I have been a resident here for almost 2 years. I would not recommend anyone to live here. I have never written a negative review before but I would like to prevent others from making the same mistake that I did. The staff here has caused a great deal of unnecessary stress for not only me but also my family. In my opinion, there is a complete lack of professionalism and accountability of the entire staff. My advice to everyone would be that when dealing with the staff on any issue please always get things in writing! I am finding this out the hard way. It is impossible to get anyone to return phone calls or emails even regarding urgent matters. I moved here because I believed the reviews that stated it was a very safe community. However, in the 2 years that I have been here there has been a HUGE increase in both violent and non-violent crimes. Parking here is also just a disaster. I advise anyone who is looking into renting here to please tour the complex as late in the day as possible so you can judge for yourself on how bad the parking truly is! Please do your research on all aspects of what you will be dealing with if you choose to live here.

This apartment has not been the best experience. No one has responded to phone calls, the portal doesn't work and then late fees are charged (this happened multiple times). No email addresses are available on their documents, so this Google review was the only way I could try to get someone to respond. Someone/Anyone from 525 Avalon with information, please respond with your contact phone number and proper email address as soon as possible. Thank you

My Fiancé and I have lived here close to a year. HORRIBLE so far! We have our porch that we’ve requested to have fixed multiple times due to MOLD and FLOODING. They have neglected it for months. Roaches in kitchen, and that is just the whits end for us. It’s super hard to live in an apartment complex when everything keeps breaking down and nothing gets repaired for months. When putting in request for maintenance they clear them before completion when issues not resolved, they don’t read any maintenance notes you give them and I hope you’re not a young female alone in these apartments because the maintenance team likes to let themselves in with no phone call or any warning when it is requested of them to contact before hand.

I've been part of this community for 5 years, and our maintenance team, especially Eric S., the maintenance supervisor, is just awesome. Eric's super polite and provides fantastic customer service. It's such a relief that he's back because our previous manager wasn't great. You can tell that he really knows his stuff when he talks. What's even cooler is that he gets our work orders done in less than 24 hours. There was one time when he had to call a vendor, and they showed up on the same day. Talk about efficiency! Eric's skills and his team's dedication have made our community a better place to live. I'm thrilled with the great service he provides. Thanks for making our community awesome, Eric!.

I came in for a tour and Darius was amazing! He’s very attentive and even did a follow up call to make sure my tour went well. He wasn’t pushy like most leasing agents are and he took all of my concerns into consideration. Darius is a great employee and needs to be recognized for his excellent customer service!! Thank you so much Darius for making my experience at 525 Avalon one of the best.

I’ve lived here for a full year and a couple of months now. This is a beautiful place with lots of amenities. Marcel is one of the front office staff members he helped me out today I went to the mail room on my lunch break to get a package, Completely underestimating how heavy it was I went to the front to ask for assistance getting it home. He didn’t hesitate to assist he gave me and the heavy package a ride home and even brought it up three flights of stairs, without a complaint and wasn’t weird about it either. I’m extremely grateful for his willingness to help he saved me from being late, clocking back in. But the staff here is very friendly and I’ve never experienced any pushback or unwillingness to assist.

Johan was timely, quick to fick the issue, knowledgeable about what was needed to correct it, and very polite/courteous. A pleasure to deal with. A real asset for 525 Avalon Park!!! Staff like Johan are the reason I have lived here for 11+ years. I recommend this apartment complex to anyone

I’ll be a new tenant at 525 Avalon Park and today I was assisted by such an amazing associate and person- Sunshine Brightly! She made my visit so warm and special by showing her professionalism and at the same time caring for my needs as a new tenant and as a single parent.
