the atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice, the order and cleanliness was noticeable in the place, we waited approximately 8 minutes for a table, but I received the notification by text message that my table was ready to be used, Kailee attended us right away she was very kind and always looked after us, we ordered 2 Ribeyes with loaded potatoes, 1 Renegade Sirloin with French fries also broccoli and 1 Renegade Sirloin with 8 pieces of grilled shrimp, Caesar salad and shrimp, lobster tail soup, everything was excellent the meat was juicy, I recommend it

Our waiter Josh was very attentive. The food was delicious. The appetizers are fairly priced. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

It's Longhorn steakhouse, it's a chain but still serves quality food. The variety won't blow you away but the service, steak and satisfaction will, we had a great time!

I have been visiting this restaurant for some years now. Every now and then I come with my family. Prices are a little high in my opinion. Food quality is ok and presentation is average. Service quality depends on the time you come. I find the Night Shift tends to be better. One big turn-off for me is the smell of old building that hits you when you come in. Of course, 10 minutes inside the building makes you used to it but is still gross. I don’t know if it is the carpets or the structure itself but it’s not good. I still come when I want to eat a well cooked steak.

My daughter-in-law wanted to celebrate her 25th birthday at this restaurant. We ended up being a party of 11. waiting time was thirty minutes, which was adequate. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean, including the bathrooms. Unfortunately, our food did not come out together. Half of the table waited 15 minutes for their food. My medium rare steak did not taste as good as it would have been if I had been hot. -I do not recommend the cold rare steak. However, the asparagus and shrimp on MY entree were delicious. rest of the party had other comments.

Went to the location in Waterford to celebrate my Mom's birthday 🎂. Everything was great got seated quickly . Only thing I did not care for is the lighting only half The table was lit up which was hard go read the menu. Food came out on time nice and hot. I order a French onion soup to go and it was half way full and it was. Old and cold asked the waitress to make another one she ran back and just Added soup on top of the cold one. That was my only complaint.

The restaurant atmosphere looks dark. The steak salad is my favorite and is simply delicious. We ordered wings and they are always made to perfection. The French fries were cold. The server was great.

Very nice atmosphere and the staff are very friendly. The food is delicious especially the beef they serve is high quality, juicy and the taste is just amazing😮‍💨 I enjoy when they serve the delicious hot bread with the butter it tastes amazing and of course we couldn’t resist the desserts as well especially the strawberries and cream shortcake it tastes like love at first sight🥰 definitely recommended it’s our favorite place

One star for not using table cuttings for the ground beef burgers. This location gets their ground beef from a distributor. What a shame. The waiter was great though.

Had a party of 21 people and our server, Heather, did a phenomenal, remarkable job. Everything...I mean EVERYTHING was tasteful, fresh food! We are very pleased with the service and had a wonderful experience. We had a celebration of my daughter 's reception after her wedding. 👏🎉👏

Food was delicious! Server could have been a bit more attentive. Took 5 minutes to get my wife ketchup and my drink was never refilled (and the restaurant was not very busy at the time). Not too big of a deal though. Overall it was a nice meal and I'd recommend this location. We've had good service on all other visits.

Staff waa inexpirienced. My table was not disinfected. The floor was not vacumned. Hope the kitchen is not filty like the main floor and all around the tables.

My first time dinning in this restaurant and I ordered the cowboy pork chops. They were delicious! The spinach dip appetizer and Mac and cheese were as well. Unfortunately they didn't have the desert I wanted which was "The Cheesecake" cheesecake. Perhaps it is a popular option because the description sure sounds absolutely delicious. 🤞🏼 Fingers crossed for next time!

The best steak ive ever had. Got the 12 oz ribeye, super buttery and delicious. Mac and cheese was great and the mash potatoes are as fluffy as heavens clouds, good stuff

I figured I haven't been here in a while. I think it's been about 4 years. The service was great. The food was awesome. Nothing missing. Happy wife happy life. I know the waiter was happy with the amount of gratuity that I gave him. The food was perfect. The waiter at the end ask if I wanted to speak with his manager. I declined. Only reason I decline was because they were busy very. Yes I know they should be able to take the time to talk to me. But the waiter didn't know that I had already spoken to him. He look like he was making the rounds to the tables. Thank you for looking at my review.

I'm going five stars with this because even though it's just Longhorns and nothing was over the top amazing, it was exactly what we expected, which is getting kind of hard, folks. The servers were competent and appropriately sociable. The food including appetizers, dinner, and dessert, and the cocktails were correct for our entire party of four and were prepared exactly as they should be. The restaurant was clean and we had no wait time. Very nice experience.

Amazing! It was jammed pack for father's day and had we wanted a table it would have been a 30min wait. However they offered us the bar (which was most empty) Bartender was slammed, despite of that she was friendly and prompt taking our order. Service was fairly fast considering how busy they were and the quality of the food was amazing! I got a 6oz steak which was delicious! Definitely coming back!
