinue services as did all other establishments which is completely understandable so I waited until places were allowed to reopen and resume services. Well, upon contacting Lumiere to schedule an appointment and resume laser treatments no one would answer the phone so I left voicemails and sent texts to the appointment confirmation number. I did this numerous times throughout the weeks since the end of May/beginning of June when spas and the like were allowed to reopen. I never received a response until I received a text message weeks later stating the business was relocating their offices and would reopen at a new location on July 1 and was even offered extra treatment sessions "for the inconvenience". Well it is now July 30 and my attempts to call and text for an appointment have again gone unanswered as has my request for a pro-rated refund of my payment. Do yourself a favor and don't bother with this company. They will leave you hanging, not communicate with you, and take your money and run. I honestly suspect they've gone out of business and don't want to disclose that information. I've since purchased laser services with another company as I was in the middle of my treatments and look forward to my first appointment this weekend!

    This place ripped me off! I went in for hair laser. My first two treatments I noticed the hair was thinning and in some places not growing at all, which was great. They moved locations and did not inform me and before moving every time I would call the owner, who would schedule me, was never in communication with the receptionist so they were not aware when I was coming in. My fourth treatment I was burned twice and noticed the hair on my body was still visible. When I mentioned it to them they stated it takes time and you have to finish treatment. They also said, some people take several treatments to remove all the hair. Later by my fifth treatment I found out the tech kept the heat at the same level the entire time until the 5th treatment and she was suppose to go higher if it is not stimulating the hair follicles. After my sixth treatment I called back and spoke to the owner telling him I have more hair now then before I started treatment. I also have ingrown hairs and bumps in areas i had treatment. I have to shave every other day. That is including small areas like my upper lip and under arms. I he said I can go in and get the cream for the burn and start with the smaller areas. Then mentioned to me again that sometimes it takes more than six treatments. When said no, why would I pay again if the outcome was worse then what I started with. He said in reply, "if you're trying to get free treatment I am not doing that". I paid $1000 there is no way I am paying more money!!! His customer service is not good and he has argued with me prior to that conversation. I would have left then but I had already invested money. I am mad I went there.

    I have always wanted to get a laser hair removal treatment and was looking for a while places in Orlando to do it. I am confident I found the best place. Not only price wise is excellent but also the customer service they provide is amazing. After only 3 treatments I have seen the improvement on my skin and I am very satisfied with the results. 100% recommend this place

    I was told that the laser machine broke and fixed, but wasn't adjusted properly by the technician. I had 12 treatments and the hair is still there, so I would assume that their machine is not the best. When I started I was told that 10-12 sessions would be enough.And they're horrible with keeping track of sessions. Last time I was there I was told that I have more sessions left from a package I bought and today they called me and said that I have no treatments left... I did not keep track of my sessions, because I fully trusted them (wrong decision), so I'm not sure if they're right or not, but the thing is that you can not tell a customer one thing and then take it back. Very unpleasant experience. Do yourself a favor and save your money by going to a place that has a long history of a trustworthy spa.

    Following up... The pimples that started appearing on my face were underneath my skin. So I could not pop them. They are red raised painful bumps on the sides of my face. I had great skin; and never experienced having pimples. I tried many different facial products to clear the pimples and nothing worked. I finally found help through an esthetician I came across on Facebook, Xioheal. She said my pores were closed and needed to be reopen treated. I have been treated 3 times and notices changes on my skin. I have less bumps and the bumps that do appear rise out of skin rather than being underneath my skin. For the burns on my skin I purchased Mederma, hoping it will clear the dark circles from the laser burns.

    As a business owner I have prided myself on customer service. With that being said, the service demonstrated by the secretary and owner was below 1 star standards. After a talk with this place I decided to do the lazer thing for my wife, the owner said this deal/price is good for another week, I said ok, let me talk to my wife and make sure this is what she wants (there's more to this story) (no female technicians only the owner who is male, the female recently left) so I tried calling next day to pay. 3 times calling no answer so left a message. I did this for next 5/6 days, I called, no answers and no returned calls left several messages! Finally, after almost a week of calling I tried again and finally got through, I asked why they haven't returned my calls and if the store was still open for business... I said I been leaving messages and been trying to pay you for a week now. she said that deal is no longer and price doubled. So I said please have owner call me. She said ok but he will say no too. I said ok ma'am please still have him call me. So that was at 9am. At 4pm and no call back I drove 45 min there to see what was going on.. At first I could not find the store because there was no sign on the storefront. After finding the place I went inside, was very nice and calm and told her my story again, I said ma'am here's my phone. Here's proof I called every day for a week. The 2 secretary's both looked and saw that I been calling daily. Both said we only have 1 phone and sometimes it doesn't always work with voicemails......... Lol lol. I said I'll tell you what... I think this is more than fair at this point. This was supposed to be a Valentine's Day surprise for my wife. I will be glad to split the difference in cost right now and everyone is happy.... You make more than original price and I get to keep my gift for my wife. Told her if she just answered the phone or called me back I could've paid a week ago. She said so sorry, NO. So I drove 45 min back home.... Oh... I'm also a Fireman, there were 3 of us on shift that we're all trying to do this. I explained that to her as well. I said you not only lost me but all three of us. Terrible customer service and almost a scam. I would never treat a paying customer like this.
