I have been going through SOTC tours since 2009. Visited Western & Eastern Europe, South Africa, Australia, Greece, Portugal, Spain & Turkey. Just visited Japan in April 2023. I would rate Japan, Australia & South Africa as the best managed (excellent hotels, food, guide & overall) tours by SOTC. Looking forward to visit Russia, Scandinavian, Israel & Jordan in future. Booked a 8N/9D package tour from Rakesh-ji. Sotc team was very supportive with the process. Rakesh ji handled my queries even after office hours and when he was on vacation. Great response after making payments and very accommodating for reasonable requests. Would definitely book again with them.

We booked our trip for 7 persons on 29th May 2019 morning for six nights Italy trip from SOTC GK II branch. It was really a horrible and pathetic tour for all of us. We have to call at least more than 50 times to get all the vouchers and tickets done on without any return calls for follow up and updates. The vouchers were delivered on last date of travel few hrs before. The quality of Hotel was below average (two star) while we asked for four star hotels. The rooms and bathrooms were very small, suffocating, The staff was very rude with very poor quality food and breakfast. The timings of site tours were bad. The cheaper tours at odd time were given to us with charging at high rates. The flight booking from Delhi to Rome and return was not done together for 7 persons so we got separate seats as it was done in pair of two instead of all together. Even my daughter who was 11 yrs old had to sit apart throughout the flight. We used to go outside India twice a year but now decided not to go with SOTC in future. We decided to spread this kind of cheating and irresponsible services done by SOTC and its staff to all our colleagues and try our best to save them from this kind of cheating done by SOTC. Senior manager in SOTC GK II Delhi and his team kept on giving false excuses for all mentioned problems and never took it seriously.

I booked a Dubai package from sotc assuming them to be one of the best as i was travelling with my family, what we hoped to be a pleasurable trip turned out to be a trip full of negotiations and haggling. From the time we paid the initial amount for booking, SOTC did not even once stand on their words. For every activity, hotel and transfer that we paid to SOTC in advance, SOTC started re-negotiating charging us extra while quoting exorbitant amounts. The itinerary mentioned while booking is just bogus as nothing is followed when you actually reach the destination. If you want to travel 45-50 kms everyday for every inclusive meal in the package at your own cost, or if you want to deal with the most inhospitable, unaccomodating and people looking for making a quick buck at every oppurtunity they get - only then should you book SOTC. Overall it was a very bad experience! Not recommended for anyone’s hard earned money and valuable time.

When you travel with SOTC, you are safe and taken good care of. Right from the tour booking to the end of the tour, everything is well planned and executed profesionally. Mr Ranjan in SOTC tour booking is very helpful and courteous. During an issue with the airlines, i had to call him at 1am in the night. He picked the call and mobilized all resources from SOTC to bail us out. I will always recommend SOTC.

So much beautiful place. Crowded area. Superb place for children parents old person. Here is also a huge market area anything u can get from here at lowest cost. Many types of products u can get. This location is vert beautiful. Monuments are wonderful artwork. Good location for picnic also. I m mostly visit this place. Amazing place really

Recent tour to Sri Lanka was exciting. Very green, full of water bodies. It was well arranged. Good Hotels, nice food , only wish more dishes ware there for vegetarians. Tour Manager Nishant was very helpful and competent and had good knowledge of Sri Lanka. At Delhi was very well treated and served by Rakesh Ranjan jee and Shalini jee. All formalities were completed with their ever helpful attitude . I thank them heartily. Would like to go for more such tours in future.

We recently undertook European Tour through SOTC which turned out to be extremely good while we were in Europe. However few points are worth considering 1. Relationship Manager should be available till all formalities completed. Any disruption in between causes break in service and anxiety. 2. Flights to and fro should be direct or with minimum layover. Full day is spent in transit. 3. Europe remains closed on Sundays and holidays. People booked by SOTC to Reach early or having late departure on these days should be taken for sightseeing since markets are closed and there is nothing to do. Entire day is wasted. 4. Please plan flight with minimum layover or direct. Entire day is taken in transit. 5. SOTC could consider providing cab from residence to Airport and Airport to residence as a goodwill gesture

My sister and I had gone to Egypt through SOTC travels and the experience was wonderful! The backend process was extremely smooth and I would specifically like to mention 'Aditya Shingote' for his patience with our queries! In Egypt, our tour manager 'Mohamed Badwey' made the experience memorable for us by ensuring that we get enough time at the Pyramids, Museum etc. and was extremely knowledgeable about the historical background. I would highly recommend SOTC travels to everyone!

My tour Cambodia and Vietnam was very fantastic arrangement neat and clean hotels. Food was nicely arranged as per Indian food. Tour manager Mr Swapnil was very kind and cooperative nature. We enjoyed trip without any hassles reached safely to our home. Flight from Mumbai to Nairobi and Nairobi to cape Town was not planned properly due to 1 hour gap
