Recently I visited this salon on my friend's recommendation and I'm very satisfied and happy after the service. Got my hair and makeup done. Service is very quick and the staff is extremely cooperative and proper hygiene is maintained. Special shoutout to Karishma she is a very good nail artist. Product knowledge of Adarsh is also very good and he's very polite and friendly. Do give it a try yourself. 👍🏼

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mr.Krishna at a salon and I must say, it was an excellent experience. The salon itself was clean, organized, and had a relaxing atmosphere. I left feeling incredibly satisfied and will definitely be returning for future hair and other related needs/services.

The salon is best in teh area. Services offered are professional and they cater to your needs. Vijay did a brilliant work blow drying my hair. Environment is welcoming and would like to visit again.

Despite getting a reference and checking out the reviews, the experience was terrible. When I stepped in, I specifically asked Rajesh to do my hair cut. He did not even the courtesy to say that he will not do it(despite being free) and sent a junior colleague Lucky. I reiterated that I need a cut that would require summertime good and Rajesh said Lucky could do it. All through the cut, Lucky kept trying to push me to buy products despite me using some of the top brands as though only the products in a Lakme salon are good!! He kept taking about how dry my hair is for the whole hour, how everything is wrong with it and later goes on to blow dry my hair for no reason (when my hair is already so dry!!). I had asked for a step cut with layers starting from below the ear. As the picture shows, it is no where close. When I wanted to escalate my complaint, finally the manager Sonam stepped out and waived the charges. She was nowhere through the whole hour. Shoddy service all across. I had been going to Lakme in gk2 and wanted to check this one as it's closer home. Given the experience, I wonder how many reviews are genuine and how they have a 4.9 rating! I waited a good 2 weeks hoping my hair would set but it has been ruined and will take months to recover. This is one salon I will NOT TRUST with my hair and beauty care.

I have had a haircut at this place by Mr Lucky. He understood the task so well. He didn’t shorten my hair length and still styled and cut them beautifully. I was pleasantly surprised at the result! He kept on showing me my hair in between to get my permission to cut the length. He did all this in no time. The receptionist was polite too. Will definitely be going again. They also put a discount to my bill. So I had a great experience. :)

Usually I don’t do this but I was forced to. Jayshree doesn’t know how to treat clients right, I had an appointment for my shampoo and eyebrows chin wax. I reached the salon I told her I want to get it done she said ma’am staff is busy you get the shampoo done and get the eyebrows and chin later I told her it’s urgent she was like yes will get it done. Once my shampoo was done the staff had left as the shift got over nobody bothered to attend me i had to do urgent eyebrows and chin I told her on the phone as well as soon I reached, she wasn’t even apologetic nor was sorry for how she treated this situation. I have been going more than a year since but felt really disappointed Managers should be polite and helpful to the client, not treat them like this. Very very disappointed was only visiting for Monica who does good and excellent work but now would not be visiting the staff doesn’t understand hospitality nor client staff relation well. Thanks

I moved to Delhi a few months back and went for my first hair spa in Lakme salon. I received my service from Lucky. He was really friendly and understanding. It was a fun Saturday hair spa experience.

I did my hair colour from Rajesh in Lakme salon. He is excellent in his job. I love my hair colour. He is also very good in behaviour and the conduct of the salon staff are also friendly. Lata does my facial for the last 10 years. She is a very nice and friendly lady and does her job very well. My experience with this salon is good and would recommend everyone to visit here for salon service.
