I stop going to this since they automated the cashier. I happened to be close and I decided to stop to get a few things and I was nicely surprised that "people" cashiers were back at helping customers. No long lines, the store had a different type of vibe. I hope this is not just a Holiday change because machines will never do what a person can do.

Do not do online pick up. This is the 2nd time it happens I make an order and they end up giving my order to someone else, make better protocols to be honest. And the least they can do is a refund that takes 8-10 days even tho I needed that order for that exact they.

If you order pick up the wait times are absolutely horrendous. I do not recommend ever. But that being said the employees are the most wonderful human beings I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Do not harass them for the wait time. It is not their fault, nor is it their problem if you had to wait there for an hour or more. If you don’t want to wait, don’t. Leave. There’s only a certain amount of them and they are hauling your heavy a** grocery orders to your car for you instead of you getting out of your car and grocery shopping yourself. Yes I said it. Sometimes I am lazy and don’t want to shop as well and it is a privilege to have other people pick it and bring it to your car for you. So be nice, respectful and thank them despite how long it took.

So tired of emploees blocking all isles all hours of day while they do the online shopping orders. They don't care if tge inconvenience shoppers at all. Everyone was so rude too.

Walmart sucks now!! They make you do all the check out no matter how much you have. Then have the audacity to ask how you did with a 5 star review system which will always get a 1 from me. How did I do? I did everything the store sucked. Also the employees have no interest in helping if they are available or not. I've been lied to from their staff. I asked after the self check out line was a 20 min wait and they said the individual just went on their 15min break. After being there for about 25 minutes and leaving. I asked where the imaginary person was and they were just dumbfounded the lie was on full blast for all to see. If walmart did have any customer service in the past then it is exactly that, in the past!!! Then they also force you to prove to them you now own everything in your cart. If they had an employee do their job or if they had that much interest. They could watch at the time I pay money for that product to now become my property at the cash register. Also never any carts. Literally have to walk back out and retrieve the carts as well. I asked once to open the half garage door and I'd help push them in for all to enjoy since their was none and the employee at the front declined to help anyone with that matter. Point is they are going down hill!!!

Would give a zero but Google has yet to enable that. Not once but several times employees said items were out of stock but if you walk in the store the shelves are full of those items. Depending on the employee's preference determines the service or professionalism you receive.

My rating is based on my experience in the store. I have been a customer for more than 2 years at this location and there have been several times that I have been treated very badly. The Deli bakery employee does not say good morning, she does not greet the customer properly, she makes people wait to serve a customer, she goes about her daily work ignoring the customers and even takes a long time when she is preparing something while talking to another employee and does not prioritizing the customer. If the self check out systems do not work for the company, remove them because being unreliable does not give employees the right to treat customers like thieves. An employee told me how to store my items without any kindness whatsoever. She cannot put her items in the bag after scanning. really absurd. Very big supermarket with many kinds of daily necessities at low price.

I just wanted to update my review. Ricardo came in and let me know last time I was here there was a misunderstanding on the order of my tires and assisted in waving a fee for installation of my tires. Alex was also very kind and assisted me with checking in my car for tires. I appreciate them making things better
