I am not rating the staff but this motel in general. There is blood on the sheets (in two different rooms). Microwave did not work in one room and stove did not work in a different room. But people who stay here are the worse! They are loud in the lobby. Kids don't stop screaming late into the night, even after calling the security. If I knew everything that I know now, I would've NEVER stayed here!! I have a feeling that more is to come and I can't leave because I paid far in advance.

Recently under new ownership, so the place is currently being renovated. In process of getting new paint, carpet, etc. Staff is nice. Housekeeping depends on how long your stay is. If you pay weekly, then they only come once a week. As the rooms are set up in a studio apartment style, you are expected to provide most of your own things (trash bags, toiletries, etc). It's not the Hilton, but not bad either, and getting better as renovations happen.

You can't beat the price for the area but the manager had "check" my room my second night for inspection. He wouldn't leave, wouldn't come back, had to get dressed. He came in, looked out the window & left. He should of grabbed the filled coffee pot that ended up growing an inch of mold. I left it out there for him. But Buffalo wild wings & a club is in the same area. That was a lot of fun.

The needs are broke down and really old. The wall sockets do not keep your plug in the wall without proping it up with something. They have no utensils in the rooms. The couch has springs popping out of it and very uncomfortable. They only give you one roll of toilet paper for a week and inn set of towels. Not very happy for the money spent.

I did the best thing that I could for him it was give him the best parents he'll ever have and he's the only child so far in their life brand new baby for brand new parents that really will love him take care of him and let me be involved in the way that the contract says and anybody's got something to say about that then they don't know what it's like to be where I'm at in my shoes and already have three that are practically grown and 40 years old having another baby and it was planned with somebody and he and he couldn't stand up to his parents that's the way I see it and Alex if you want to speak to me and talk to me you need to call Alex Diaz

terrible. just awful, horrible experience. thee worst service I have ever had. no ash tray for entire stay after complaining numerous times. each room is SUPPOSED to come equipped with silverware and dishware but of course my cabinets were empty and after I complained numerous times nothing was done whatsoever even though I kept being told they were going to send someone over to stock the cabinets so I was lied to daily and never once had the luxury of just buying groceries and cooking. most mornings all I could think was how much it sucked not having a god damn bowl to pour my cereal into or a damn spoon to eat with! the walls are paper thin so you constantly hear people shouting in the hallways and getting a good nights sleep required me knocking myself out with sleeping pills. the sheets were scratchy and paper thin as well and my room was not turned over or cleaned once throughout my entire week stay there and worst part of all is since I paid for a week in advance upfront instead of night by night I was NOT able to get a refund when I decided to leave early (3 days before check out night) because of how awful it truly was there.so I wasted 90 bucks that I cannot get back! I never write hotel reviews but I needed to vent and I would have appreciated if someone had warned me before I wasted money and had one of thee worst hotel experiences I've ever had. so if u were thinking of checking into this DUMP i'd think again before throwing your money away.

Overall it's a okay place to stay for one night, at most two. I would not recommend this for a long period of stay though. Nicely located right next to a couple of restaurants and bars and also very close to the University . They also have free WiFi which was convenient and very inexpensive compared to the other hotels in the area. The bed was not comfortable, but it will do for the price that we paid. We only paid about 50 bucks for the night. I would definitely not stay here for more than two days though
