Needless to say I was very disappointed in my visit today. From the moment I walked in one of the front desk staff member on the right had a face and was in a bad mood. you had to hear the way she was talking to people over the phone absolutely disgusting. Not only that I was scheduled for a cleaning. I called ahead of time to get the pricing they told me it was $107. When I get there, they say it was $150. After examining my teeth and x-rays, they want over $2,000 for severe cleaning which is not what I asked for. And then try to sell me Invisalign, which is fine. I was looking into anyways but the amount of money that they wanted was ridiculous; it was over $6,000 then dramatically, it goes down to 5400. It's just a sale tactic to show that you are in desperate need. I was pretty Disturbed and traumatic by the time it was over, 2 hours of my time gone. Yet! Don't get me wrong, the doctor was amiable, and so was the dental assistant, but I'm paying out of pocket. They don't even give discounts to Medicaid patients like in other places. I only wanted a cleaning. Now I have to find another place and take off work again. I left there in tears and frustrated how can you do that to people.

They do not take priority in client care. Come in on the day of appointment and there are more charges and the front desk isn’t even able to tell what the charges are for. They also make you wait 30+ minutes after your appointment time to be taken back. Their service is unacceptable. If you have clients coming in for oral surgery or any procedure, they should be taken care of promptly. And the front desk should be able to properly communicate charges. They will also talk about clients in front of their face while they are in the office. Horrible office and I will not be returning.

I walked into the dentist for the first time in 20 years with so much fear and embarrassment of how awful of shape my teeth were in. From the very begining the staff was absolutely amazing and understanding and just so helpful! The office manager took her time to help me get the discounts and credit I could.. She was so patient and helpful! The Dr was absolutely wonderful she walked me through the steps and took such great care of me. I wish I could remember the assistants name because he was so understanding and patient with me. Aspen dental has been truly amazing so far and I look forward to continuing my care with them.

I’ll start by saying go to SAGE dental, at sage they’ll help you and above all else answer the phone. It seems whoever answers the phone needs coaching on basic customer service. It’s sad because the facility is nice and so is the dentist. I’ve been trying to get through for over a week. I’m going to head in, in person tomorrow. I only need my referral so I can see the surgeon at Sage dental. I truly hope you can find the right team members or coach the existing so that you can retain your customer base. Aspen dental doesn’t seem to operate the way a business should. They’ll leave you on hold, hang up, ignore emails and so on.

The technician was very professional, helpful, and patient. The front desk ladies and the office manager were very professional and helpful also. It’s a very pleasant office. I waited around 5 minutes to be called. Highly recommended place.

Worse place ever! Very disappointed!!! Non professional at all! They made my daughter wait forever in the waiting room. Then on top of that, during the x ray exam the assistant who was an Hispanic lady was extremely rough! She couldn’t get the picture to come out correctly and so my daughter who is 22 yrs old heard her cuss in Spanish. Very vulgar words she used. We don’t look Hispanic and we assumed she thought we were white. When my daughter was being checked by the dentist , she then asked her if we spoke spanish . I was not happy when my daughter told me how rough she was and the improper language she used. The bathrooms were very dirty too. Such a bad experience .

Jocelyn was my hygienist and she really paid great attention to the fact that my teeth are sensitive when using the waterpik and she made sure I was extremely comfortable during my whole cleaning! Absolutely recommend this location and Jocelyn because they really listen to your needs and take great care of you!

My experience was bad with the supervisor, whose name is Natasha. She has bad form. I tried on several occasions to talk to her so she could help me in that clinic because apart from her, the work team is excellent, all the boys and girls are very friendly except her. She told me that she was the only supervisor and there was no one else that I could complain about, she treated me like trash that day that I had an appointment to see her in front of the patients and everyone at the reception was not able to call me aside and tell me Everything happened in front of everyone, and she told me that if I wanted to leave, I would be in very bad shape. She must have someone to follow up with her and explain to her that when talking about a payment plan, that is personal, no one, not the receptionist or the Patients should find out about a patient's problem. That is personal. I would like my opinion to be taken into account so that this does not happen again. Since she knows that I was going to complain, today she called me asking me if I still wanted to go after the mistreatment she had given me. He did, I'm sorry for the other guys, they are all very nice, I don't know how Natasha has to take care of the patients.
