I paid $2 for 5 minutes of air. I ended up losing tire pressure on all my tires. Thought it might be a glitch, I put another $2 for another 5 minutes and now I ended up with a flat tire. The person next to me also experiences the same problem. He spent money and not getting his tires filled . We found out that the air machine is not working properly. We both got scammed by this 7-eleven. Don't fill your air here.

What an excellent 👌👍 convenience store and I am surprised that how the management team Carrying it in its best way to provide service to the general public. Very friendly, charming 😍 and cooperative staff here even they help people to pick the articles of their choice. I get a coffee ☕ there and was awesome taste. Salute to the 7 Eleven team for managing such like convenience stores at such places where we can't even think to find any other likewise store 😉🏪. I am love in it. Hats off 📴

I’ve been here twice and the store clerk Mary is such a hard working and super sweet lady! They also have the best slurpees I’ve ever had! Highly recommended !!

Store is serving old hard food. When I asked if the food was fresh, the store manager said it was just put out an hour ago. The food item was extremely hard. Store manager is very argumentative with customers

Very clean but super slow! They place Uber Eats as authority over everything, even when there are 20 customers in line. This location has the highest turnover rate, unlike anything I have ever seen! There is a new employee at every shift every 3 weeks! There's always something at this location by way of current /former employees mingling with friends outside the store lighting up black and milds and blunts! The owner has 23 cameras in this store! OMG. His wife/Co-owner is NO service guru. She lacks the minimal customer service skills and qualities, and they always have their noisy and untamed children running around throughout the store. The service for lottery is terrible and riddled with worker errors. Always only one person in the store during prime evening hours between 8:30pm and 10:00PM, and still Uber Eats takes presidence over customers in line! If I have been in line already, I should not have to give you 5 minutes to fill an ORDER being called in from ELSEWHERE! I am here already! WTH??!! This is why I force myself to make the trip to my prior 7-11 of the previous 19 years on Lake Underhill and Alafaya! They are always welcoming, employees are steady and knows ALL of their customers. They are always properly staffed!

Most people don't really think about going into a gas station convenience store. The owner, Shawn, makes this one a great experience. He is always friendly, and takes the time to get to know his regulars. Even my 2 year old enjoys going to here. The other staff are friendly as well. The store is always clean and I've never had a problem their gas.

Yesterday my husband paid $20 to put gasoline in the car and when I got to the car the pump didn't work, it was returned. explain and they said yes. It took two minutes, which was how long it took from the box to the car, but they couldn't do anything and that I had to pay again, but I never stopped to throw gsolina in that thieving pump and they didn't want to give him a receipt

Stopped by to put some gas, saw that they are promoting Monster drinks by the gas pumps, I walked in and bought 4 cans. As I was paying, I noticed that I was overcharged, I let the clerk know but he dismissed me and told me that he couldn’t do anything about it. I didn’t want to argue with him any further, so I walked away. Eli continued to argue as I was walking out, he told me “ if you are not happy, either come back during day time and speak to a manager or never come back” and I overheard him laughing with a couple of guys behind me. The thing that bothered me the most is the fact that I wasn’t arguing with Eli, I didn’t give him any attitude, I just told him that I was being overcharged. I live right behind this 7-eleven but I will never step foot in it again.
