I had a great experience. The staff was great and my server was awesome. They were very attentive. My food came out perfect.

I paid $13 for THIS? 👍 Apparently if you have a gluten allergy it means they're just gonna do this. I ordered the Alex's burger, no bun, asparagus instead of fries. I was on hold for 20 minutes on TWO different phones waiting for a manager. No one came to the phone. I ate my pathetic dry burger patty because I was hungry.

We went there to have dinner with our kids. After the server took the order it took almost one hour to serve the food but one item was missing. When we asked the server about it she took another 1/2 hour to serve a wrong item. She never asked us how is everything. When my daughter asked for water she again forgot about it and we had to remind her again. Finally we ordered dessert but again after waiting for another 1/2 hour nothing happened and we canceled that order and left the restaurant. Not sure whether is is intentional or something else. I will never go to that restaurant again.

The portions are really big and delicious. Our restaurant was very polite and friendly. Prices are very affordable. We had a great time.

Superior service. Food was out faster than going through a drive-thru. I ordered the Chipotle Bowl!! Our server was excellent. Everyone was extremely friendly and attentive from the moment we walked in until our way out.

Our waitor was very nice and very attentive. Our food however was not great. We got the chips and salsa and the chips were under cooked, soggy and tasted like old oil, we sent them back and the new ones were worse. Our mains were okay but nothing special. The chicken bacon ranch quesadilla was good but the lettuce and pico was old. The triple dipper was good but the chicken tenders were tough and gelatinous. Luckily our waitor was very helpful and tried to fix it but it just could have been a lot better.

The food was fine, it was the service that was really bad. I asked for a total of 3 different beers on the menu.... And each time when I ordered, she went to the bar and returned a few minutes later to say they were out of stock of each one. 25 minutes later, I finally got a lite beer after my entree had arrived. I asked for water each time I ordered a beer and it never was delivered. When she dropped off the entrees, she asked if I wanted a water! I was like yeah, I already asked 3 times. I ordered a salad with grilled chicken and requested the dressing to be in the side. Of course the salad arrived smothered in dressing. She took it back and a new one arrived as my son had now finished his burger. I was charged for 3 beers but only had one. She did correct this when I told her. Overall the amount of mistakes was just too many and it was not a good experience.

Service wasn't that great, for once it would be nice to visit chilis and actually get our salad served BEFORE our steak. We asked and the waitress assured us but all of our food came out at once. Very disappointed in the how the steak was cooked and didn't taste as good as we've had it before. We got the classic ribeye. Thankfully we were just passing through and won't go there again.

Food was awful. Dry hard wings. I don't take photos of food ,so no photo. That was my husband's. I don't even remember what I had. Young man that served us was attentive and polite.

Anyone who lives in the area knows that there's not many places that have a full bar. I really wanted a Bloody Mary, and the options of where to go to get one are very slim. I have eaten here before, and ordered a Bloody Mary, and it was great! It had a great rim, came with olives, etc. This time...not so much. The bartender that made my drink, needs to learn a thing or 2 about Bloody Mary's. I ordered a double shot in mine tonight. The bartender put the second shot in a separate glass. Ive never had thay happen anywhere ever before... and it had nothing other than a lemon and lime wedge. Nothing on the rim, nada. It was literally just ice, a shot of vodka, and the smallest splash of mix. No seasonings, juice, anything. Our server, and the front of house were all friendly and great. They were doing the best they could do with what was being given to them. But unfortunately, the food was super dry bc it was old. I ordered the ribs, they were old and dry. It came with corn on the cobb, also old and dry. The best things on my plate were the fries, bc they weren't old and dry! My husband got the fajita trio. It comes with like 3 or 4 tortillas, right? The tortillas were so old and dry, you couldn't even pull them apart. All in all, walked away pretty disappointed.

We had a great server who was back and forth bartending and serving booths next to the bar. Our sweet teas were always full and he was on top of his game.

Well, the young lady that took my order. Her name was Ashley and she was amazing period I give her 10 stars. She was very polite, she was super busy and still helped us out. In fact, me out there was just me. I had a great 3 for me meal and it was out of this world. Cost me about 20 bucks and I was able to get a Margarita. A steak, Mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes. Period again, if you're an Alamogordo New Mexico, you must stop at the chili's and say hello to Ashley. She's working at the bar ten stars.

Usually pretty good. Take out can be hit or miss. Have yet to have an order for takeout be correct. Still, pretty good. Love the fajitas with queso ("jacked up"), when they put the queso on it. 3 for me is a pretty good deal also.

Sat at a regular table and the chairs were super wobbly from the floor. And there was what I was assuming water under our table that they said they would clean up for us but didn't. Other than that great service and food.

I went there to try their chili as a soup+salad bottimless chips and salsa combination. The chili tasted good but it was far from a soup. I was disappointed and makes me distrust their other soups. The service was good. They have several food and drink options and their hours are convenient. I will probably go back soon (and won't order soup).

I've been to other Chilli's so not sure what was the problem. Orders for drinks even took a long time. We ordered drinks but didn't receive them until after other diners received theirs. Our food was terrible. I ordered tacos which came cold. A friend ordered soup but never received it. Need better management, facility operated inefficiently.

Not perfect. The waitress forgot us for 15 minutes even if she was around the table next to our. One order was wrong. Lot of time to understand which gluten free options they could have been offering despite they had a list on their tablets....

Not only did it take TWO hours for two orders of Crispy chicken strips and ribs we sat in the pick up lane 8 for and hour! Saw they were busy abs tried to be understanding- The response “ Oh I didn’t see you” fries soggy chicken soggy No corn with orders -WORST DINNER EVER!! Will NOT be going again! Poor customer service Period

We went there on a Saturday evening so it was very busy. After about a twenty minute wait, we were told it was a thirty to forty minute wait, we were seated. Our drinks were brought out fast. Our food took longer then normal but it was very busy so this was understandable. The food was very good and the service was good as well.

The food and service were both very good. However we didn't care for the chips and salsa because the chips were too thin and very greasy.

We went to Chili's at 5pm on a Thursday. Hostess tried to seat us at table next to pass through, in noisy bar area with blaring music. She did not ask us if we agreed to sit in bar area. As we were there to eat, and possibly have a few later, we asked to sit with other patrons in restaurant area. Quieter, much less crowded, nicer! She told us there was " at least a 20 minute wait.". We pointed to a load of empty tables. She told us there were only 2 servers. We know how that works, so we left. Lots of other restuarants in area.
