I would not recommend this office to anybody due to the lack of professionalism and the lack of customer service skills. I went to the office to get a refill from one of my medications in order to improve my health and asked for help due to the pain I was having. The receptionist had a bad attitude, rollover her eyes and was not willing to help me. Another lady next to her was telling me that I need an appointment at loud, I couldn’t see her face because she was hiding on the corner. Another situation that I had was when my dad passed away and I missed my appointment. They charged $50 for the no call/no show appointment,,,no empathy at all. I’m sad because Dr. Bequest is excellent and professional, but I have to find another office.

Miss Briana attended to me. Very positive and professional. I felt good about the way he treated me. Lots of positive vibes. The boy at the reception was very attentive. Tara, as always, welcomes with a genuine smile. And Dr. Becker, a professional who obviously knows his patient and makes every effort to ensure that you are and remain well. I have been bringing my grandmother here for her diabetes management since 2008. She has seen numerous doctors that have come and gone since then. Her doctor Dr.Bequer is very kind, and responsive. However, it is disheartening that we have to leave this office because of the horrible staff!!! They mismanage prescriptions (especially VA meds) by misspelling, writing the WRONG rx dosages!!! sending the wrong meds and sending meds to the wrong pharmacies. You call the office and they don't answer appropriately, they speak as if they're annoyed they have to help you, and the overall customer care is lacking- plus they mix the front desk with medical assistants so there is no distinction between who you are talking to and/or their assigned role. Lastly, you can overhear the staff speaking about patient information and gossiping due to their lack of confidentiality and disregard. Because of this mishandling my grandmother often has to go without her medications which can be fatal in regards to her diabetes care. We have made several complaints in hopes that the staff would become more empathetic towards the situation(s) and try to fix their mistakes in the future, to no avail- front desk staff also gets frustrated when you call to fix the errors. For these reasons, we will be finding another office. Don't come here if you don't have patience or if you need life saving medications on a consistent schedule. Some patients are afraid to speak up because they have no other option when it comes to available health care, but the owners of these facilities need to prioritize better hiring of their reception staff because those are the people you interact with when you first enter, and at this rate more people will be leaving when they muster up the courage.

I cannot say enough good things about Family Sports & Health Center. From the friendly and helpful staff to the convenient location to the Extremely professional and knowledgeable doctors. Dr. Robert Bequer has made it possible for me to totally turn my life an health around. Under his guidance in the past 10 months, I have taken off 70 pounds, got my A1C/Sugar, Cholesterol and all blood work in line and I have never felt better. This practice deserves a 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating. I would highly recommend this practice. Thank you, doctor, and all of your staff for everything that you’ve done for me!

Friendly and Courteous Staff, which hasn't been my experience with other doctors offices. Nurse Jackie is awesome and is very easy to talk to. The rest of my family will be happy to make this our Primary Health Provider.

Dr Bequer is a great doctor. He spends the time to talk with me about my health and concerns. His advice is sound, and includes common sense.

I am writing on behalf of my mother who has beginning Alzheimer’s. All Previous doctors at other office treated her horrible. Since we saw Dr Roberto Bequer it was literally life changing to say the least! He was caring and listen attentively to her like it was his Own grandmother. He listen to me also with excellent doctor manners and answered my questions. If you want a caring physician with bedside manner don’t hesitate to go see Dr Roberto Bequer.
