I visited the place with family here for multiple services. The guy who cut the hair was very good and the atmosphere of the saloon is very good. It is a bit crowded at times, hence it is better to visit in the morning. Hair cut is cheap whereas the other services, I felt is little bit expensive I did anti dandruff treatment and it was not effective at all. Also I felt other services quality could be better. Also would apreciate if you enforce wearing of masks/sanitizing hands before cutting by the staff properly for the customers to feel they are safe.

The customer service provided was the worst. She wasn't involved with the work she was doing and proper training should be given to the staffs regarding how to answer the queries of the customers!

This is a great salon in Attingal. Nice staff and great ambiance. The only problem I had was an hour and half wait time in the evening, but that was ok as you have a great waiting room with a 65inch television where they will keep streaming some movies.. so you got something to do while waiting..

Ruined my eyebrows before a big event. I specifically asked not to decrease any volume. Now I have two thin strips of eyebrows. And it's not even . I didn't ask them to level it out because I was afraid she would take my whole eyebrows off. Worst experience ever. P.S I had really thick brows at the beginning. Attingal mocs

I visited the Mocs Pothencode for a marriage purpose. 500 was the appointment cost, 1500 was the remaining after the make up. The staffs told me that a professional make up artist will come and handle my make up. In the morning Staff told me that the makeup artist won't come she is suffering from fever. I agree that that every one will face some emergency situations, but if you guys just assured another staff as a back up then it will never happen. Afterall these parlor has different division, I don't believe that one professional make up artist will be available. Because of the assurance that they given me on the time of visiting I trusted them and didn't approached another salon. And the morning they told me that the staff won't be available The make up and the saree drapping was really average, I didn't get any satisfaction. But I already paid the advance ( Staff was ready for refund but ) no another contacts to get ready ASAP. That's the mistake that I had done. Really came with lot of expectation 😕

Good place, good service, nice support staff, well maintained, well equipped... There is a waiting room also set up for people who are accompanying you... Liked it...

Worst facial ever. They are very unprofessional and very costly. I got an active acne and they make it worse which ended up in a total spread over my face. Overall Very bad. Y should i send u my number ??

You may book an appointment and go.Compared to normal barbershop if anyone want zero or military haircut sides they will give an outstanding cut.But flat top cutting the barbers need to learn.They are not used to it.

Owner should give proper training to there staffs on “How one should behave to a customer “ - Pathetic staff . There is one guy named thanzeem or whatever , who have no patience . Not at all interested in hearing customer requirements . He cuts the way he wants , and have a rude attitude towards a customer . Some of the other state staffs working there are more friendly , and does there work very well.

Highly unprofessional staffs who doesn’t even know how to thread eyebrows properly. Every time i go there i face a lot of problems with the attitude of the lady staffs and every single time i go there ,they will do something to mess up with the procedure. I will share my recent experience , one day i go there to get my eyebrows done and after they have done their job and when I look up in the mirror it was uneven and i knew it was messed up. When I confronted her she starts to behave rudely . Then afterwards i was cry in my car because of my messed up eyebrows and i have to go to another parlour in attingal to make my eyebrows better . This happens every single time i go there . So i say please don’t go there . I would say mocs is an overrated parlour

Have been to many other places but this was the worst experience ever in attingal . Staff named Athira was very unprofessional. The charges are very expensive like that of a metropolitan city but quality is very poor. Very disappointed. This was my first and last visit with them. Zero value for money.

Very expensive. It cost me 200 RS for simple hair trimming for my 3 years old daughter.

Try to avoid this Salon. Employee Don't know how to Tread eyebrow. I had worst experience from this salon.
