    Prop manager changed 3 times in year. Rent too high when services (valet trash, pool) not consistently available. Wonā€™t return calls for a week. Washer leaked running all over apartment into hall of building but not important enough to address for 3 days. Maintenance is wonderful but short staffed and terrible management at property. Request for overgrown palm to be trimmed took over a month. Repeatedly issues with roaches asking for building to be sprayed since it was not resolving. People donā€™t pick up pet waste (not enforced), trash left out and get spread all over due to raccoons or ? (due to valet not picking up?) Deposit not returned after 4 months. Used wrong name when they finally call. Initially sent refund to Jacksonville -even though they have forwarding address, moved here from TX and never lived anywhere else in FL. Then wait for duplicate check - confirmed where to send and my name - still no refund. Will not answer or return messages x 1 week. Stay far away -

    Iā€™ve been here going on 5 years. Within those 5 years the management has changed at least 5 times. Before the current management they did not care for the property nor for the residents. There was trash always in the hallways, dog feces everywhere, gates ALWAYS broken, they were rude, never parking and much more. Overall not luxury apartments. Since the new management has taken over there has DEFINITELY been a change for the better. The new gates really helped make it feel a lot safer even though there is always some idiot who tries to eat it or follow residents in. Thereā€™s an officer that comes at night and tickets the people who park where they shouldnā€™t which has REALLY helped resolve so much of the parking issue and also with him here patrolling made it safer too. To top off the main reason itā€™s gotten so much better is honestly the staff. They are PHENOMENAL Racheal and Cristina have been so helpful and sweet and honestly the main reason why I choose to stay longer because I feel they really do care not only about us as residents but as humans who want to do better for the community as well. They listen and make sure to do everything in their power to help. I was at my ends with this complex and went to talk to them and they made it feel like it can be a home again and really worked everything out to ensure everything was gonna be okay. I just feel grateful that now with them there things can actually get done and I feel so much better about living here. The only downside still is the color of the complex it looks unfinished and unappealing. Doesnā€™t give a luxurious feeling at all. I genuinely wish the new owners stayed with the gray and white it was perfect! Now it looks like the painters gave up and left without finishing the job. However, the interior apartments itself are so nice we fell in love and continue to do so. If I could change anything about it I would only say to add a rail on the first floor balcony and change to colors back or remove the yellow. I donā€™t mean to rant but as I mentioned at first I liked living here then hated it but now thanks to Racheal and Cristina I can call it a home again.

    I wanted to take the time to thank Cristina and the maintenance team. Every time that I have a problem with my apartment she helps me out without any attitude and is always understanding and professional. The maintenance crew takes care of my request even that they are busy and I real appreciate all the hard work. I know that they are short of staff but always they resolve everything. The community is very peaceful and friendly neighbors.I'm glad I chose to rent here.

    I wish I could put 4 1/6 :-). Beautiful, clean, quiet place (which is very important, because I work from home). Where do I begin? The staff is simply amazing. From the friendly and efficient and diligent maintenance that do a Wonderful job keeping the place and apartments in good condition. The assistant property manager Naomi: She is professional, diligent, cheerful, friendly, servile, and beautiful inside and out. Cristina: Now, this is a manager that truly cares about the tenants, the property, and the staff. She takes her job very seriously, but don't let that scare you. She is kind and on top of everything. Very efficient too. The apartments are spacious with new appliances. I even have a separate space for my little office to WFH. The place has plenty of parking. Valet trash 5 days a week, beautiful pool and BBQ area, the gym has everything you need, even a yoga room, and OMG the last acquisition; the beautiful cabana room. Everything is new, and they keep it that way. The location area is the best... we have the best outlets, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. Only 10 minutes away. I love this area. I love this property, and I love my apartment. I have been here for 5 months and my affection for this place and the staff has only grown. This is, in all honesty. If something comes up; bad or good, I will update you on it. But right now, the way Orlando is growing to be, you would rarely find a better place, with a great, safe location, beautiful amenities, big spacious apartments, and the best staff, for a reasonable price in comparison with what is out there; You won't find a better place. So, welcome home.

    I moved in about 2 weeks ago and the apartment is great so far! The moving process was a breeze, Rachael was great and made everything so easy and even recommended movers for us. The complex is great so far. Iā€™ll have an update in a couple months

    I can't get out of this place fast enough. I have lived here for two years and today I'm moving across town to a much nicer place for around the same rate of rent. My whole experience here has been terrible, the office manager doesn't keep note of anything nor do they follow their own lease term guidelines. When you ask questions about it in email to Christina, the property manager, she chooses to ignore it. When your lease is coming to an end here, expect about 1 day to make the decision before your 60 day notice to vacate needs to be put in, with no clear date on when it's due, even though the lease says they need to give you 5 days before you are required to follow those 60 day expectations.. and when you finally put it in, expect to have them deny ever having the paper you walked to the office and signed the paper to begin with. I'm sure I'll soon find out they lost my deposit during the transfer last year where they almost leased out the apartment I had a transfer too. This whole situation cost me about an extra 2k I could have been spending on holiday expenses. The property is also nasty, ants in the apartments, animal feces in the hallways all the time! You pay for valet trash and they never take it. When you move into the units you have to scrub the walls and take off all the vents and soak them, nothings given to you clean. The rent portal is down often so if you don't bank with bank of america, expect to pay fees to get the last minute cashier checks. The ac units freeze over like twice a year and cause your electricity to double. It's not really a gated community because they just have sticks people with low cars drive right under! The parking lot is full of people doing car matainance and smoking marijuana and they have a lot of party's at the pool all night on the weekends! The only problem I have is that there is plenty of parking available. I feel like this place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. If you want to live in a decent complex on this side of town, migrate down the road to eastmar commons and pay a little more, it will save you in the long run!

    I lived at this community for three years. Overall it was a good experience. My biggest problem was the cleanliness of the property. Breezeway's were never cleaned. Trash collected in the pond and was never removed. Maintained staff would drive in there golf carts to pick up trash. Never cleaning the back of the buildings. If these things don't bother you and your okay with $ 2,500.00 a month rent for a three bedroom. I recommend. All staff is very friendly.

    Do not live here. Dirty, trash everywhere, animal poop all over the stairs all the time, awful communication from the office, loud, thinnest walls Iā€™ve ever had in a home.. I cannot give enough warnings. The maintenance team broke our microwave and then we waited an entire month to get a new one. When there was an empty apartment right across from us that they couldā€™ve borrowed from. Itā€™s a nice area but somehow this complex is the opposite. Live literally anywhere else. Getting out of Canterbury Cove was the happiest day of our lives āœŒšŸ¼
