This has been my go to place for years when me or a family member is sick. The easy online appointment reservations are awesome. There is never a long wait at all, 99% of the time I’m seen the second I check in. The ENTIRE clinical staff is top notch! Everyone is so friendly, caring, get right on your level. I come here for anything from ear infections to the flu. The copay is not an ER visit copay, just urgent care which is a major plus. It’s quicker and easier to get in here than with my primary doc. I rave about the MiniER to anyone who will listen!

Honestly this is a best experience I've had in an emergency doctor situation ever. The receptionist was kind and I was having some insurance issues and she walked me through things that helped me. She also took her time to just talk to me like a person. The nurse was very accommodating and sweet, she could tell I was nervous and was very clam and helped me be as well. The doctor I had was phenomenal! She walked me through every step of what we were going to do, what I needed and reassured me that I was going to be okay. It was just really nice to feel welcome and wanted and not just another patient. Would 100000000% go back if I needed.

It was so easy to make an appointment online. The staff was great. I didn't have to wait very long to be seen. The X-ray tech and the Doctor that saw me were wonderful. I recommend miniER to anyone that needs to seen quickly. Thank you all at the miniER.

This place was nice and clean. There was no wait. I saw the PA. She was so pleasant and explained everything to me and gave me recommendations. The whole process was quick to the point and all my concerns were addressed. They have a lot of services there , even for children. Highly recommend. They do children physicals as well. A+. Side note I’m an RN and bedside manners and communication is a huge deal with me, it was a positive experience

I had an excellent experience during my recent mini ER visit with Dr. Bailey and her team. Their kindness and attentiveness made me feel truly cared for. Dr. Bailey not only listened attentively to my concerns but also provided helpful guidance. I am grateful for the exceptional care I received.

It was easy to make an appointment. I was taken back quickly. Everyone was friendly, concerned, and courteous. Mimi was very helpful by facing my prescription to the pharmacy for me. Everything was great from check in to check out as always. My family and I always trust the Mini ER when are not well. They are always very knowledgeable.

I've been to the MiniER twice in the past week and I can honestly say both times were the best urgent care experience I've ever had. The first time, we walked in for a health issue with my wife. The waiting room only had one other family. She filled out the paperwork and we got in to see a nurse within a few minutes. The nurse took some vitals, and then we were seen by a friendly Physician Assistant for the diagnosis and prescription. Easy and efficient! The second time, I made an appointment for a test. Same experience (except I didn't need a prescription.) Even though there are closer clinics, I would definitely make a point to go to MiniER just for the great service.

I was seen at my appointment time! All staff was very professional and listened to my symptoms closely. They asked appropriate questions. They spoke clearly and simply so I could understand what was going on with me, in my case, prescribed medication. And what to do if my symptoms aren't resolved or come back. Thank you!
