Super host , very comfortable n aesthetically beautiful home. Self entry with automated system and the balcony is available in both the rooms however it’s common with a partition . Fully functional modern kitchen n had no issues while using it with basic necessities available . The rooms had hotel like facilities including tea making arrangements so that one doesn’t have to leave the room . I enjoyed the home it’s an experience in itself . The hosts are lovely n had a great morning chat with them n shared experiences about the house how they r invested in making it fully functional and comfortable with an edge . Thanx for hosting me . Nitin's place was a home away from home for both me and my partner. The host, Nitin was really responsive to all our needs and requirements and went out of his way to make sure our stay was comfortable. He even offered to conduct a video call to make sure the place met our needs and upgraded us to a bigger room later on due to my partner's needs. My partner is in a wheelchair and he did not have any issues staying here. The bathroom did not have grab rails or a shower chair however there was enough space and Nitin made custom arrangements for us so that he could use the washroom without any issues. We really appreciate the effort since there are rarely accessible accommodation in India and it was a great concern of ours but we both were pleasantly surprised. Apart from that the host welcomed us when we checked in, showed us around and explained how everything works. He even made sure of little details like maggie in our cupboards, milk, coffee, eggs, butter, jam and other essentials which was heartwarming and made us feel right at home. The kitchen is well equipped and the building has a beautiful terrace where we watched the sunset. The place is serene and the locality is safe and quite. Even the guards were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay at Nitin's place without a second thought the next time my partner visits India.

Niro, a place maintained by Mr. Nitin is an immersive experience of it's own. A true reflection of a quintessential home away from home, Niro along with Nido and Ninho is one of the best properties we have stayed at. The place has been curated to perfection to make the guests comfortable. The attention to details and cleanliness was immaculate. The property is at an amazing location which makes travelling very convenient. The kitchen was fully stocked to help out the guests and the living area perfect to unwind and relax. We met Mr Nitin and Bonnie who not only graciously hosted us but also gave amazing recommendations to have a great trip in Delhi. They have set very high standards for all Airbnb properties. All in all, staying at Niro truly accentuated our Delhi experience! Something I highly recommend for anyone looking to stay at an Airbnb!!

One of the best stays in Delhi. The owner is super friendly. Location is amazing in GK 2 easy access to metro. Super clean place filled with amenities. Highly recommended.
