My wife and I just moved into The Avery and it has been an absolute blessing, we are loving it! It really is a beautiful and safe neighborhood, it feels like we are living a dream - praise God! The amenities are up-kept well and the area is clean! The leasing team and management office also has been very helpful and responsive! Huge shout-out to Alicia and Joel for coordinating the administrative stuff behind the scenes, and Juan and his team for his prompt help with any maintenance that comes up! They definitely go out of their way to ensure our needs are met and we feel comfortable in our new home ❤️

I love living here. Been at the Avery for over a year now, and I have no complaints. The area is always clean, management is helpful and responsive, and the community is great. It’s never loud, and nobody is disrespectful. Lot of great amenities too including a great pool and gym, dog park, and a lot to clean your car. Can’t recommend this place enough.

This complex is great! My roommates and I have lived here for over a year, and moved in right after it opened. From the start every member of the office and the entire team has been lovely. They're all so friendly, helpful, and attentive! The complex is clean, and has good amenities. I like that they host monthly events and post them in the elevators so we know what is going on! I work night shift so I can't usually go, but the effort is noticed and appreciated :) Edit: It is also in a good location and stays fairly quiet! That's my favorite part. Even if there is something going on upstairs, I can't really hear it.

From applying to now living in these apartments, the management has been extremely active and responsive. I have never dealt with better management in my years of living in rental property. The only downside to this apartment complex is that the parking gets packed, but I don’t mind it since the apartment space is perfect, the amenities are stellar, and the fact that there’s a car wash station. I couldn’t have picked a better place to live.

My experience at The Avery is a 10/10. I genuinely have no complaints. When I initially came here to tour, the staff was very kind and explained the information about the complex and fees very thoroughly. I feel like The Avery does a lot for its residents, including monthly food trucks and monthly activities to get the residents involved in the community and more.

In my short time living here, I've truly loved the Avery. Since living in three other apartments in Orlando this has been my favorite. All the positive reviews speak for themselves. The staff is super friendly, the amenities are always clean and available to use, and it is a pretty quiet complex for the most part. The only issue I've had here has been out of my control and the property's control. I would recommend this complex to anyone who likes a quiet space and wants to be relatively close but not too close to downtown Orlando, and other restaurants and activities that are nearby.

This is by far the best apartment I've lived in. The staff is full of kind people. Unfortunately, I had to move out before the end of my lease. The staff was understanding throughout the whole process and went above and beyond. Thankfully, Joel made the transition as smooth as possible! If I ever had a question or needed assistance he helped me. The property manager Alicia, also assisted with speeding up the moving-out process. If you ever have an issue, just know that they will handle and resolve it in a timely manner. The community is also clean, utilities are great, and I always felt safe here. If you move here I promise you will love it!

Taryn was beyond helpful! She was so welcoming, informative, and kind. She was a big reason why we decided to move forward with the application process. We fell in love with the home, and she made the experience extra special! Thank you Taryn!!!!
