I usually buy sweets from this particular outlet only as its near my house, in terms of sweets, its great but in terms of service, i dont like it as they once charged my brother for something which he didnt even buy and he literally had to fight them to get his money back. They charged my brother's debit card for someone's else order then when my brother told the manager, the manager just said its not possible and said he will recheck, after one week the manager rechecked with my brother's duplicate bill and then realized the mistake but still the manager didnt reverse the money to his bank account and said that you can buy something else from the store and then my brother purchased sweets even though he didnt wanted to buy but he had no choice.

I visited the store on Thursday Aug 4 2022 at approximately 10:30 with family including a senior citizen. We ate combo breakfast, after which, I placed an order for some takeaway stuff but forgot to collect the receipt. After waiting for a long time when I enquired about the order the person who was at the counter said ‘Aap ka bill kahaan hai?’ (Where is your receipt ?) ‘Aap ne payment kiya par bina bill liye chale gaye?’ (You made the payment and didn’t care to take the receipt?). The store was pretty much empty. I was shocked at this kind of rude and arrogant behaviour. I give this store ZERO stars and customer excellence -5 (minus 5) stars.

Liked their sweets and snacks range a lot. They have huge options for sweets like mithai, doughnuts, pastries, IceCreams etc. Their Chinese variant is also good in taste with desi tadka.. Try their Hyderabadi chap..it is good. No doubt all their north indian and south Indian food are good and have the typical taste of these family food restaurants. The spacious seating arrangement is an added advantage.

They have good and fresh Sweets and its pretty crowded on festival days. I am personally a big fan of their Tandoori Parathas which are available for breakfast. They're pretty cheap and taste great. Dhokla, Pav Bhaji and Chole bhature are my all time favourites too ! 😋

One of the most favored restaurants in Delhi. The place was clean and well-maintained. The food had an amazing taste and there was a lot of variety in sweets. Different cake are available, it's looks beautiful

Good food, good ambience... Tandoori platter , deluxe thali(north indian thali), Chinese platter are truly delightful... Quantity of curry is little less in platter and chole bature and kulche chole

Great for anytime hunger. Just good starter price n fast service. Clean n hygienic with parking space for 2 & 4 wheelers. U can have tea n smoke outside the shop with peaceful n spacious place behind this shop. N u know what.. Another great restaurant sagar ratna is there to serve u as next option. Both are Pure veg.

I ordered Petha for taking outstation. specifically informed the guy 2-3 times. But the packing was poor, spilled all juice on my clothes. I called the customer care, but the guy was NOT professional!!

Great breakfast place after morning walk at Jahanpanah. Get some great discounts on select menu between 8.30 am to 12 noon. Amazing coffee, Idli Sambhar and Samosa. Good service.

It is a good place to visit, be it any meal or just for snacking. Food quantity is good and prompt service. Seating is limited. Thay have maintained good standards of quality & hygiene. I found their breakfast menu, very reasonably priced and tasty. They do home delivery but only within 3 kms. Only problem is limited parking, which gets jam packed during weekends.

Usually crowded so finding sufficient places to sit and dine not always possible, which is a great put off. The food is passable and snacks are oily and over-priced. Parking is a huge pain point.

The cashier is super rude, doesn't know how you talk. i was very exhausted due to fast. I am a Cancer survivor with a lot of physical issues. He was really rude to me when i took time at the counter to order my food. Shameful! That such a huge brand has zero sensitivity levels towards Cancer patients. Staff should be trained in etiquette and basic ways to talk to people. Everyone is not the same, if someone is taking time it doesn't mean that the staff can be disrespectful. Awful experience will never recommend this brand and specifically this branch to anyone!

A must visit place for families, friends and when travelling with kids. A lot of variety of food. Starters, sweets, main course, drinks etc all are available. It is pure vegetarian place. Neat and clean, hygiene is carefully maintained. Staff is polite. Washrooms are clean.

Budget and Food are the reason I feel people go there... Good clean place with good lighting to eat food people love. Saw may families and couples enjoying themselves and art the end of visit... Light on the pocket.

I mean 600rs for two people should do. #food is worth the cost .

I liked all the food Items I had for lunch here. Gol gappa, chaat, Tandoori platter, dal makhni. After a long time had a soft naan. Kulfi falooda was perfect too. Will visit again

Naam bade aur ....I think they are doing more than they can handle. Small roaches on the tables, ordered food like Rajma Chawal had boiled rajma just added with gravy and no authentic taste as it should be in Delhi. Have sufficient staff but they don't know what they are doing. Owner / manager busy in other than looking into attention being paid by staff towards customers on the tables.

Located on road. Best thing of this place is to try eating Hot Jalebi in the evening time. All sweets items, Gift items, cakes etc available. Sweets for Diabetic persons also available here.

Bikanerwala is a good chain but as per my suggestion their pyaaz and daal kachori is not good. The taste was missing. Request them to make some improvements.

Nice place to have meals and small parties. But you can't expect a quick meal here. The preparation time even for a simple order is too high. No proper coordination is there between staff. Prices are higher as compare to others with GST extra.
