Very
clean
but
super
slow!
They
place
Uber
Eats
as
authority
over
everything,
even
when
there
are
20
customers
in
line.
This
location
has
the
highest
turnover
rate,
unlike
anything
I
have
ever
seen!
There
is
a
new
employee
at
every
shift
every
3
weeks!
There's
always
something
at
this
location
by
way
of
current
/former
employees
mingling
with
friends
outside
the
store
lighting
up
black
and
milds
and
blunts!
The
owner
has
23
cameras
in
this
store!
OMG.
His
wife/Co-owner
is
NO
service
guru.
She
lacks
the
minimal
customer
service
skills
and
qualities,
and
they
always
have
their
noisy
and
untamed
children
running
around
throughout
the
store.
The
service
for
lottery
is
terrible
and
riddled
with
worker
errors.
Always
only
one
person
in
the
store
during
prime
evening
hours
between
8:30pm
and
10:00PM,
and
still
Uber
Eats
takes
presidence
over
customers
in
line!
If
I
have
been
in
line
already,
I
should
not
have
to
give
you
5
minutes
to
fill
an
ORDER
being
called
in
from
ELSEWHERE!
I
am
here
already!
WTH??!!
This
is
why
I
force
myself
to
make
the
trip
to
my
prior
7-11
of
the
previous
19
years
on
Lake
Underhill
and
Alafaya!
They
are
always
welcoming,
employees
are
steady
and
knows
ALL
of
their
customers.
They
are
always
properly
staffed!
